Despite the very low open price, the meals—such as the pilgrim menu—were generous in portion, and every dish was carefully prepared and wonderfully delicious. Both the Room and the entire property were thoroughly cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for two days while attending an event in Mitoyo. The location was close and convenient. There was a convenience store nearby, and the free, spacious ground-level parking lot was a big plus. I like Route Inn because you can enjoy a large public bath. Breakfast was also very tasty and satisfying. I would stay here again.

Both inside and outside, the building was a very comfortable space, and just as promised by the concept, we were able to forget about time and spend a relaxing, meaningful stay. When we feel like enjoying an escape from everyday life again, we would love to visit again. Thank you

Since we were staying on a weekend/holiday eve, we chose Hotel AZ because there’s no price difference compared to weekdays. Honestly, I was a bit worried, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was! It was very quiet at night, and in the morning I didn’t notice any noise either. Above all, the complimentary breakfast was great—I could eat plenty of vegetables, and the rice was delicious. For such a low price and this level of satisfaction, I truly recommend it.

We stayed with seven people and one Shiba Inu. The house was spacious, well stocked with amenities, and the kitchen was very comfortable to use. The area was very quiet, and it felt like we had the wide ocean all to ourselves. Fishing for whiting from the concrete pier was fantastic. The sauna was also excellent, and cooling down while looking out at the sea afterward was pure bliss. Kids, adults, and our dog were all very satisfied.

Although the building has a retro feel that reflects its age, the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The beach within walking distance is quiet and uncrowded—an ideal spot for a relaxing stroll while listening to the waves. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, the Chinese restaurant right next door is open until 21:30, and it’s a plus to enjoy generous portions at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay with great value for money!

We stayed with a family of four and one dog. The Facility was amazing—everything was so well equipped. We had a great time in the full-scale karaoke Room. The sauna Room, large bath, and cold plunge tub were all excellent. The hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. The spacious living room has a projector, so you can enjoy streaming on a big screen or play games like Nintendo Switch. The kitchen is also large and had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and just about everything we needed. There are three toilets, all very modern. For sleeping arrangements, there are two twin-bed Rooms on the first floor, plus one bed in the third-floor loft along with futon sets for larger groups. From the loft you can step out onto the terrace, which also serves as a dog run— we could play with our dog while sitting in chairs and enjoying a beautiful ocean view. There is also a Room for pets. There is another dog run on the first-floor terrace as well. A washing machine and dryer are available too. Near the parking area there was a vending machine Room with various items such as frozen takoyaki and yakitori. The parking area is spacious. The roads are narrow because houses are close together, but even an Alphard could pass through without any issues. The building’s tile exterior was very beautiful as well. Although homes are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The karaoke Room is soundproofed; we went outside to check just in case, and it was fine. There isn’t a supermarket nearby, so we stopped at one called Picasso on the way to buy groceries—alcohol is available too. We had so much fun that it felt like 10:00 checkout came in no time at all. We had an amazing time overall. Next time we’d love to come back around summer and enjoy a barbecue too! Thank you very much!

I have stayed at NIPPONIA in other locations before, but we chose this Accommodation because it is close to Chichibugahama Beach. It seems well suited for longer stays, with a spacious kitchen that was very easy to use. The two-story maisonette layout also provided plenty of privacy; the three of us stayed as a family and each of us could relax at our own pace. We could walk to Chichibugahama Beach, and although it was extremely hot, we enjoyed morning and evening walks. Since dining options are a bit far away, it was slightly inconvenient without a car. It might be nice if in-Room dining were available as an option as well. This time we also ordered an optional cake, and they kindly consulted with us from the planning stage, making it a wonderful birthday and trip with great memories. I would love to come back and take it easy again in another season.

This was our first trip to Shikoku, traveling with my mother, who turned 87 during our stay. At first we considered a hotel, but we wanted to minimize walking with luggage, so we found this place and decided to stay here. All the tableware was provided, which made it perfect for celebrating her birthday. The shops are far away, so be sure to plan ahead—it’s best to buy what you need before you arrive. You can park right in front of the entrance, making luggage easy; we could relax without worrying about anyone else—and above all, the view was amazing! Just sitting on the sofa and gazing out was so refreshing, and my mother kept saying “Amazing!” and was absolutely delighted. The room is wonderful—we even found ourselves saying how nice it would be to live in a house like this. We originally planned to go sightseeing during the day and only spend nights here, but it was so comfortable that we changed plans and came back during sightseeing for breaks instead. The books provided also have great taste. I think you could easily spend an entire day just relaxing there without any sightseeing at all. Since three of us stayed two nights with breakfast included, there were six kinds of bagels—sharing them and trying different flavors was a real treat. My mother suddenly said she wanted ice cream, and we were happy that there was an unmanned stand right nearby where we could buy some immediately. They also sold olive oil and olive tea, so we were able to pick up some great souvenirs as well. We’d love to come again!

