I found this Facility on IKYU and liked it so much that I made a Reservation. Just as expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the Facility, the meals, and the Onsen (ceramic bath). During a conversation with the staff at dinner, we talked about Hachimantai’s Dragon Eye. They told me they had gone there after borrowing rental boots and that it was wonderful. So I went the next day right away. Like Zao Okama last year, I was moved by the breathtaking scenery. It was a truly great stay—enjoying both the magnificent nature and the delicious meals at the Facility. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The large public bath and its open-air section had a wonderful atmosphere and were very enjoyable. The "Meditation Bath" looked better in photos, so my expectations were too high—it turned out to be just a regular open-air bath. That said, I took multiple baths during my stay,

We stayed with No Meals Included, but we were able to enjoy complimentary late-night ochazuke. The broth was rich and very delicious. There were three of us, and since the washing area for the private open-air bath was a separate shower booth, we ended up taking turns one by one. However, the Onsen itself and the mist shower were both very pleasant. Next time, we’d like to stay again with meals included!

We had a truly wonderful time. Not only the Room, but also the bathroom and balcony were spacious, allowing us to relax. The cypress bathtub had a lovely fragrance, and the large public bath was just the right size and very comfortable. We enjoyed delicious items during afternoon tea and aperitif time, and the Western-style dinner made excellent use of quality ingredients with wonderful seasoning—we were satisfied with every dish. We would love to visit again just for this dining experience. Thanks to the courteous service from all staff members, we truly felt this is an outstanding Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my elderly parents. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and we were able to spend our time feeling relaxed and at ease. The Onsen was beautifully decorated with umbrellas, and we enjoyed bathing there many times. The freshly made breakfast pancakes were delicious. However, some guests seemed unsure how to use the setup and gave up, which was a bit disappointing. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We received many joyful photos of our grandchildren, and my spouse and I are extremely satisfied. The friendliness of the international staff seemed to double the fun, which made us very happy. Thank you very much!

This was my third visit, but it was my first time experiencing rainbow trout fishing and firewood chopping. I was surprised that such valuable experiences, which could easily be offered as optional paid activities, were included in the original Accommodation Fee. The foil-grilled rainbow trout I caught myself was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly kind, spoke warmly with smiles, and their gentle demeanor created a soothing atmosphere. When I couldn't figure out how to use the BBQ grill for dinner and the charcoal went out once, the staff kindly assisted me, for which I am very grateful. Also, the breakfast the next morning was amazing—everything tasted fantastic! It was unfortunate that the outdoor bath couldn't be used due to renovation work, but I definitely want to stay here again next time.
