横川车站 (群马县) × 每人约2万日元的热门住宿温泉・浴池评价高的酒店·日式旅馆

I stayed here again, as I did last year. This time, I split my stay into two parts: 2 nights and then 3 nights—first on the east side, and the last 3 nights on the west side. The west side is better. I plan to stay here again next year.

Close to the station, with an outlet mall just nearby, so the location is very convenient. Also, since we have children, we signed up for Picchio’s animal tour and insect tour within the Hotel and joined in. The guide explained everything carefully, and we enjoyed it a lot, so I highly recommend it. The Hotel grounds are vast, and shuttle buses run until late between Karuizawa Prince West, Animal, Hot Spring, and the outlet mall, which was very convenient. We woke up early and took a walk around the Hotel grounds. The fresh air was wonderful, and the sun filtering through the trees was truly soothing. The Onsen was great as well, and above all, all of the staff were very kind and pleasant—it really felt like they are well trained. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again.

When I couldn’t decide which perk to choose, they explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax. I also enjoyed the welcome drink and the board games. The next day’s perk—late checkout until 12:00—let m

The bathroom was also spacious, equipped with a washing area and chair, allowing for a very relaxing bath time. After running, I could stretch in the Japanese-style room, which made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality. I am planning to visit again at t

The lounge chairs and tables were large, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time. For dogs, there were foot towels, disinfectant alcohol, water, sheets, and plastic bags at the entrance, which was very good. The hotel staff were wonderful, responding with smiles. Overall, it

I felt it was a classic, charming old Japanese Hotel. The building’s presence, the restaurant, the guest rooms, and the interior were all wonderful. I stayed on a Plan with breakfast and dinner included. The food was just as delicious as what you’d find at Hotels in Tokyo, and they kindly accommodated my dietary dislikes so I could fully enjoy the meals. All of the staff provided excellent service, and I felt everything throughout my stay was great. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The lemon cake was also incredibly delicious. The evening free-flow session was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy an elegant time in the lounge, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed as well. For breakfast, as buffets are becoming challenging for elderly guests like us, having a

At the restaurant, we enjoyed dinner while admiring the beautifully lit trees. Every dish was excellent in both taste and presentation, and although we chose the half dinner option, we were very satisfied. It was a weekday and not crowded, but we received heartfelt hospitality fr

As there was availability, we were upgraded to a better Room, and they even let us check the Room before check-in. There are chairs along the corridor leading to the lobby, making it a nice spot to sit and relax. Thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a truly relaxing

The staff were all friendly, making my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. (Although I only saw them at the breakfast restaurant) the other guests staying were calm and composed, allowing for a relaxing experience. The room was clean and well-maintained. It was about a 10-min

A newly opened property near Karuizawa Station—just a short walk from the T-Site, less than 5 minutes to Ohga Hall, and with easy access to the outlet mall. The lobby has a Mikado Coffee machine, so you can enjoy delicious coffee anytime, and the Room was more spacious than expe

I’ve visited Karuizawa many times, but this was my first stay here. Although it faces a main road, we weren’t bothered by traffic noise, and the Facility was clean, so we were able to relax completely. Our dog was smiling the whole time! The only thing I noticed was that the small window near the kitchen didn’t have any curtains or similar covering—blinds would be nice. The location is great as well, so I’d love to stay again!

We stayed with four adults and were able to relax comfortably. Outside the window, we could see trees and the waterfront, surrounded by nature. The Room facilities and location were excellent, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. There are no dining options on-site, so we ate freely at our favorite restaurants, but for breakfast we bought ingredients at a supermarket and cooked for ourselves. If I had to mention one drawback, there was a persistent cigarette smell—perhaps because outside air is brought in—which was unpleasant; otherwise it felt perfect.
