This time's Junior Suite was incredibly spacious and stress-free. The interior design, dining experience, and staff hospitality were all exceptional. Even when I stay at other accommodations, I always find myself coming back to Pier 8! (laughs) Looking forward to visiting a

The hotel was more comfortable and lovely than I imagined. It was clean, with well-thought-out room amenities (the interior design was tasteful), and the cost performance was excellent with just the right amount of service, leaving me very satisfied! I also had lunch at the hot

The Hotel is close to the station, so it was easy to drop off my luggage and head out. Amenities were self-service, but there was a good selection of teas, which I appreciated. The desk was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable—overall a very satisfying Hotel. There is an I

The reception and breakfast staff were all very kind. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. Thank you. The amenities were excellent, and it was nice to choose from various types of pillows. The welcome drink had a variety of options that co

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

Among Business Hotels, Richmond Hotel is my favorite because the Room is spacious and the Facility is excellent. The large desk with a desk lamp and the comfortable caster chair made my stay very pleasant. The slightly larger sofa is also a nice touch. The entire Room is bright,

The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.

There was also a large public bath where I could relax my tired body. The amenities were well-stocked, and there were plenty of drink options to enjoy. The front desk staff were all pleasant and made the stay even more enjoyable. If I visit Yokohama again, I will definitely use

I also wanted to try the late-night soba.) By the poolside you can order food and drinks and even rent float rings—everything is thoughtfully provided. Even though it’s in Yokohama near central Tokyo areas, it made me feel like I was staying at a Resort Hotel. Both check-in and

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy, so I slept very well. Because the bed is

This was my first stay here. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and kindly answered all of our questions in detail. Our connecting rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than the one at home, so we could relax and had a very comfortable stay. Because the hotel is located up a hill, getting to Sakuragicho Station can be a bit challenging, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to get around. We also booked an additional single room—thank you for placing it close to our room. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

Compared to other hotels, the club lounge had plenty of seating and was spacious, with a wide selection of high-quality drinks and excellent food quality. The staff's response was courteous and smart, making it a flawless hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again. The

Upon arrival, the hotel’s exterior gave a chic impression—subtle yet elegant—and at night, the neon lights at the entrance blended beautifully with Chinatown's atmosphere. The room’s layout and interior design were very calming, allowing us to relax fully during our stay.

The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the hot water comes out very quickly. The prefix dinner at Jukei Hanten on the first floor was also wonderful. There were two of us, but we enjoyed high-end ingredients from the prefix menu on a rotating table while sitting on a s

The Room was well-cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and I was able to relax comfortably. I enjoyed shopping as there were places like Colette Mare and Summit Store. Access to the Red Brick Warehouse was also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the Canal Park Station of the

It’s a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I love this lovely Hotel and plan to continue staying here in the future—thank

I called in advance, and they handled my late-night check-in smoothly even after midnight. The room was clean, and with comfortable bedding I was able to sleep well despite the short stay. However, it was disappointing that filling the bathtub took a long time. Given the current

I was very satisfied with the courteous service and the clean Room, just like last time. I was grateful for the consideration of being placed on the same floor as my companion, which made it easy to move between rooms. My companion seemed satisfied as well. The bed was comfortabl

It was just a short walk from Bashamichi Station. With Yokohama Cosmo World, World Porters, the CupNoodles Museum, and Hammerhead Park nearby, the location was excellent and very convenient. I chose a Room on the side facing the Yokohama Cosmo World Ferris wheel and enjoyed both
