I would have been happy if there had been an Onsen within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, from guiding us to the parking lot to handling check-in and check-out. Some breakfast items ran out, so I would have liked better restocking.

Although I arrived early for check-in, I was kindly allowed to enter my room earlier than scheduled, which was very helpful. I immediately enjoyed soaking in the onsen and had it all to myself for a relaxing time. The onsen can accommodate about five people comfortably and use

There’s also a drink bar and delicious French toast for breakfast, providing an unexpectedly satisfying experience. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Kamisuwa Station, but during good seasons you can enjoy pleasant views along Lake Suwa. Next time, I’d love to stay here

Even within Route Inn, these can sometimes be missing for reasons that aren’t the Hotel’s fault. In short: it has everything you need, so it’s good. If you want other reasons like an open-air bath or gourmet food, look for another Accommodation. (There are plenty around Lake Suw

It reminded me how special staying at a Ryokan can be. The Lake Suwa area has its own charm in every season, and I would love to stay again at a more leisurely pace. Thank you to all the staff for your kind hospitality—especially for guiding me to a spacious parking area despite

Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet featuring items like nozawana pickles and apple juice, which made me feel the charm of Nagano—a thoughtful touch I appreciated. When I decided to visit Takato Castle Ruins on short notice and asked for directions at the front desk, they kin

The Onsen is not very large; there are about four washing stations available. I went in late at night and had it all to myself! The Onsen seemed accessible at any time of day or night. If there were non-smoking Rooms available next time, I would definitely want to stay again.

Of course, the room was standard Business Hotel size. Since it was a weekday, I had the onsen large bath all to myself. It was larger than the usual "Business Hotel large baths," with high ceilings and windows, very clean and comfortable. Normally during trips, I only use the l

It is not luxurious, but the room and onsen are sufficient and satisfying accommodation. The dinner portions are large, which might be tough for the elderly, but other guests were doing their best to finish. Carp was served at dinner, but both my wife and I are not fans of ca

This was my first time staying here, and both the Room and the private Onsen were very clean, which was great. The staff were also kind and helpful. To be honest, the meals were a bit disappointing, but considering the price, it may have been unavoidable. Since it was a private

The Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the refrigerator was large and cooled well, and the bed firmness was just right. At check-in, there were tea and coffee machines next to the front desk, and the amenities were well stocked—there were even Sekkisei products! This is a Hotel I’d love
