We enjoyed everything in line with the concept: nature, architecture, interior design, and the slow passage of time.

I stayed for three nights at Building B, Jihacaya. In the end, Building B seemed to suit us best. We really enjoyed having coffee while watching the early morning sea on the spacious balcony, doing a bit of work in the morning, having tea while watching the sunset, continuing our drinks after returning from dinner. We also loved all of it: the kitchen space, washing machine, large bed with a view from the window, and bathtub with an ocean view from the window. We both said that it would be nice to stay here for about a week and have what is called a workation. As written in Property's concept, buildings are built to blend into nature and create a comforting scenery. Especially during this time before Okinawa's tourist season begins, it's perfect for escaping cold weather and stress. Since Hamabe no Chaya was closed during this period, we had breakfast at Yama no Chaya Rakusui instead but still enjoyed it very much. The staff welcomed us warmly and we were deeply moved by their hospitality. Thank you very much. We definitely want to visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days to celebrate his birthday. I’ve visited Awaji Island many times, but I’d never had the chance to catch a sunset on the west coast and always missed it. On the first day, it was unfortunately cloudy with light rain, so I had almost given up again—but the wind pushed away the thick clouds, and we were miraculously able to enjoy a beautifully glowing sunset. It was truly stunning. The weather was comfortable with occasional sunshine and light cloud cover, so driving around felt great as well. Wanting to try Awaji beef, we bought fresh meat at nearby Hamanishi Shoten and enjoyed a delicious meal. We took it easy, worked up a serious sweat in the barrel sauna, explored the surrounding area, and fully enjoyed Awaji Island. The Facility is clean, and the kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, and other essentials—supplies are more than sufficient. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; with high ceilings and an open atrium design, it feels wonderfully spacious. I also recommend relaxing on the deck chair while watching the ocean early in the morning. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

The Room was very spacious and comfortable—almost too big for our family of four plus our dog. Soaking in the Onsen while looking out at the ocean, our dog and kids had a great time running around in the large grassy garden. At night we enjoyed fireworks and watched a movie together in the living room, spending a relaxing and peaceful time away from the Golden Week crowds. The dog amenities were also fully provided, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We were able to propose in an extraordinary space with a wonderful view. Even the cups were made of Yachimun pottery, and we could really feel the love for Okinawa. The LINE messages before our stay were also very polite and kind. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

The entire property, inside and out, was very well cleaned. The Room was spotless. We were told the bed mattress had been upgraded, and it was extremely comfortable—I slept great. The Room also has high ceilings, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The amenities were so plentiful we couldn’t use them all. The towels were great quality too. The small shelf next to the sink was especially helpful. Since we did laundry, having plenty of towels was perfect. There’s also a dryer—nothing to complain about. For cooking for yourself, everything you could need is provided! There were even items you don’t usually find at other Accommodations, so it felt like being at home. Thoughtful touches stood out as well, like a magnetic towel hanger. I’ve stayed in dozens of whole-house rentals, and the attention to detail in what’s provided here is outstanding. The outdoor pool was amazing too. Bugs didn’t bother us at all—in fact, it made us wonder if there are really this few bugs on Miyakojima. The location is excellent: close to downtown and also very convenient for Irabu Island, which we love. If I had to make a request: the body soap felt quite slippery and didn’t rinse off well, so it didn’t feel like I’d properly washed; and considering taking dishes poolside, it would be reassuring to have some unbreakable tableware as well. A full-length mirror would also be appreciated. Among the places I’ve stayed in Okinawa, this ranks right up there as one of the most comfortable (top one or two). We will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 4 nights with 4 people. Because the weather was unstable, we couldn’t see the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but our privacy was well maintained and we were able to relax. Those expecting a beautiful ocean right in front of the property might be a little disappointed. Of course, we understood that before visiting. Access was good, so getting around was stress-free. What we liked The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. The refrigerator was large, so we could stock up on plenty of groceries. What concerned us The provided insect repellent spray was empty. There were many handprints on the window glass. With 4 people staying 4 nights, it was difficult to secure enough drinking water, so having a water dispenser would be appreciated. We weren’t expecting excessive service, but we do think what’s provided should match the price. The pool chlorine level seemed too strong and it made our nose and throat very sore. This seems to be among the higher price ranges even in Miyakojima. We hope for improvements in service that match the price. We would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The owner was incredibly kind, kept in touch frequently, and was very friendly and approachable! The villa itself was wonderful, and the view was amazing! We were able to relax and enjoy the island at a leisurely pace! We’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Ishigaki Island!

For this price, I was very satisfied with both the location and the Room. The beach is just a short walk from the Hotel. The views from the Room and the rooftop were wonderful. Rather than typical Hotel service, their hospitality was exceptional. I would definitely like to stay here again when I want to relax.

