住吉东站 × 有不可取消方案的住宿满意度评价高的酒店·日式旅馆

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

The hotel is comfortably pleasant and clean, so you can stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. If you’re coming from another prefecture to visit Suminoe Boat Race Track, it’s an ideal choice. There are many great places to eat nearby, and it also has easy access to the subway, making it a very convenient hotel to use.

Thank you for your continued support. Thank you as always for your thoughtful consideration regarding our room. Although we arrived more than an hour later than the check-in time we had originally informed you of, the warm greeting from the front desk—“Good evening. Welcome.”—made us feel glad we chose to book with you. Even though our stay was short, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much. Our next visit will be our last one this year, and we plan to stay with you in late November. We look forward to seeing you again.

The Room was very spacious, and it was conveniently located near the station.

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. The location is excellent—there are malls and department stores for shopping, and it’s convenient for getting to and from the airport as well as traveling to other areas. The breakfast was also very delicious. When we visit Osaka again, we would definitely like to stay at Hotel Trusty again.

There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Osaka because of the spacious Room and convenient access. It was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate! There was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk had an ice machine and kitchen items available to borrow, so it felt like it would be comfortable even for a long stay. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, which made it great for going out for food and drinks. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have another chance to visit Osaka.

This review is strictly an evaluation “among Accommodations in the Nishinari area.” There were towels and a toothbrush, and the front desk staff were reliable and helpful. There is only a large public bath, but bathing facilities are available; the bedding was clean, and the hallways and toilets were also kept very clean. It’s close to the station, and check-in is accepted earlier than at typical Accommodations. If you just need a private room for sleeping, it’s a very good Accommodation. As this is an Accommodation for budget-minded travelers, I would not recommend it to those looking for luxury.

Since we stayed on a Friday, it was very affordable, and the top-floor view was great—my elderly father was delighted. The Room was clean, and since we only needed a place to sleep, it was more than enough. Being in the city, we expected parking to be expensive, but it only cost 1,100 yen, which was a great deal. The front desk staff were very polite. However, because there were many international guests and check-in took time at reception, I think it would be helpful if Japanese guests had the option of self check-in.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

Great value, good Facility, friendly service, and complimentary morning coffee—I've stayed here many times. If I had to mention one drawback, the shared refrigerator that guests can use for free sometimes has a rotten smell.

We stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka. As it is a new Hotel, it was very clean, well located, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was also well cleaned, and the staff were excellent. The price was reasonable, and we are considering making this our regular place to stay. We will use it again on our next trip to Osaka.

I’ve stayed here many times. The rates are affordable, the Hotel is clean, and I can fully enjoy Spa World for two days, so I’m always grateful! It would be even more appreciated if the parking fee were not limited to a 24-hour period, but instead set as a flat rate (e.g., 1,000 yen) from the check-in day through the end of the check-out day.

I used this place again for the first time in several years, and I was surprised at how much cleaner and nicer it has become. I’d like to stay here again.

I usually stay at Sunplaza near Nankai Station, but I tried another Hotel in the same group this time. Like Sunplaza, the facilities were clean and the staff were kind. I’d like to stay at other Hotels in the group as well.

The Room was clean, the staff were kind, and it was very comfortable to stay. It’s also close to the station, with plenty of dining options nearby. I’d love to stay again!

The bed was spacious, which was helpful since we had children with us! The Room was clean, and we appreciated the 12 o'clock checkout without any extra charge. I have no complaints, but the photos made it look a bit old, so I think they should be updated. We will use your service again. Thank you very much.

It was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. The rooftop night view was wonderful. We stayed with No Meals Included this time, so next time we’d like to do a Multiple Night Stay and enjoy the meals as well. We were told that with a Multiple Night Stay, drinks at the rooftop bar can be enjoyed for free.
