Preparing pre-ground coffee and gyokuro tea in advance in the refrigerator, and even providing prior notice of local community announcements—your attention to detail made me think, “This must be truly professional work.”
We also learned a lot from how you maintain just the right distance with guests, starting with your courteous greeting, “Thank you for choosing us.” I had assumed that only luxury Ryokan avoid using artificial flowers these days, but to offer this level of care even to ordinary guests like us—my sincere respect.
