Everything I needed was there in the right way, and I had a very comfortable stay. I’m sensitive to chemicals and various fragrances (there’s even a term “fragrance pollution”), but here I was able to stay comfortably without any unpleasant issues at all. Also, Hotel Mets pro

Here though, you can cast YouTube to the monitor while still using your smartphone for work emails or apps like LINE and browsing—it was very convenient! My room was a mid-floor corner Double Room with views of Tokyo Tower, NTT Docomo Building, Sunshine City buildings among ot

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Ikebukuro is a convenient area with easy access to anywhere, and the Hotel is not too far from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, access to not only the Room but also the elevators and the large public bath requires a security card, so even as a woman traveling alone in my 60s, I felt very comfortable and safe. I also truly appreciate you

I have stayed here multiple times, and as always, the bath is incredibly relaxing, and the Room is exceptionally comfortable—making for a very satisfying three days. The moment I step into the Hotel, it feels as cozy as home. During my free time, I can relax in the Room reading

This was my first stay. After reading the reviews, I found that the high ratings were accurate, with excellent staff service and cleanliness of the room providing great satisfaction. However, there is one concern. Adjusting the air conditioning in the room was challenging; turnin

Perhaps because it was a non-smoking room this time, it was clean. Since the number of people using smoking booths is increasing, it might be a good idea to make all rooms non-smoking. I will use it again in a week. Thank you always. I look forward to your continued supp

Conveniently located near the station, with affordable prices and surrounded by drugstores, supermarkets, convenience stores, bookstores, family restaurants, and more. The front desk staff are all kind and helpful; it’s truly a wonderful hotel. I look forward to staying again

Its convenient location near the station was also a reassuring point. Thankfully, I was upgraded to the Ladies’ Room this time. The Room was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer and shower head, which I was very happy about! The amenities were well stocked, and every item at the brea

First, I was surprised at how clean the entire room was. The shower had a spacious washing area next to the bathtub, and the toilet was separate, both sparkling clean. The bed was neatly prepared, and the TV was large. There were some scratches on the desk, but it was cleanly m

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s very close to the station so it’s easy to find, very clean, and reasonably priced—I really like it. I made a Reservation for a single Room, but they kindly upgraded me to a spacious twin Room. I was also happy that the bathroom and toilet were

The Room and the large public bath were clean, providing a comfortable stay. All the staff members were very kind. The breakfast, including rice, bread, and side dishes, was delicious and filling. This is an excellent Hotel where even women traveling alone can feel safe staying.

The pajamas were top and bottom style, which was good for me as I tend to get a cold stomach! You can also watch YouTube on the large screen in your room, which is comfortable. I thought maybe the bed was a bit too fluffy? Other than that, everything was perfect. I will use it ag

I’m a repeat guest. This was my first time staying in a twin room, and it was spacious and comfortable. There is a towel rack stand that you don’t often see at other Business Hotels. I’m always unsure where to put wet towels for use again in the morning, so I really appreciated i

It was a pleasant surprise to find that our Room had been changed to a train-view Room that wasn’t available at the time of Reservation—thank you so much! The Room was also quiet and relaxing, and we were satisfied with the amenities. After check-in, when heading to our Room by e
