The atmosphere was clean and the facilities were efficient, and having the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin area separate was very convenient. The female staff member at the front desk was very pleasant! I would like to use it occasionally in the future. Thank you very much.

However, since it was Christmas, the restaurant was fully booked with Christmas dinners and prior reservations. (I was a bit disappointed that I hadn't researched this beforehand.) I hope to have it on another occasion. The hotel is close to the station, very clean, and one of m

The large public bath with its natural hot spring barrel bath was also very nice. I treated myself to a spa session as a reward for my first year as a mother, and it was very relaxing. The food was delicious, and we had a very satisfying time. We would definitely like to use this

My wife was so impressed with the Ayurvedic salon she booked that she decided to repeat it. Meanwhile, I enjoyed the massage chair and foot bath in the lounge. The meals were on a dedicated semi-private floor, but the room near the entrance with a view of the open kitchen was a

I stay here every year at this time. What I particularly felt this time was that the service is excellent. I think it rivals that of a first-class hotel. When handing things over, they always do so with both hands and a smile, and they are very polite. Every staff member was

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but I ended up having a very pleasant stay. The carpet on the floor of the room, the hairdryer which was a new and clean model with strong wind (Salonia), and the cleanliness were all impeccable. I was given a corner room, and e

I stayed for one night for sightseeing at Lake Biwa, and the hotel was wonderful. As an Ikkyu Diamond member, my room was upgraded, so the view of the lake from the high floor was amazing. The windows are large, so the view is clear. The breakfast was varied and delicious, an

The location is good, and the rooms and bathroom facilities felt very clean. The bed was comfortable, and overall, I think it's a cozy hotel. The front desk staff responded with a smile. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed in Shiga with my car to visit the Kyoto Racecourse (Takarazuka Kinen) and to eat Omi Champon. I chose a budget hotel with breakfast included. There is a shopping mall nearby (with 2 hours of free parking), and the relaxed atmosphere was nice! You really should try the br

I often stay at various inns and hotels during my travels, and I'm always impressed by the amenities of modern business hotels. During my recent stay at Hotel Route-Inn Kusatsu Ritto - Ritto Inter Route 1, I was very satisfied with the large public bath, the cleanliness of the ro

The parking lot under the building was also full, but I managed to park just in time. I'm glad I made a reservation (lol). The room was clean, and there was even some instant curry as a souvenir. It's more than enough if you're just looking to sleep, and you can relax quietly

The staff at the reception were very accommodating, the room was spacious, there was a sofa, and the bed mattress had the perfect firmness for my liking, allowing me to relax comfortably. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kusatsu. Thank you for taking care of me this t

The Omi beef sukiyaki was also tender and very tasty. Our child, who doesn't eat much, shared our portions, but it was enough to fill her up. They also served dessert for the child, which she happily ate. The amount of breakfast was just right for our full stomachs from the pre

The dining area on the second floor was very clean and had a café-like atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. In the evening, there was a free drink bar, so I ate what I bought outside there (I could use the toaster oven to warm up pizza) and enjoyed drinks there.

Used for work in Moriyama City. The hotel in front of Moriyama Station where I usually stay was fully booked, so I chose this one, which is one station away. As advertised, the access is excellent since it's close to the station. Although the convenience store is on the opposite
