陆前大塚站 × 附设迎宾休息厅的住宿满意度评价高的酒店·日式旅馆

This was my first trip to Sendai, and I also visited the Matsushima area for the first time. From the hospitality to how well-stocked the amenities were, everything exceeded my expectations, and the view from the room was wonderful. The meals were also very delicious. I did notice a few small flies in my room on the 4th floor, but other than that I was satisfied.

This was my first trip to Tohoku, and I stayed here. In recent years I hadn’t found an Accommodation that truly satisfied me, but this one exceeded my expectations in every way—hospitality, meals, and the Room. I took a taxi from the nearest station, and every driver said, “Everyone says there’s nothing to complain about!” They were absolutely right. It’s well worth the price—you won’t regret staying here. For those making a Reservation, I strongly recommend choosing a Plan that includes dinner! The portions are generous, and everything is delicious, including fresh seafood and mountain vegetables. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but we were able to relax while listening to the rain and looking out over Matsushima. We’ll definitely return to see Matsushima in another season!

The view of Matsushima from the Room was as beautiful as a painting. The meals offered a wide variety, and we were able to enjoy local flavors. My husband, who loves drinks, was very happy with the wide selection of alcohol. The view from the large public bath was also wonderful, and the amenities were well stocked. I only wished the Room had a few more amenities like those in the large public bath. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family. We really appreciated being able to freely enjoy the welcome drinks and snacks, video games, massage chairs, and more without it feeling overcrowded. The table tennis and darts were also available 24 hours whenever they were free, and since no reservation was required, it was easy to use them—we enjoyed them many times. We also loved the extra amenities such as cooling sheets and face masks, and we were happy to have a ReFa hair dryer as well. Dinner was delicious—the half-buffet and seafood BBQ were excellent, with such generous portions that we couldn’t finish everything. Breakfast was just as satisfying: there was limited-time seafood that we made into rice bowls, plus their famous fried oysters, fruit, sweets—everything was truly delicious and we were extremely satisfied. The room was lovely and comfortable, and this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. Thanks to you, it became a fun trip full of great memories. Thank you very much.

I suddenly felt like visiting Matsushima and started looking for Accommodation, but everywhere was pricey. The more affordable places had reviews that were, well, what you’d expect… Since my stay was short, I thought I didn’t need to do much sightseeing—then I found this place. A “Room assigned on arrival” Plan with crab at this price? Is that really okay? I arrived feeling both excited and a bit anxious, but it exceeded my expectations by far. The staff were wonderful, and even though it’s a two-story building, there’s an elevator. When I got to my Room (by chance), it was a twin room with double beds. Spacious! Clean! Beautiful! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff’s attentive check-ins were also appreciated. I finished all the crab without thinking about anything else. I noticed a framed certificate on the wall—it wasn’t quite a standard chef’s license… Turns out they’re actually an instructor who trains chefs. No wonder everything tasted so good… In the large public bath, I ended up chatting with other guests about how great this Accommodation is. If there’s one thing I’d like to mention: The small stones laid in the reclining bath area of the large public bath have come loose, and it hurt when I stepped on them—please improve this before my next visit.

It was a very satisfying one-night stay. The buffet was great, and I was very satisfied with the reasonable rate for the Room. The view was nice, the building is large, and overall it was very good. However, I tried to pay the Hot Spring Tax for two Rooms as instructed (“Welcome drink available free of charge”), but after tapping the tag and hearing the beep, it immediately moved to the payment screen. I then tapped the second Room’s tag and heard another beep, so I paid by card and thought everything was fine—but later found out that the Hot Spring Tax for the second Room had not been completed. Not realizing this was somewhat disappointing. The Room reserved on Yahoo Travel suited me perfectly...
