I took a bus from Tokyo Station, got off at Highway Oasis Furari, and walked a little over 20 minutes. The road is somewhat difficult to walk on, but it’s not a busy street. Bath: Private-use only, with an indoor bath and an open-air bath as a set. It was clean, a comfortable size, and the water temperature wasn’t too hot—really nice. Room: Traditional Japanese-style. The futon was already laid out, so I relaxed and lounged around. There’s also a toilet and washbasin. I visited on a very humid day, so there was that distinctive tatami-room scent—nostalgic. And since there were shoji screens, I naturally woke up with the morning light. Meals: Absolutely amazing—just as rumored. Everything tasted great. It was my first time trying squid-leg croquettes, and they were delicious. Breakfast had lots of options too, and I ended up getting seconds of rice without thinking. The after-meal coffee was also excellent. The sea is close by as well; I went before breakfast and started the day feeling refreshed. Overall, this Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lots of fish dishes. Everyone greeted me with smiles, so I could relax comfortably and freely throughout my stay. The high ratings were well deserved—I’d love to come again.

Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

I visited on my road bike. They kindly allowed me to park my bike in the parking lot, which was very reassuring as a cyclist. After arriving, I took a relaxing walk along the seaside right in front of the property and soothed my travel fatigue. The building does feel a bit aged overall, but you can sense the staff’s sincere efforts everywhere through their attentive and warm hospitality. The baths operate on a rotating men/women schedule, and I really enjoyed the large public bath, open-air bath, and jacuzzi. However, it was a little disappointing that the sauna was out of order and being used for storage, and that there was no cold plunge pool—I hope they will be restored in the future! Since it looked like you could step out into the courtyard from the main bath area as well, it might be nice to create a relaxation space there. Dinner—the highlight—was far more generous than expected and extremely satisfying. Luxurious ingredients such as simmered splendid alfonsino (kinmedai), abalone, and top-quality rice from Chiba Prefecture were served; I honestly wondered if this price was really sustainable. The next morning I woke up early again and went for another morning walk by the sea right in front of us. It was an extremely satisfying stay.

We stayed for two nights from 8/23 in an annex Triple Room as a family of four, including a 9-year-old boy. When we checked in, four beds (one was a sofa bed) were already prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower room even had a ReFa shower head. The amenities were more than sufficient. The entire Room was clean, and there was an electric kettle along with instant coffee and tea. Since our Room was on the first floor, we could step directly out into the front garden, and our child was thrilled to catch insects. The pool was also clean and very pleasant. The Onsen is effective for muscle fatigue relief and improving skin condition. We would definitely like to visit again.

This was my third stay. I stayed in the same Room with a kitchen as last time. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. In the evening, we could see Mt. Fuji from the Room, which made my mother very happy. For dinner, instead of ordering the boat sashimi platter we had last time, we took out sushi and ate it in the Room. Dinner is served in your Room here, so you can relax without worrying about others. I wanted to take it easy in the morning, so I chose no breakfast. If you want a hearty breakfast, I recommend booking a plan with breakfast included.\nThe beach was quiet since it was before Obon. There were lifeguards on duty as well, so it felt safe. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was after 3:00 PM on the day we went, the beach huts were closed. It rained the next day, so we gave up on going to the beach—but students from some school were swimming even in the rain.\nI’d love to come back to Iwai for another beach trip next year too.

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

We stayed here again for our family trip to Uchibo. Although it was the rainy season, the ocean view stretching out in front of us was as wonderful as ever, and our family and dog were able to relax together.\nAs for meals, if you order a catered seafood set from a nearby restaurant after checking the menu, you can enjoy a luxurious dinner while taking in the stunning view.\nWe feel this is an Accommodation we can rely on and return to regularly.

My spouse and I, both in our 50s, stayed for four nights with our dog. Since it was a late summer vacation, we were looking to relax, and we were able to spend a comfortable time with an ocean view and our dog by our side. The room had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to bring much. The provided cassette stove was very handy, and we could cook simple meals. The complimentary drinks in the evening were greatly appreciated. Nearby there’s a convenience store, Sasuke Shokudo (their fried horse mackerel set meal is great), and FISH where you can buy souvenirs—all within walking distance. It was also convenient that we could park right in front of the room. We’d love to stay again.

We stayed as a family of six. Check-in was smooth, and we were glad we could complete it without any crowds. Our room faced the forest, but every time we used the elevator we could enjoy views of the ocean outside, which was wonderful. The room itself was fantastic—everyone in our group of six could relax comfortably. Our parents slept on futons and said they were even more comfortable than the ones at home; they kept saying they’d like to use them at home too. It was great to be able to recover from travel fatigue. The meals were popular with both kids and adults, with many dishes that appealed across generations. In particular, there was a live-kitchen chicken liver sandwich-style item (I forgot the name) that was so delicious I went back for it about 10 times—thank you for the wonderful meal. The hot spring had a comfortable temperature, so the children could soak calmly as well. The relaxing atmosphere of the relaxation room also helped us unwind, and both parents and kids were very satisfied. What our family loved most was the indoor play area. There were several spacious tatami rooms where we could all enjoy table tennis, badminton, soccer, basketball, and more together. The tatami mats felt a bit old, but it didn’t bother us much. Since it was close to the dining area, we were able to use it a lot before and after meals, which was great. This time we stayed on the forest side, so next time we’d love to try an ocean-side room. It was a wonderful building and a clean Room. We could feel the thoughtful attention in everything, including the kitchenware and bathroom amenities. The view was amazing, and the sunset was beautiful. We were slightly bothered at times by people fishing passing in front of the house, but otherwise it was perfect. We would like to stay again.

Almost everything we needed was provided, and we were able to stay very comfortably. The pool was a pleasant temperature even for this season, and the sauna was spacious and excellent! We also loved that we could enjoy an outdoor BBQ even on rainy days. A convenience store is within a 15-minute walk, so it was easy to pick up extra supplies. Although the villa is surrounded by nature, there were fewer insects than expected, which made it very comfortable. Overall, we were truly satisfied and would love to stay here again! However, one thing that bothered us was a damp laundry-like smell in the bedroom. It was quite strong from the moment we entered and felt a bit noticeable. If that could be improved, it would be even more comfortable. Other than that, the Facilities were well equipped and we had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

Bath: Located in a separate building across a picturesque garden, the bath was delightful with excellent hot water. Meals: Mostly seafood dishes, including abalone sashimi. Everything was delicious and highly satisfying.

Having had a great impression last time, I decided to return after several years, and my positive feelings have only grown. First, the accommodation is impeccably maintained and cleaned in every corner, making for a very pleasant stay. This level of care is not easy to achieve. The meals are heartfelt and allow you to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. Additionally, while the panoramic bath with an ocean view is not an onsen, it can be enjoyed in the morning as well and was spotlessly clean. The guest rooms and bedding are simple as it is a guesthouse, but yukata robes and bath towels are provided. It may not suit those seeking luxury ryokan services; however, for travelers looking for an enjoyable trip at a reasonable price, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed here as our accommodation for a two-day trip to Tateyama. We enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood from Tateyama while using the terrace barbecue grill, all with a stunning view of the ocean right in front of us. The interior was very clean, and it was fully equipped with tableware and amenities, even featuring a luxurious sauna. There were four of us staying, but since it's a three-story building with ample space, it could easily accommodate larger groups as well.
