The moment you enter the Room, a pleasant fragrance greets you, and the space is impeccably clean, creating a very comfortable environment from the first impression. The view from the large windows was stunning even on a rainy day, making it easy to forget everyday life. It left us wondering how amazing it would be on a sunny day, giving us something to look forward to for future visits. The shampoo in the bathroom had a lovely scent and was popular with the kids as well. Additionally, there were plenty of power outlets throughout the Room, combining high design aesthetics with convenience. One thing to note is about using the projector and Bluetooth speaker available in the Room. While instructions are provided, they might be challenging for those not familiar with such devices. Also, if you log into YouTube during your stay, it does not automatically log out upon checkout—so this requires attention before leaving.

When I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was not disappointed at all; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. We were moved by the chef’s attention to detail in every dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only our dog but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great atmosphere. The entire Hotel was refined and very clean, making it comfortable to stay. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made us want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

【Good Points】 ① Stunning views! ② The room is warm thanks to good sunlight. ③ A cheerful surfer-style staff member joked, "I'm strong, I can carry your luggage!" ④ All drinks in the fridge were complimentary. 【Bad Points】 ① Parking is challenging as it's along the seaside street. ② Since the entrance is on the 3rd floor, carrying heavy luggage can be tough. ③ Limited number of humidifiers; it gets dry quickly when using heating. ④ The room gets extremely hot on sunny days due to too much sunlight. ⑤ Wi-Fi was unavailable for all three days of our stay. I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

The view, Facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. I really appreciated the thoughtful items prepared in the Room. Since I did a workcation, it was also great that there was a vacuum cleaner even though housekeeping didn’t come in—so I could clean whenever I wanted without worrying about timing. Things I was glad to have: ・Vacuum cleaner ・Rice cooker ・Electric kettle ・Washing machine, dryer, and detergent ・Plastic wrap ・Dish soap and sponge ・Separate trash bins for sorting and extra trash bags ・A sufficiently large refrigerator ・Microwave ・Dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, dish rack/drainer basket, spatula/turner, ladle, whisker/frother tool?, bottle opener (etc.) ・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap ・Power outlet by the bed ・Plenty of outlets overall ・Plenty of hangers Location It’s easy to get here by local bus from Haneda Airport or Kokusai-dori—get off at Ihe Bus Stop and it’s right there. You can also take a shuttle bus from the nearby Radiant Hotel. It’s a perfect walking distance to American Village; the route is along the seaside with clean paved paths so it feels great. There’s a large drugstore nearby as well as FamilyMart and a bakery; if you walk a bit farther you’ll find AEON and San-Ae supermarkets and cafés open from around 7 a.m. There are also car rental shops within walking distance—so we took the bus from Naha Airport and only rented a car when we wanted to go farther out. View Because I spent a lot of time in the Room during my workcation, I insisted on an ocean-view Room on a high floor—and that was absolutely the right choice. The main view is of the port area. You can see Chatan fireworks when they go off. Cleanliness Everything was very clean—including the kitchen and water areas—so it was comfortable to use them throughout my stay. Next time I’d love to visit with my whole family. A repeat-guest discount would be nice—and it would be even better if there were an option for pricing per room as well.

It was comfortable for having a BBQ with friends. The jacuzzi was also great.

The ocean view that greeted us the moment we entered the Room, the stylish background music, and every flower and decorative touch were wonderful. Unfortunately, we had strong winds and rain, but spending a relaxing, luxurious time in such a lovely Room was the best. Also, having the chef cook right in front of us became an unforgettable memory for our children as well, even though they were a little nervous. We would love to come back to enjoy the different views in summer, autumn, and winter from this beautiful Room. All of the staff were very kind. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

We stayed for one night. We had requested barbecue equipment, but unfortunately the weather was rainy, and they responded very politely to our inquiries about whether to cancel. The Facility faces the sea, the garden has the word “AWAJI,” and everything—including the Room—was clean and comfortable. It was a shame we couldn’t enjoy a barbecue in the garden or admire the blue ocean due to the weather, but we would definitely like to come again. Thank you very much.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This was my first stay. The staff provided warm and attentive support, which made the trip truly enjoyable. Being able to borrow snorkeling gear was also very helpful. On the way to the private beach to watch the sunset, they even lent me a flashlight—something I hadn’t thought of—so it really saved me from struggling to find my way back. Thank you very much! It would be even more helpful if cooking chopsticks and regular chopsticks were provided in the kitchen. Soup cups would also be appreciated.

