This was our second stay. We had such a wonderful time last time that I came again with my mother, who loves art. She was delighted by the tower’s distinctive steel framework running through the Room and the many artworks throughout the Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for kindly explaining everything as she asked questions. At night, Accommodation guests only can take an elevator through a hidden door up to the observation deck. The special touch made our hearts race. Spending time looking out over the quiet city at night felt truly luxurious, and I was able to give my mother a moment that only a Hotel stay can offer. Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and both my mother and I were very satisfied. Afterward, we were even served special petit fours, and we fully enjoyed tea time as well. This time, my mother and I took a relaxing stroll around Sakae on this one-night, two-day mini trip with staying at this Hotel as our main purpose. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

I’ve stayed at capsule Hotels before, but this capsule Hotel was excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and the lounge offered meals and drinks—plus free alcohol at night, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, and it’s rare to find a capsule Hotel like this. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here when visiting Ghibli Park! Even though the Reservation mistake was my fault, the staff handled it flexibly without showing any displeasure. Thank you so much! The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but the service here was outstanding and made my stay truly pleasant. Not only the front desk staff, but also everyone working at the buffet was cheerful, and I had a great morning. I don’t usually stay at a Business Hotel, but when I’m in Nagoya again, this is definitely the Hotel I want to stay at!

- I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo to Nagoya. - I also borrowed a few amenities (a smartphone cable and nail clippers), and the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles. - The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the energetic service from the staff was impressive. - The double Room was comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath (a bit small) almost privately. - The only downside was that the elevator was crowded in the morning, and some guests couldn’t get on, so I recommend allowing extra time when leaving. There are few restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but the in-room dining offers a family-restaurant-level selection, along with a drink bar, and there is also a water dispenser in the Room, so we had no inconvenience at all. Even after 1:00 a.m., light meals and alcohol are available until 6:00 a.m. Both the Room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the amenities were well stocked. However, the TV remote control responded so poorly that it was difficult to use.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided courteous service. The interior was also very clean. The large public bath was spacious, and I was able to relax. I also had breakfast. There were many local dishes, all delicious—I ended up eating too much in the morning. It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much!

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

I stayed here while attending a sports event at Aichi International Arena. The Room was clean, reasonably spacious, and comfortable. At first, it felt a bit unusual to have the sink set up right in front of the bed, but it turned out to be convenient. This time I chose a Plan without breakfast due to my schedule, but next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included. Great value for money and a Hotel I’d recommend!

Richmond Hotel has rarely disappointed me in the past, and this stay in Nagoya reminded me why. The rates are not cheap, but the rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the calm interior decor left a great impression. The bed quality in particular was excellent, offering a level of comfort that feels a step above a typical Business Hotel. I was also looking forward to breakfast at Royal Host. The omelet and pancakes were smaller than expected, but both are cooked to order, which made it more satisfying than a standard buffet. I was especially impressed by a young female staff member with glasses on the floor who smoothly assisted an international guest in English without a Reservation. It was only a brief exchange, but it clearly reflected the high service standards of the Hotel overall. From the room and breakfast to the staff service, I was satisfied with almost everything. Even if it costs a bit more, this is an Accommodation where you can truly feel what you’re paying for.

As the title says, I used this Hotel as a base during my sightseeing trip in Nagoya. It was about a 15-minute walk from the station to the Hotel, so I walked there. It was a very hot day, and although I walked through the underground shopping area for part of the way, once I came up to street level I immediately started sweating. I was thirsty, so the complimentary bottled water I received upon arrival at the Hotel was really helpful. In summer, it would have been even better if it had been chilled. The Hotel itself was quiet, and since it’s located away from the station, I couldn’t hear any noise from crowds or footsteps in the hallway. With the pillow I chose, I slept comfortably for the first time in a while, which was great. I checked in early and was able to choose my pillow, so that worked out well. Breakfast items like miso katsu and eel were delicious, but they felt similar to breakfasts at other hotels and didn’t leave much of an impression. If there had been one standout dish that really stuck with me, I might have given it five stars. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again if I visit Nagoya in the future.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

This was my first stay. The room was clean, and the large public bath helped me relax and recover from fatigue.
