I booked this hotel last minute for a trip to the Expo, and it was excellent. There is a shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka, so carrying a suitcase without having to walk was very convenient. The plan included tickets for the natural Onsen, which is located right in front of the ho

We stayed as a party of two, and the bed and room were spacious enough with well-equipped amenities. Towel collection points were conveniently located on each floor. During our Multiple Night Stay, towel replacements and trash bin cleaning were promptly handled. We had a ve

During my previous stay, I opted for a breakfast-inclusive plan. The view was great and the food was delicious; therefore, if I stay again next time, I would like to choose a breakfast-inclusive option. There is also a convenience store right next door which is very convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights. Being a hotel in front of the station, it is very convenient. Additionally, you can reach an outlet mall with about a 15-minute walk. The guest rooms are in a separate building, newly constructed, and very clean like other APA Hotels. One thing to be cautio

The cleanliness of the Room, the bath, and the quality of breakfast were excellent, leading to high satisfaction. Especially noteworthy was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The foreign staff at check-in worked diligently, and the female staff during breakfast were very k

This is a repeat stay following July. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but it was so clean that even non-smokers wouldn't be bothered by any smell or nicotine stains. Additionally, there are bars and izakayas nearby, making it attractive to have dinner close by. If I ever go

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. I stayed in a single Room; while I could feel that the place is generally older, it was spacious enough and I could relax comfortably. A few requests for improvement: - I’d like a foldable luggage rack/sta

It’s very close to stations on two lines, which makes it convenient for getting around the next day. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which is great, but since it’s in a busy nightlife area, people trying to solicit customers often approach you on your way back,

The Room was clean and well prepared, and we were able to stay in a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The large public bath was wonderful and helped us feel refreshed both physically and mentally. At check-out, the staff greeted us warmly, which made our departure very pleasant. Than

Depending on the direction of your Room, west-facing Rooms offer a clear view of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line trains running continuously from early morning to late night (in the section where they run parallel to elevated roads at ground level). While train views are fascinating,

During my stay, the fire alarm went off, which was surprising, but an announcement quickly assured us of safety, so I felt at ease. I rated the bath/Onsen 3 stars as I only used the shower... However, the staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to sta

Found the perfect accommodation for a trip back from USJ: Close to the station, affordable, delicious breakfast, and with a large public bath. Stayed here and enjoyed the sauna in the public bath along with some adorable pig decorations. Walking around Universal Studios all

Umeda in Osaka is my workplace. Due to my schedule, I sometimes stay overnight, so I use it occasionally. It is extremely close to the station, and there is a 7-Eleven across the road, with "Yoshinoya," "McDonald's," and "Miyamoto Munashi" along the hotel, making it very conven

Also, the staff were kind and friendly, so I thought I would come again when I had business in Osaka. This time, I used a twin Room for myself, and the Room was spacious with a separate bath and toilet. Above all, the cleaning was thorough, and I was able to spend my time very

The price was very reasonable, and overall we were satisfied. We had a very comfortable stay. If I ever need to find a Hotel nearby again, I would choose to stay here without hesitation. Thanks to this location, visiting my dog was easy, and my dog is recovering well!! Thank you!

Because it is close to the hospital and Miyakojima Station, I stay here often. The rates are reasonable, which is very helpful. During busy seasons, there were days when I couldn’t make a Reservation, but if the room had already been cleaned—even before check-in time—I was usuall
