黑山车站 × 过去24小时热销的住宿设施・设备评价高的酒店·日式旅馆

It was my first trip to Niigata, and everything about the Hotel was excellent. First, I was deeply soothed by the beauty of the fresh flowers. The welcome drink and sweets were of high quality, and the coffee-flavored beer—my first time trying it—was incredibly delicious. The Roo

The breakfast buffet was also abundant in variety, and we enjoyed freshly made delicious mochi from the traditional mochi pounding event. The proprietress and all the staff provided wonderful hospitality, truly making it a luxury inn loved by everyone, which we completely underst

Thank you so much for everything. While Tsukioka has many famous accommodations, we felt that "Hiten no Oto" truly offers heartfelt hospitality. Our family is already talking about wanting to stay here again when we visit next time! The onsen was absolutely amazing as well!

I traveled with my mother in her 80s. The staff, the meals, and the baths—everything exceeded our expectations. My mother was very happy too. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they made sure the meals didn’t repeat, and everything was delicious. If I had one request, since it was a hot summer, I would have appreciated a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs (it was refrigerator-only).

Everything was satisfying—I took four baths. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable because staff frequently entered the large public bath changing room. I was disappointed when cleanup started before the final closing time. Still, I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

All the staff were courteous and left a great impression. This may be my own expectation, but the water didn’t look as emerald green as I had imagined; still, it was an excellent hot spring. The room was more than spacious for a solo trip and very comfortable, and I was able to relax and recover from fatigue along with the hot spring. I also appreciated having meals served in the room. The building is undeniably old, but considering the inn’s history, I think it adds charm. That said, I noticed a few things... There is a step of about 3–4 cm between the area where you take off your shoes and the room itself, and I bumped my toes on it. It was my fault, but since both sides are tatami mats, it seems easy to misjudge due to an optical illusion. There was a note saying the refrigerator power switch was on the right side, but I couldn’t find it at first; after searching carefully, I found it hidden behind the refrigerator. Dust had accumulated on the lampshade above the sink. One corner of the bamboo tray used for placing cups by the sink was stained white, and because cups were placed upside down with their rims touching that stain, it didn’t feel hygienic. (It might have been disinfectant solution, but visually it wasn’t ideal.) I apologize for these nitpicky comments, but I hope they can be helpful going forward.

The reception, welcome drink, marshmallows roasted over the hearth, soba noodles at night, the person who kindly responded to sudden inquiries, and the service during breakfast and dinner were all accompanied by smiles and good service. We hope to visit again if we have the opp

Overall, it was very good. The newspaper, breakfast, coffee, lemon water, and more… Thank you.

At the restaurant next to the Hotel, we ordered local sake, locally caught fish, and soba noodles made with buckwheat from Shibata. Everything was delicious with a gentle flavor. The proprietress at the counter and the chef in the kitchen all left a great impression, and we were