Surprisingly spacious and beautifully designed! The 2nd-floor terrace offers a sea view, and the kitchen is fully equipped—I wish I could have stayed for three nights to relax! The toilet and bathroom are clean! I completely forgot there were no amenities, so I went to a nearby supermarket to buy some. But honestly, it didn’t matter because everything else was so perfect that it made up for it. Since the area is residential, you can’t really be loud outside at night. Once inside the Room, though, it feels like another world—no problem at all. There are no curtains on the large windows, so the morning sunlight can be bright; having a partition would make it even better. The 2nd floor was spacious; while the 1st floor was simple and cute, we didn’t use it much. There’s also some equipment for light workouts—it’s fun! One night just isn’t enough! Check-in happens at a different location where staff explain everything—the design there is also great. The people are kind, and there’s a lovely wooden scent in the air. From start to finish, this was an absolutely amazing Room for me!

Although I arrived about 40 minutes later than my 21:00 check-in Reservation, I was warmly welcomed and was able to use the bath until 22:00. The breakfast was also very delicious. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Mitoyo City. Thank you very much!

The address did not appear directly on the car navigation system, but when I contacted the staff, they kindly provided assistance and even sent an image via LINE. Their attentiveness and extra service spirit were impressive. As it was just a one-night stay for a tournament, I had no inconveniences during my time there. I was only surprised by the narrowness of the shower, but since I wasn't here for an Onsen visit, it wasn't an issue. I would like to use this place again for next year's tournament.

We stayed as a group of 2 adults and 3 children. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-prepared without any inconvenience. The view from the room was great, allowing us to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. At night, we could also see beautiful stars. Thank you very much! The Room was clean, the bathroom was spacious with a reheating function, creating an amazing space! The bedding was so comfortable that I wondered which mattress it was—it was truly excellent! Both the morning sunlight and the nighttime tranquility allowed me to feel nature deeply and provided great relaxation!

We reserved Trunk to spend time with my son's family (a couple and three children under 5) who have been living in Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture since last April. Including our group of four, we were a total of nine people. The property was recently renovated, very clean, and had beds as well as a loft that delighted the children. Since dining out can be challenging with small children, we purchased groceries at a supermarket in Mitoyo City and prepared dinner and breakfast ourselves. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with utensils and appliances, which was very convenient. Although there is no bathtub—only showers—it was summer, so this posed no issue for us. The property is located in an industrial area by the sea but has a drugstore right in front where you can buy food and other necessities. There are also two convenience stores nearby, making it easy to stay comfortably without inconvenience. For sightseeing, Chichibugahama Beach and Tsushima Shrine are close by; Kotohira-gu Shrine (Konpira-san) or Zenigata Sunae Sand Art are accessible with a short drive. For fishing enthusiasts, the Shonai Peninsula offers many excellent fishing spots that make this location ideal as a base. We would love to stay here again when visiting my son's family next time!

The staff's service when handling the keys was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with this accommodation. The location, just 5 seconds to the beach and with BBQ facilities, was also perfect. I have stayed at various villas, but this one allowed me to spend an amazing day. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again in the summer. It’s a beautiful spot with stunning sunrises! This Accommodation is well equipped to create an extraordinary getaway, and the bathroom in particular left a strong impression. Soaking in the jacuzzi while enjoying the ocean view, and feeling the sea breeze on the balcony, was truly wonderful. The downstairs kitchen was also easy to use, and overall the stay was comfortable. The location is convenient as well, with good access to Chichibugahama Beach in Kanonji City and Mt. Shiude. However, there were a few issues that cannot be overlooked. There are warehouses and factories behind the building, which differed from what we expected in terms of scenery. In addition, when opening the windows at night there was an odor like feces, which was a major drawback. We felt these points should have been clearly explained in advance. Another disappointment was the lack of adequate space to store clothing. Despite multiple closets in the bedroom, only a very limited area—enough for about five hangers—was available for guests to use.