Although I arrived about 40 minutes later than my 21:00 check-in Reservation, I was warmly welcomed and was able to use the bath until 22:00. The breakfast was also very delicious. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Mitoyo City. Thank you very much!

The hosts provide excellent service. Close to the downtown area. With a bathroom, sink, laundry facilities, and a kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a stay of several days.

My first trip to Oki Islands. The weather was perfectly clear that day, and the sea was sparkling. From the Room, the ocean stretched out right before my eyes, and the early-morning view—before the morning light fully reached—felt truly magical. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully prepared, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and everything was delicious. My child was amazed at how good Oki rock oysters were, saying they are the best in Japan. The grilled fish at breakfast was also outstanding. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating my request regarding foods I cannot eat. If it weren’t for a small bug in the Room—and if the bath were an Onsen—it would be a perfect Accommodation. I was also happy to receive such warm and wonderful words from the male staff member I spoke with at check-out. A once-in-a-lifetime encounter—a truly lovely meeting. Thank you very much for taking care of us. Please take care of yourselves during this extremely hot summer following this intense heatwave.

We stayed here again this year, following our visit last year. Last year it was very cold even during the day, perhaps because of the rain, but this year we were blessed with great weather and it was almost hot when we arrived. As the sun set and it was time for dinner, it became wonderfully cool, and the meal was absolutely excellent! After dinner, we stepped outside and looked up at the sky—there were so many stars it felt like they might fall from above, and we even saw a shooting star. It was the best night sky! This is a quiet pension where time seems to slow down and you can truly relax. Thank you very much.

A cottage nestled in a tranquil sugarcane field. We chose this accommodation because we were looking for something more spacious and private than a hotel, where children's footsteps might be disruptive. We stayed for three nights and found the space ample enough for the kids to run around without worry. The host kindly provided us with a bucket for fireworks and lent us toys like Jenga and Blokus, which kept the children thoroughly entertained during our stay. Nearby Nagahama Beach boasts incredible water clarity, and even a local resident mentioned it as their favorite beach. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa!

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

We stayed as a couple. The Room and all Facilities were clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast featured seasonal dishes, all delicious and generously portioned. Above all, the hostess was friendly and fun. We even received a souvenir (seasonal manju) when we left. This trip became a wonderful one for us.

Thank you for taking care of us during our visit home to see family. 　 When I made the Reservation, I didn’t know there would be a fireworks festival on our stay date. After realizing it the day before, I called to ask about traffic restrictions. You explained everything very kindly and thoroughly, which allowed us to head there with peace of mind. 　 At check-in, you clearly explained how to use the parking area and the Facility, and also gave us helpful advice related to the fireworks festival. Your service was truly pleasant. In addition, I accidentally left my car key at the counter, but you went out of your way to find it and bring it back to me later—thank you very much. 　 The Room was spacious and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably. However, since this is a pension-style Accommodation, soundproofing is somewhat limited. We could hear children from a family staying upstairs running around. As it didn’t quiet down even after the designated time (10:00 PM), I informed a staff member; after a while the footsteps stopped, so I believe you took some kind of action. 　 The location is convenient: there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well as public baths and restaurants, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble at all. Cooking utensils, tableware, and an IH cooktop are fully provided too, so self-catering is easy. 　 Shirarahama Beach is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to go swimming in the sea. We were also able to watch the fireworks up close that day and were very satisfied. 　 This was an Accommodation I’d like to use again when I have another chance. Thank you!

I visited Echizen for squid fishing. Since the fishing boat departed late at night, I looked for an Accommodation with breakfast and dinner included. This was my first stay here, and the Room, wash area, toilets, and other facilities had been beautifully renovated throughout, making my stay very comfortable. Meals were served in a separate room, but it was a private room, so we could dine without concern. Above all, the bath is an Onsen with excellent water quality, and being able to use it 24 hours a day is very appealing. I really appreciated being able to warm up right after returning from fishing. The proprietress and staff were also very pleasant. This time we stayed in a spacious Room on the third floor. If I could mention one point: since there are only stairs (no elevator), noting this would be helpful for guests making a Reservation when traveling with elderly companions. I visit Echizen several times a year and would love to stay here again.
