A large foldable mirror on the wall in front of the desk in the room made it quick to get ready. I highly recommend this hotel as they truly understand guests' convenience. I requested a room with a nice view, and it was absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel also had a large public bath, which I used at night and in the morning, enjoying it all to myself both times. Having cleansing products, lotion, and moisturizer available was very helpful. The breakfast included Nagoya-style dishes and was delicious. I also appreciated

Also, when I stayed at Nishitetsu Fukuoka, there was a Panasonic Nanoe hairdryer (red) in the large public bath, so I thought there would be one in Nagoya as well, but there was only a Dyson. The room was clean, and the lobby was cutely decorated in Christmas style with free dr

The breakfast menu was quite varied, so I enjoyed it every morning without getting bored. The location is excellent—close to the subway station yet in a quiet area—allowing me to get a good night's sleep. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I will definitely make a reservat

The accommodation was very clean, with new and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. It would have been better if there were more varieties of manga available, and the public bath felt slightly small, but it was fine a

I had a very pleasant stay. When I asked to have my luggage shipped home at check-out, the front desk staff were extremely polite and kind, so I felt at ease leaving my bags with them and was able to enjoy my trip comfortably. Thank you very much. I was also surprised that the sa

The Room and Facility were clean and user-friendly. The loungewear, in particular, was made of different materials for the top and bottom, offering great comfort and relaxation. It had a unique design not seen in other Hotels, showing attention to detail. The staff were very kind

This was my first stay. The building isn’t new, but everything was very clean, and it felt like the amenities were well cared for. The staff were wonderful, and the Hotel had a warm atmosphere throughout. I could check how crowded the large public bath was on the Room TV, so I di

The spa available for free use was also very spacious, and the restaurant was large with carpeted floors that felt nice underfoot. The parking lot was also very spacious and free for guests, which impressed me. I would definitely like to use it again next time. Thank you very muc

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

I stayed here for a sudden accommodation. I was traveling with a baby, and the breakfast buffet, especially the French toast, was delicious. Even my 8-month-old grandchild ate a lot. The staff were all very pleasant and left a great impression—thank you! The room was cl

The service from the staff and parking attendants is impressive and deserves full marks. And the price is really cheap. It's truly the best hotel at this price level. However, it's popular, so it's difficult to book a room. That might be a condition of a good hotel. I'm a

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. The layout was relatively spacious, allowing for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Yoshizuya supermarket. The next morning during breakfast, my husband accidentally spilled orange juice, but the lady kindly clea

Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was a bathtub, which was comfortable. There were several lights in the Room, making it very bright, and there were full-length mirrors at the entrance, in the bathroom, and in the Room, making it easy to do makeup.

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to the park, we left our luggage at the hotel (you can check in, but rooms are available from 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing—my son rode a total of 24 attractions and had an amazing time—then headed back to the hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO “pool” play area filled with bricks, plus a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas—a Western-style castle, a pirate ship, and a ninja castle—so kids get super excited. The buffet restaurant is full of LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere, which makes it so fun. There were so many spots that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly try everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style sides—and everything was delicious. There’s also plenty of drinks and desserts. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your room key. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it runs and fun music plays. The hallway has vending machines and a free ice machine (so convenient). Drinks from the vending machines are pricey (a bottle of Coke is ¥300), but there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so if you want something you’ll need to buy it there. In the room they provide four small bottles of I LOHAS water along with cocoa powder plus coffee, black tea, green tea, etc.—and you can quickly chill hot cocoa using ice from down the hall. Both the hallways and rooms are packed with LEGO theming—it’s fantastic! From the adults’ bedroom window you can see LEGOLAND lit up right in front of you. The kids sleep in a separate room on the other side of the bathroom; it has bunk beds and a puzzle treasure box. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV. The bathroom was unit style but spacious enough—and it dries quickly after use so it doesn’t feel damp. Most staff members seemed quite young, but everyone was very kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with big smiles. It was truly a wonderful hotel. We would love to stay again!

We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and unit bath were very clean and comfortable. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise and had a pleasant stay. We were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, an

Although it was a Room with just a shower booth, I had no issues as the public bath was almost like having it all to myself. I used it both at night and in the morning. The public bath also provided Snow Skin Essence amenities, allowing me to relax fully. Access to the stati

There is an Aeon open until late and a convenience store nearby, making the location more than excellent. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Even after check-out, they kindly stored our luggage, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing in Nagoya. Thank you ver

The public bath was clean, but there are only a few washing stations, so depending on the time, you may not be able to relax. Happy hour is limited in time, so it would be helpful to have a water dispenser available 24 hours. The breakfast area is also small, and due to the b

What I like most about this Hotel is the breakfast with a great selection of Nagoya specialties: fried shrimp, kushikatsu skewers, kishimen noodles, and hitsumabushi. After trying them all, I was completely full. I was also satisfied with the staff’s service. However, on this day
