Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

All the staff were incredibly kind and warm. They responded quickly when I wasn’t feeling well, and thanks to that I was able to enjoy my trip without changing any of my plans. My first enzyme bath also helped relieve my fatigue. If it were closer, I’d feel like coming even once a month. The French restaurant was outstanding—the fish and vegetables were fresh and delicious. The wine pairing was perfect, and we enjoyed it very much. For breakfast we chose the Japanese set, and the kenchin-jiru soup—something I hadn’t had in a long time—was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Room was comfortable as well, and we were satisfied with everything—we would definitely like to visit again. Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

It was a very lovely Hotel. The lobby had a café-like atmosphere, and the decorations were beautiful, with artworks that evoked the feeling of the sea. I felt it was a Hotel that could be comfortably enjoyed by both middle-aged guests and families. The breakfast was great a

I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here during Golden Week with three family members and our dog. First of all, the service from both the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff was outstanding. For meals, we had Italian cuisine for dinner and both Japanese and Western options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. To be honest, we felt a bit uneasy before arriving because we had seen some negative Reviews—but that wasn’t the case at all. If you keep in mind that you can spend time with your pet anywhere, this is a wonderful Facility. Compared with a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, it may be different—but the bath was spacious and the location was great. Considering that you can stay with your pet both in your Room and at the dining area, we felt it offered excellent value. It really depends on what you prioritize when choosing an Accommodation. We’ve visited several pet-friendly Accommodations, but here we were able to relax without any stress. I believe that’s thanks to the thoughtful care and excellent service from all the staff. We definitely want to visit again with our pet. Thank you very much.

I’ve always loved CABaN clothing, so when I heard they were opening an Accommodation, I knew I wanted to stay there someday. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great on the day, so we didn’t use the pool, but we had a wonderful time at the stylish bar on-site. We were both thrilled—“Can we really drink this kind of great alcohol for free?” The bartender’s stories were also very entertaining. The Room was the nicest of any Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. A dream come true for anyone who loves interior design. The fridge was stocked with champagne and local craft beer, all included in the Room rate—perfect for anyone who enjoys drinks. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast while looking out over the sea in Hayama. Every dish was delicious, and we ended up drinking far more than we could believe. (Drinks at dinner are charged separately.) It truly felt like a dream to spend such a luxurious time there. We’d love to visit again for an anniversary or another special occasion. We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

When I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was not disappointed at all; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. We were moved by the chef’s attention to detail in every dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only our dog but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great atmosphere. The entire Hotel was refined and very clean, making it comfortable to stay. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made us want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

The rooftop view was amazing. I stayed with No Meals Included. Since I didn't have a car, I bought supplies at Zushi Station and took a taxi to the accommodation (less than 15 minutes away). Although the details of room amenities were not fully listed, everything typically found in accommodations was available (except for pajamas). There were even laundry detergents and clothespins, making it perfect for active beach activities. Everything needed for cooking and eating was provided, except for sugar among the seasonings. The tableware was slightly heavy but consisted mostly of large plates, which were ideal for group meals. There were also playing cards available, and the TV could be connected to personal streaming subscriptions. The view from the living room was also great. Next time, I'd like to visit before summer when days are longer. It was such a fulfilling and enjoyable experience! Thank you very much!
