A beautifully designed modern Japanese-style building and an impressive sense of space. Japanese aesthetics can be felt throughout, and it was a wonderfully comfortable stay—spacious yet deeply relaxing. The welcome service at CAFE SKY LIBRARY was excellent, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s understated hospitality. The large public bath and sauna were also very comfortable, allowing me to unwind and recover from travel fatigue at a leisurely pace. Getting to the airport was smoother than expected thanks to the moving walkways. I even had time to enjoy shopping at the airport early the next morning. When traveling in Hokkaido, this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at as my final stop.

I’ve been attending games every year since the Fighters moved to ES CON Field three years ago, and this was my first time staying here. Front desk service, the Room, and the bathtub (“ready to use within 10 minutes”) were all excellent. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and the staff were cheerful and smiling from early in the morning. The price likely depends on the season, but it was affordable and really helpful. I would be completely satisfied if there were a large public bath. There’s a family restaurant on the 1st floor, and a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so there’s no inconvenience when it comes to food. I’d like to stay here again next year when I come to watch Fighters games.

The staff were very kind and helpful, both when I called with questions and when I arrived late. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that the bath and toilet were separate. I thought it would be nice to have a chair in the washing area of the bathroom. There was a roadside station nearby, and a 7-Eleven right next door, which was very convenient. The Room photos on the website showed a round table and two chairs, but the Room I was shown had only one chair and no table, which was inconvenient. However, when I spoke to the front desk the next day, they didn’t have a table but they lent me an additional chair, which really helped. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I stayed alone, and I was pleased to be assigned to the women’s floor. I felt safe and slept comfortably. I would love to stay here again.

Stayed in a cottage with dinner and breakfast included. The cottage was spacious and very relaxing. I initially worried that relying on the Shuttle Service to the restaurant and Onsen Facility might feel restrictive, but it was completely stress-free. Whenever we needed anything, they picked us up in about five minutes, which actually added to the sense of luxury. The staff provided top-tier service throughout, including in the restaurant. Room service was also available, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. When Wi-Fi didn’t connect, they quickly brought a pocket Wi-Fi. The lamb BBQ course dinner featured exceptionally tender meat with a great variety of cuts. The food—both dinner and breakfast—was outstanding in quality and flavor, far beyond expectations. The drink selection was excellent as well; I especially enjoyed being able to try local wines. As it’s attached to a prestigious golf course, the buildings—including the clubhouse—are beautifully appointed and worth appreciating from an architectural perspective too. The biggest pleasant surprise was that the Onsen is free-flowing natural spring water with no added water—it truly warmed me through. There’s also a proper sauna. If it hadn’t been such heavy rain, I would have loved to take a walk through the woods. I also wish I could have tried feeding logs into the stove (not possible in summer). Those are my only regrets.

I stayed here twice this year, in September and October. The staff's hospitality always makes my stay pleasant. I will definitely visit again. Please take care as the weather gets colder. Thank you very much for everything this time!

We were looking for a Room that could accommodate a family of four, and chose this place because it’s close to New Chitose Airport—an excellent decision. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room has a properly separated bathroom and toilet. Check-in and check-out can be done by machine, so everything was very smooth. The staff were also very kind, and although it was a simple stay, we had a comfortable Accommodation experience. We didn’t use it, but we were also given information about the large public bath, so it seems like a good option for business trips as well. Thank you very much for all your help.

I went to the bath at 5:00 a.m. Walking through the airport with no one around... There was already a line at the bakery that’s usually hard to buy from without waiting, which surprised me! Thinking it would be easier to line up for an afternoon flight, I took my time and enjoyed the bath. The water was wonderful. After that, I had breakfast— I topped a small bowl of rice with sashimi to make it like a seafood rice bowl. It was delicious.

The property felt very clean, and the Room was also spotless. The seafood izakaya downstairs is popular, and we couldn’t get in without a Reservation.

Thank you for taking such good care of us. My child arrived before I did, and you kindly allowed them to check in first, which was a huge help. Thank you very much. We stayed for my child’s tournament, and they won 3rd place! We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time, we’ll try the meals too!