I was satisfied with both the meals and the Onsen. I visited by motorcycle, and being able to park in the garage made me feel very secure. I would like to stay again.

Perched on a hill overlooking Shibushi Bay, it has a wonderful atmosphere! The spacious Onsen was also very satisfying. Motorcycles can be parked safely under the roofed parking area in front of the entrance. The hospitality and service were excellent—nothing to complain about! We only used the breakfast option, but the carefully prepared dishes were delicious. However, with prices rising these days, I understand it can’t be helped, but there was no nori or jam anymore, so I hope they will bring them back. Of course, we’ll stay again next year!

We stayed here as three generations of our family. The Room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time. The balcony was especially pleasant—during the day we all enjoyed the pool, and at night we stargazed together. We had a truly luxurious stay. We would love to stay again.

I requested the Shuttle Service, and everyone was very kind, including on the phone. It was my first time trying lukewarm bathwater, but afterward my skin felt smooth and I stayed warm—it was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was delicious and far more than I could finish; I wished I had asked for a smaller portion. For breakfast, the miso soup and rice were especially good. The place had a comforting mix of nostalgia and warmth, and it was truly relaxing.

The Room’s interior, Facilities, size, and location were all excellent. I wish I could end my review there, but there was one very disappointing issue. On the morning of the third day (Saturday) of our two-night stay, I found a spider about 10 cm in diameter in the bathroom during a morning bath. The spider itself may have come in when opening or closing the door or windows, and given the natural surroundings—and since I noticed it right before checkout—it wasn’t a major problem. The real issue was what came next. Since new guests might be staying that day, and some people may dislike insects or small children might encounter it (it was large enough to surprise even me), I worried it could ruin their trip. I called the published phone number, but only reached an automated message saying it was outside business hours. I also checked the pre-stay email guidance but couldn’t find any emergency contact information. I understand this Accommodation operates differently from a Ryokan or Hotel, but for situations where guests need to contact someone immediately during their stay (it doesn’t have to be public), there should at least be an emergency contact number provided to guests. In this case, I hope housekeeping removed the spider so the next guests could stay comfortably. However, please recognize that not being able to resolve urgent issues smoothly by phone can potentially ruin a trip, and consider setting up proper emergency contact arrangements. As mentioned at the start, this is an excellent Facility overall—but this one drawback alone makes me hesitate to book again.

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The thoughtful attention to detail, the cleanliness and ease of use of the Facility, and the lovely hostess—our dogs were thrilled too! We will definitely be back.

[Hospitality & Service] The Facility staff were kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful. When the fire wouldn’t light, they helped right away, and the next morning they even came over to check on us. From check-in to check-out, their warm and refreshing service made us feel great throughout our stay. (I could tell the moment we arrived that the staff were genuinely nice—haha.) [Room] Both inside and outside the Room were unbelievably clean. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—“comfortable” is exactly the right word. *My friend said the floor in the Room was so clean, cool, and pleasant that he slept on it even though there was a bed—lol.* Everything we used within the Facility was spotless, so you can really tell how much care goes into every detail. [Other] I honestly have no complaints at all, but if I had to mention just three things: 1) It might be nice to have a TV or something in the Facility? → Since you can enjoy BBQ until night, I personally didn’t need one because it’s great just soaking up the atmosphere—but some guests might head back to their Room earlier. 2) The reception location (at check-in) → It’s not particularly hard to find, but since reception is on the opposite side of the main road, having a sign or clearer guidance might help. (There was information online.) 3) This is such a great Facility that I’d love for you to upload more photos!!! → It was even better than what I expected from the listing photos, so I ended up being pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. [Finally] This time I happened to see “Hikone Lakeside Resort KOMOREVILLAGO” recommended and made a Reservation—but it made me want it to become more well-known because it’s such a place worth supporting. It feels like it will keep developing further as well, so I’m really looking forward to what’s next—haha. I know it must be tough at times, but I hope you keep going strong. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space!!

This was my first visit. About a 20-minute taxi ride from Kibune, after passing through a peaceful satoyama countryside, you’ll find this culinary Ryokan by the Sanzen-in temple gate. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with attentive service and treated us to shiso juice. The Room faced the garden and was a calming Japanese-style space. They said they bring Onsen water from Sanzen-in, and I was able to relax and unwind in the open-air bath. The lounge area was well stocked with drinks and ice cream, which was great. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, but since we had a late lunch, they kindly let us delay it by 30 minutes, which really helped. The dishes were beautifully presented, and everything was delicious. The appetizer featuring an Aoi Matsuri festival float decoration included Chinese lantern plant (hozuki), which made me feel the season. The pike conger (hamo) and sweetfish (ayu) were also beautifully plated and very tasty. Everyone at the Ryokan was truly kind, and their courteous service made me very happy. The Shuttle Service by bus was also extremely helpful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.
