Traveling with our dog, everything—price, service, cleanliness, etc.—was excellent. [Things that would make it even better] - It would be helpful to have plastic bags in the bathroom for wet clothes. - At breakfast, some dishes didn’t have labels, so we couldn’t tell what they were; it would be nice if all items were labeled. - A lid for the pet crate would make it easier to leave our dog alone with peace of mind. - It would be great to have a safety measure on the balcony fence to prevent dogs from falling, just in case they slip out by accident. - Better pruning of the trees around the open-air bath would make it even nicer. - It would be nice to have one lane in the pool for guests who want to swim laps. This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Ayanna Miyako was the Hotel I had absolutely wanted to stay at when traveling to Miyakojima. Because it’s such a wonderful Hotel, it was fully booked during Golden Week, but I joined the waitlist and managed to stay!! A few days before my stay, they called to confirm my arrival time and kindly asked if we were celebrating anything—if so, they could prepare a cake (additional fee). My stay was just before the rainy season began, and the weather was great. When I opened the Room door, there was a stylish interior leading out to the pool—and beyond that, a beautiful ocean view. Relaxing on a poolside chair with an Orion beer they had stocked in the fridge was truly the best!! I’ve stayed in Rooms with private pools before—on Okinawa’s main island, on another date in Miyakojima this trip, and even in Hakone—but personally, Ayanna Miyako is my favorite. Breakfast was beautifully set up as well, and the Eggs Benedict was outstanding! One thing to note: check-in and everything else (including breakfast reservations) were all handled via smartphone. However, they support you if you have any questions, so I think even those who aren’t comfortable with smartphones can feel at ease. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

I traveled with my dog and friends. It was my first time at Wanpara Lake Hamana, and I was truly impressed by how kind the staff were. The meals were wonderful—enjoyable to look at and delicious to eat. There was a clean dog run for dogs, and we had a great time playing there. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokan with ocean views, but this was one of the most memorable. The views from the Room and the open-air bath were outstanding—thanks to the Hotel’s hilltop location with nothing obstructing the scenery, as well as the serene beauty of the Seto Inland Sea itself. There are very few man-made structures nearby, and the landscape created by the scattered islands is truly stunning. In the distance, we could see bridges of the Shimanami Kaido and parts of Imabari’s townscape, while boats passing below from time to time added a lovely touch to the view. I felt this Hotel is well worth staying at even just to relax and take in this scenery. Because it was listed as “Casual” on IKYU, I initially imagined a standard Hotel that simply highlights its views. In reality, however, we experienced warm, unpretentious hospitality from all staff members. Dinner was not a typical set menu; it showed thoughtful creativity throughout and was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style, and in particular, I still remember how wonderful the locally harvested blueberries were. This time we rented a car at Hiroshima Station: on our first night we stayed at a Ryokan on Etajima; on day two we toured Takehara before taking a ferry over and enjoying beautiful Setouchi island views from Mount Kamimine prior to check-in. The next day we visited Okunoshima to spend time with its rabbits, then headed home via Mihara to Hiroshima Airport. The Hotel was also extremely convenient as a base for sightseeing routes starting from Hiroshima City toward Kure, Takehara, and Mihara—and we were fully satisfied with every aspect: scenery, dining, and hospitality.

The Seto Ohashi Bridge looked beautiful from both the Room and the scenic open-air bath, and the view was amazing! The meals weren’t served on large shared platters; each dish came in its own small bowl, all carefully prepared and truly delicious. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an all-inclusive Accommodation, and everything—the food, drinks, baths, service, and views—was outstanding. We would love to come again with our family.

The room was new and very well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath, but considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, so even for long stays you won’t get bored, and it’s delicious—I looked forward to it every day. For those who go diving or snorkeling, there is a fully equipped drying room and showers, which were very convenient to use.\nI would like to stay again.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. If I could suggest improvements: I would be happy if there were a water dispenser. The inside of the microwave was broken. The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

As others have mentioned, not only were the views spectacular, but every detail was thoughtfully taken care of—we were impressed by the uncompromising quality throughout.
