It’s not very spacious, but being able to stretch out and relax in the Onsen is amazing! Thank you for storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Also, I was able to borrow a free bicycle and explore various places. I had such a great time again this year

The complimentary drinks (including plenty of alcohol) and breakfast were excellent. With those Facilities and that level of service at such a low price, it was outstanding. If I had to mention one thing, the washing area in the Onsen is small, so it would be appreciated if women’s hours could be longer.

Dinner and the kaiseki cuisine at “Hikariya Higashi” were wonderful. “Hikariya” is a restaurant renovated from the kura residence of the prestigious former merchant house “Mitsuya,” and dining in this dignified, historic setting made for a truly enriching time. The macrobiotic-ba

Also, I really liked the chair in the Room—it felt like it had a memory-foam cushion and was very comfortable. The bath in the Room is a good size and deep enough to soak properly. One small thing I especially liked was how long the bath towel was. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hotel

I couldn't reserve a non-smoking room, so I stayed in a smoking room, but there was an air purifier and deodorant spray installed, and since my stay wasn't long, it wasn't uncomfortable. There was a bathhouse on the first floor separate from the room, and it was nice to be able t

The staff were sincere and very helpful. I stayed alone, and I was surprised by how spacious the Room was. (6,400 yen) The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and tasty as well. It was a shame that I couldn’t use the public bath due to my schedule. I’d like to stay here aga
