Thank you very much for accommodating us on such short notice, even though our Reservation at another Hotel had not been completed as expected and we had to make a same-day Reservation.

Stayed for 4 nights due to work. The Room had a microwave, and breakfast bento boxes were available at the front desk, making the stay very comfortable. Daily room cleaning was provided upon request. The location is convenient, not too far from the station, with many convenience stores nearby and an AEON within walking distance—perfect for business use. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating, making my stay extremely pleasant. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Although the building is older overall, it has been renovated and was comfortable to stay in. It was great that amenities were provided, so there was no need to bring our own. Hair irons were also available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was convenient. Even though we checked in late, we were greeted with a smile, which left a very positive impression.

There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The Hotel is small and cozy, and we were able to relax. Maybe this is standard for a Multiple Night Stay, but it made us happy to come back and find bath towels and other items placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob. The front desk staff’s beaming smile was so heartwarming that I won’t forget it.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I already have an Accommodation Reservation for next year as well and look forward to staying again.

I believe there were three or more Chinese women staying on the same floor, and they were being very loud even after midnight, so I couldn’t sleep well. I asked the front desk to speak to them, but I could still hear them talking afterward. I understand that many Hotels have a lot of international guests these days, but I would appreciate it if you could separate floors for international and Japanese guests from the start in anticipation of situations like this.

It was a corner Room on the top floor. There was no disturbance from surrounding noise, just occasional faint sirens from the highway. The air conditioning and ventilation worked well, but some might find the slight whistling sound from the door gap noticeable. My wife initially thought it was the refrigerator making noise, but I believe this is a sign of good ventilation. There are two elevators, so there’s no waiting time and they operate smoothly. Parking at a nearby pachinko parlor cost 1,000 yen for 24 hours. It’s within walking distance to Sakae's central area, so I’d love to stay here again!

This is one of the best Business Hotels I’ve stayed at. The sleepwear is a separate top-and-bottom set, so there’s no need to bring pajamas. There are power outlets right by the pillow, and the bed has just the right firmness. It also comes with a refrigerator, TV, and free breakfast (I had to skip it this time due to my schedule). There’s a luggage rack, plus a chair and desk, and the free internet connection was reasonably fast. There are two elevators as well, so I never had trouble during busy morning or evening hours. It was a great Hotel with everything you need—simple and sufficient. The only downside is parking. There are a few spaces in front of the Hotel, but they’re priced in a way that makes them easy for non-guests to use too, so guests often have to use a multi-story parking garage a short walk away. On the day I stayed there was also a festival nearby, and I ended up waiting nearly an hour for parking. I’d appreciate having more parking options available.

I stayed with my parents and one other person (three of us in total). It’s about 800 meters from the station—fine for me, but since my parents are elderly, we took a taxi. There aren’t many convenience stores or shops nearby, but you can find everything around the station area. The front desk staff were foreign and handled things in a businesslike manner. The Room was very spacious, and the TV area and bathroom were also large and comfortable. Check-out was at 10:00, so I wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Affordable price,\nconveniently located near the station with plenty of amenities nearby.\nIf you just need a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient.\nThe only downside was that the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

This was my first time staying here. It’s right by the subway station, so I didn’t get lost. The Hotel had a simple yet stylish design throughout, and it felt very comfortable. As for amenities, I wish basic skincare items had been provided. The bathroom had a washing area, and I could soak in the tub and really relax—it helped relieve my fatigue! I chose the toast breakfast, but the bread wasn’t toasted enough and the butter wouldn’t melt (lol). I would have liked it toasted a bit more. Overall, I was satisfied, so I’ll add it to my Accommodation options when visiting Nagoya.

It was comfortable. Located in the city center, it was easy to go out for meals and enjoy Nagoya to the fullest. I would love to use this accommodation again.

We stayed in a twin Room. The twin Room was surprisingly inexpensive considering how clean the Hotel was. Recommended for couples who prefer separate beds. Loungewear is available to rent for 100 yen. Toothbrushes and other amenities were provided. If I had to mention drawbacks: the lobby is small, the Room is a bit small, the TV reception was poor, and there is only one elevator—but overall, the value for money is excellent. When we stay in Nagoya next time, this Hotel will be our first choice.

The female staff member at the front desk provided perfect service at check-in. It was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

Although it’s a small Hotel, the Room was spacious and very clean. The mini-kitchen, water purifier, microwave, toaster, and more really showed how thoughtfully everything is set up for guests. The amenities were also Sekkisei, which I was very happy with. However! My image of the Sakae area was department stores and PARCO near the station, so I didn’t realize it was right in the middle of Nagoya’s biggest nightlife district... Since you’ll need to make your way past street touts to get there, I should mention that it may not be ideal for families.

I stayed here for sightseeing. It’s conveniently located near Osu Shopping Street and the subway. The building has four floors, but there is an elevator inside, so I was able to move around easily even with a suitcase. While many guesthouses do not have staff on-site, it was very helpful that staff were available during limited hours. There are more shower booths than at many other guesthouses, so I never had to wait. One thing I noticed was the washbasins. There is also a restroom on the 3rd floor, but there was no handwashing area in or near it. Since the washbasins were located next to the shower rooms, I ended up using the restroom on the 2nd floor instead. There is a microwave and an electric kettle, but I don’t think there were any cooking appliances such as a stove, so you may not be able to cook. With its great location and clean Facility, I would like to stay again.

We stayed as a family of five. Feeling uncertain about the location, we arrived in Nagoya early and went to check it out. By chance, we met a cleaning staff member who kindly spoke to us. After explaining that we came for a preview, they informed the team and later contacted us saying, "The room is ready, so you can come anytime." Thank you very much for your kind response. The Room was very clean and spacious enough for five people to relax comfortably.

Suitable for 5 people. Enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Despite my oversight in not checking the email, I truly appreciate your prompt response on the day of contact! Your flexibility and kindness in handling shuttle service and even accepting luggage in advance were incredibly helpful, and I am deeply grateful. This was an accommodation I would confidently recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much!
