Above all, it felt like a luxury to have Tokyo Tower—an iconic symbol of Showa-era Tokyo—so close, almost all to ourselves. We were also very satisfied with the staff’s hospitality. A couple of suggestions: 1) We’d love separate (two-piece) loungewear. 2) We’d love to see

The breakfast venue staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed our meal comfortably. I wanted to use the large public bath, but I was tired and used the in-Room bath instead. In the morning, my wife lost her wristwatch and we looked under the bed; even places you don’t usually

Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, it became the best birthday for both my friend and me. We are sincerely grateful to have spent such happy time and made unforgettable memories. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere as well.

No matter which hotel I stay at, I always receive excellent service and guidance, making my experience very pleasant. This time happened to coincide with my birthday, and there was a gift prepared on the table, which made me extremely happy. Your thoughtful attention is truly i

My son was taken care of during his entrance exams. Although there are fewer restaurants in the area, there are cafes and convenience stores, so we didn't feel inconvenienced. The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay! When the way to the exam venue

I use this hotel for business trips around Hamamatsucho and Daimon. It’s about a 10-minute walk from either station. Head from the Daimon intersection toward Shimbashi and turn onto a side street; since it’s not on a main road, it’s relatively quiet. It’s best to eat near the s

The check-in service was more courteous than at nearby APA Hotels, and the staff wrapped a receipt with the Room number around the Room card when handing it to me (similar to APA Hotel Tawaramachi Ekimae). Breakfast is a healthy, mainly Japanese-style buffet with plenty of root

Tokyo Tower is within walking distance, allowing you to easily enjoy the night view of Tokyo Tower. The WiFi signal in the Room was not good, but the prompt response ensured a satisfactory communication environment. The staff were warm and welcoming at all times, making for a

The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the collaboration project with Rika-chan; I got so immersed in it that I stayed up late creating something and was delighted to receive a gift. Next time I stay in Shimbashi, I'll choose this Hotel again. Thank you very

The Room had a separate bath and toilet and felt very clean. The washing area was also large, and the bathtub was deep, so we could soak comfortably like at home. Tokyo Tower from the Room was right in front of us—an amazing view. It was my first time staying at a Hotel with it

The room was spacious and clean, with an indoor dog run and plenty of dog supplies, making our stay very comfortable. There were also great walking spots nearby. The weekday special live drawing event became a wonderful memory for us. Both humans and dogs enjoyed delicious

The toilet area, sink area, and bathtub were separate—and the bathroom with washing area was larger than expected! I could soak in the tub slowly and relax away my fatigue. If I had to ask for one thing more: having a wash basin and bath chair would make it perfect. I’d als

Pros All of the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good for a business hotel. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was good enough that I’d want to add it every time. Cons There was red mold around the bath drain, and heavy limescale buildup around the faucet area.

There is a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel, and the room has a microwave. I stayed for two nights and had a comfortable experience. Breakfast includes complimentary rice ball bento and tea, the price is reasonable, and I will use this place again when visiting Tokyo.
