The room initially seemed small and uncomfortable based on the photos, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The view from the room's window was likely one of the reasons for this, as it felt open and not claustrophobic. The bathroom and toilet were indeed small and not very comfortable to use. However, there were no malfunctions, and as expected, the toilet had a bidet function. I'll give it full marks for that reason alone. It might be worth upgrading the showerhead to something better since this is not a Business Hotel. Adding an odor-eliminating feature to the toilet could also improve things further. A slightly larger TV screen in the room would have been better since it's not very clear when viewed from the bed. I used my own DVDs with a DVD player provided in the room and watched Saariaho's "L'Amour de Loin" and Pergolesi's "Adriano in Siria." The soundproofing of the room could be improved as some ambient noise from outside was audible, though it wasn't overly disruptive—just enough to keep my volume low while watching movies or listening to music. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, offering no major inconveniences; however, overall it felt comparable to a Business Hotel standard. Some high-end Business Hotels even offer better rooms than this one—with more functional TVs, air purifiers readily available, or accessory trays provided. For its price point, I found the room somewhat lacking; however, what truly stands out about this hotel is its excellent location—it’s directly connected to Sunshine City shopping complex! The hotel's interior design is stylish overall; having well-stocked convenience store items nearby adds value too! The view from my upgraded higher-grade Room (thanks due-to availability) especially shines at night-time scenery-wise! Elevators are plentiful so waiting times aren’t frustrating either! Breakfast buffet quality-wise rates average yet unique inclusion like buckwheat galettes stood-out positively amongst offerings! In conclusion: While pricing may lean towards expensive-side relatively speaking—this accommodation excels primarily thanks-to unbeatable location alongside stunning nighttime views

Very close to the station, with a LAN behind it. Shopping areas are also not far—an excellent location. We booked at a good rate: 39,000 for three days for three people. If I can get a price like this again, I would consider staying here again.

With its great location and reasonable rates, I chose to stay here again. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. The staff were also friendly.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Tokyo and had a very comfortable experience. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and bed. Once I entered the room, I could relax at my own pace until checkout. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was also helpful that they stored my luggage on the day of my stay. We stayed here for our first overnight trip with our 1-year-old. The baby amenities were well stocked, and we had a wonderful holiday relaxing and letting our child play in the water in the open-air bath. It would have been even better if the lounge drinks included a cafe latte, but we’ll bring one next time. We’d love to stay again.

Because our last stay was so great, we chose to return again this time. Once again, the staff were courteous, and the Room was clean and comfortable. We felt at ease and were able to relax throughout our stay. This is a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. We would love to visit again next time!

The room was very spacious, and I was able to relax. Amenities are minimal; there is no makeup remover, for example. The property is a bit old, but it is well cleaned. There was signage in the elevator indicating where to dispose of trash, so I sorted and threw it away in the morning. It wasn’t too far from the station and was very convenient to use. I would like to stay again.

They always place any requested rental items in the room in advance, there’s even a penguin in the bath, and they leave a personalized message with my name—it's been so relaxing throughout my stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, and they also accommodated a late check-out. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed here because it was close to the station for an event. The staff had a warm, homey atmosphere, and they also stored my luggage, which was a big help. The Facility felt old-fashioned, and the shower water pressure was very weak so bathing took a long time. Also, some wallpaper was peeling, the toilet seat lid was cracked and misaligned, and the Room door didn’t fit well and was hard to open and close. I would appreciate it if these could be repaired if possible. Other than that, everything was comfortable overall. Check-out is not until 12:00 p.m., which gave me plenty of time. It’s affordable despite being near the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby, which made it very convenient. Thank you very much. I hope to stay with you again when I have another opportunity.

This was my second stay. This time I made a Reservation for a higher-grade Room than last time. I simply love the design. The bed is large, and the whole space is incredibly relaxing. The location is in a love hotel district, but once you’re inside the Room, it doesn’t feel like that at all. I’ll definitely stay again. From here are the weak points: If you don’t like Tempur-style memory foam beds, your body might start to ache a bit. Even just watching TV, you sink into it, so it’s a little hard to turn over. I also noticed sound carrying in the Room, stains on the shoji screens, and pilling on the loungewear. It’s generally easy because there’s minimal contact with staff, but at checkout, when I got off the elevator and passed by the entrance staff member, they said nothing. I felt they could at least say “Good morning.” Only after completing checkout at the machine did they finally say “Thank you.”

We stayed for 4 nights. It seems there are several different Room types available. This time, the three of us stayed in a two-story apartment-style unit on the first floor. The Room had a separate shower room in addition to the toilet, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The water pressure was excellent—really strong—and it was great. There were no face towels or loungewear, but bath towels and toothbrushes were prepared for each guest. A hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, TV, electric kettle, and tableware for 1–2 people were also provided. There were also three washing machines and two dryers outside, which was very helpful. Maybe it was just by chance, but late at night we could hear heavy thuds from the upstairs floor (loud vibrations) that continued for 1–2 hours, which bothered us a bit. Overall though, this is a very comfortable Hotel where you can relax easily. I would like to stay here again when I have plans nearby. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

At this price, with a 12:00 checkout and breakfast included, I thought it was excellent. I worked remotely in the morning and was able to do so comfortably with the sofa and table provided. Since it's located in a busy area, whether that's a plus or not depends on the individual.

The location is also excellent—close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores all within a 2–3 minute walk. The price is reasonable as well. Even if it’s a bit farther from my destination, I would choose to stay here again.

A standard Business Hotel. The interior and building are not too old and were clean. The Room was of average size, and while the bathroom was small, it was clean and acceptable. Having a microwave in the Room is definitely a plus. I walked from Ikebukuro Station with a carry cart, but it was a bit tiring as the elevator and escalator exits are slightly far away.