As a woman staying one night, I made a same-day Reservation for the Hotel’s last available Room—a smoking single. Because the price was low, I was worried it might not be great, but the Room was clean, didn’t smell, and the Facility were well equipped, which made me very happy. What pleased me most was breakfast the next morning. I overslept and arrived right before closing when no other guests were there, but the staff kindly asked if I wanted refills of rice or miso soup, which meant a lot to me. I ordered a Japanese set meal, and it was delicious—I was very satisfied. The value for money was excellent, and I’d like to stay again. When I visit Chitose again, I will definitely use this Hotel. I also had coffee at the front desk the next morning—it was tasty—and when I left, the receptionist told me to take care as well. Thank you very much.

The room size and the staff’s guidance were excellent overall. (Except for one front desk staff member with long black hair… She chatted with other staff with a smile, but her attitude toward guests felt a bit off.) The shower water pressure was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. We booked two rooms, but unfortunately the shower curtains in both had an unpleasant smell. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, so the location is extremely convenient!

It was my first time properly staying in Chitose (coming from Kyoto) for an event at the Cultural Center. First of all, the location is excellent. The Cultural Center is practically on the same grounds. A huge AEON mall is right next door. JR Chitose Station is across the street. My cousin I met up with stayed at a hotel nearby, and the izakaya I booked was also close by. In vast Hokkaido, this area was perfectly walkable. I arrived at night, so I took a taxi to check in. It cost about 3,000 yen, and I briefly thought, “Should I have rented a car?” But among the business hotels around the station, this one stood out with a distinctly upscale feel. The building is wide—and so was my room. From the glass-walled corner area I had a panoramic view of central Chitose, and any doubts disappeared instantly. The izakaya (something like “Direct Delivery ___ Seafood”) was a total miss, but I came back and slept like a log wrapped in comfortable sheets. And then—the breakfast buffet was outstanding! Honestly, it’s something that even that famous top-class morning buffet at “Shiki” in Osaka Umeda could learn from. After relaxing properly, I checked out and left my luggage in storage. I bought some sweets at AEON as gifts for the Cultural Center staff, then went back to AEON again for redemption after last night—this time picking up amazing Hokkaido ingredients (they were unbelievably delicious when we ate them right after getting home!). What really impressed me: they even have free locker-style refrigerated storage!!! We kept our food there while we enjoyed the event; then on my wife’s suggestion we took JR to the airport—600 yen for two people. Of course! We also had some time beforehand to relax in the plaza in front of the station—Chitose under clear autumn skies. With all that open space and low crowd density, we soaked up perfect sunshine and breeze. This may be an ANA Crowne Plaza review—but honestly it made me love Chitose itself even more. And yes: ANA truly feels like an excellent hotel that preserves classic Japanese first-class standards from the Showa era!

Both the Room and the front desk were very clean. Since I could use Upopo-no-Yu by myself, it was very comfortable! Compared to Dormy Inn in Otaru, the breakfast selection is smaller, but everything was delicious and I was satisfied. At night, you can also have the late-night soba, and it’s also appealing that you can get a cup of instant noodles for those who couldn’t eat it.

This was my first stay. I was traveling with children and looking for a Room where smoking is allowed, and this Hotel came up. The kids were very happy with the upper bed, and it was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

The room was small, making it difficult to spread out luggage, but everything else was great. It was clean, and coffee, drinks, and water were provided. The Onsen was also very relaxing.

I didn’t stay here when I lived in Chitose, but I did come for a meal. I stayed here for the first time in 25 years, and it was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable.

Although the building feels a bit old, it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was also happy that there is a large public bath. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed in a Double Room. The staff were very courteous, and I was able to relax and enjoy the bath, so I was very satisfied. For breakfast, I would have been happy to have simple items like omelet or sausages—just being picky. The bread was very delicious. The price was reasonable, and I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was a peaceful and comfortable environment. The Accommodation itself is a bit retro, but personally I could relax as if I were at home.
