We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

From the pickup at the station to sightseeing guidance after checkout, your attentive hospitality and thoughtful care made our stay truly comfortable. Thank you very much. The teppanyaki dinner course delighted both our eyes and our taste buds, and the chef’s enjoyable conversation made the evening even better—we left feeling full and in great spirits. This was my first stay, and everything was wonderful—the warm hospitality from the staff, the meals, and the Onsen. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as providing fireworks. The Room was spacious and relaxing as well. If I had one request, since guests move around the entire property in socks or barefoot, it would be nice to have slippers available. Other than that, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again when traveling to Lake Biwa next time.
