伏屋车站 × 以桑拿闻名的住宿设施・设备评价高的酒店·日式旅馆

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

A new, clean, and well-serviced hotel. Overall excellent, but here are the highlights: ① Great public bath and sauna with complimentary ice cream. ② Includes non-alcoholic free drinks. ③ Delicious breakfast with unlimited hitsumabushi. ④ Two drip coffee cups provided in

Even though it’s a capsule Hotel, it has a large public bath, and I was very satisfied with both the sauna temperature and the cold bath temperature. The powder room is also well equipped with hair dryers, irons, and plenty of amenities—you can truly stay here with nothing but yo

The lounge has also become spacious and open, and I enjoyed the sweets there too. It was a stay that made me want to be looked after again at the concierge room. One small point: one button on my loungewear had come off, so I deducted one star. I didn’t contact you because I h

- I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo to Nagoya. - I also borrowed a few amenities (a smartphone cable and nail clippers), and the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles. - The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the energetic service from the staff was impressive. - The double Room was comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath (a bit small) almost privately. - The only downside was that the elevator was crowded in the morning, and some guests couldn’t get on, so I recommend allowing extra time when leaving. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I’ll be back, and I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues!

I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. The Room was clean, and I also enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast bread and soup were very delicious. I travel to many places following the Tigers, but for Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again next time.

The natural Onsen on the second floor offers gentle water that warms you from within, and the 100-degree sauna was thoroughly enjoyable. Complimentary lactic acid drinks are available until 10 AM, and free late-night ramen is served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM—thoughtful touches that a

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

I stayed here again after a long time for a concert at Forest Hall. Access to Kanayama Station and the hall, the Room and Facility, the cleanliness of the large public bath, and the service were all as good as ever. I also appreciated that all amenities were already placed in the Room in advance (choosing amenities in the lobby while carrying luggage can be quite difficult). On top of that, I was impressed by the wide variety. Breakfast was delicious as well. Perhaps because the dining area is spacious or because it was a weekday, there was no congestion at the buffet, so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. One thing is that there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage, so I thought it would be nice if you could install or lend a foldable baggage rack around under the TV. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

The sink being right at the entrance was convenient, and the overhead shower design, reminiscent of overseas styles, added to the experience. Using a QR code instead of a card key was also helpful as there was no worry about losing it, and I could go out with just my smartphone

There’s also a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel, which is very convenient. The staff were very polite and helpful, which was great. However, in the Onsen there were several people with quite flashy tattoos, which made me feel uneasy. Also, our Room was on the sec

The Hotel felt clean, and the staff were very helpful, so overall I had a comfortable stay. The bathroom ventilation was strong, and there was none of the unpleasant odor that can be common at other hotels. One concern was that the bidet nozzle in the Room looked discolored. When the large public bath was crowded, there were not enough washing stations or lockers in the changing area (it felt cramped), and some guests were waiting while undressed.

Overall, I am satisfied with the Hotel. It would be even better if the large public bath could also be used the following morning. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety for a free service, and refills were provided promptly, which I appreciated.

I stayed in the Luxury Single Room again this time. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the room even had a kitchen and a washer-dryer (though I didn’t use it). Considering the price and Facility, it was very reasonable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, making it a pleasant Hotel. I’d love to stay again next time.

The bath isn’t extremely large, but there is a public bath, and having a sauna was really great. I slept well at night, and breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide variety of dishes. The staff worked efficiently and left a very good impression. All I can say is that it

Even so, it was a great view and we enjoyed it 충분ly. As it is a new Hotel, we were very satisfied with the design and comfort. Both the Room and bathroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. We also appreciated that crafts showcasing artisan techniques from the Tok
