First of all, the staff were wonderful. Many international team members were working there, and they were well trained and welcomed us with warm smiles. I misunderstood the breakfast time and arrived late to my set meal seat, but I was not rushed at all and was able to enjoy a delicious meal. Everything was very clean, including the bedding sheets. This time I used the Yugawara Smile Coupon and got a great deal on my stay, but even without the coupon I felt it offers excellent value for money. It was only one night, but I was able to relax.
