I stayed here last year and it was so comfortable that I came back again this year. You can use the pool until late at night, the Room has a great view, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. It’s efficiently managed, so there are quite a few self-service aspects. That’s convenient with no hassle, but older guests may find it a bit confusing. Having a front-loading washing machine in the Room is extremely helpful (detergent is also provided). If you plan to enjoy the pool and other facilities, be sure to make your Reservation in the Central Building, as each building is separate.

We had been looking forward to our stay even before arriving. We stayed in a Room with a slide, and the kids were thrilled (an early elementary schooler and a 3-year-old). The Facility offerings were also excellent, so we had no trouble at all even with children (including a space where kids can play). They also organized a festival event inside the Hotel during our visit, and we joined that as well. All the staff were kind, and we felt their hospitality everywhere. The view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful (morning is recommended). During dinner, there was live music, and they included songs that children would enjoy, so it never got boring. Highly recommended for families with children. Of course, I think it would be a very satisfying stay for adults only as well. We will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.

We were deeply grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we couldn’t enjoy a perfect view; however, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff—especially those at the lounge where we spent most of our time—it turned out to be an excellent stay reg

The renovated Room was very clean! We arrived late at night, but the ocean view from the window in the morning was amazing! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. There were several areas under construction, but after next year’s rebranding, it seems like it will become even more wonderful. This Hotel is in a convenient on-the-beach location and highly recommended. We were happy to stay in an upgraded, even larger Room! We really enjoyed the resort. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service and excellent hospitality from the staff. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as

It was evident that great care went into their preparation, with charming presentation and delightful flavors making each meal enjoyable. Spending time on our room's balcony watching sunsets or sunrises while sipping beer or freshly brewed coffee—even under cloudy skies—was truly

With meticulous craftsmanship reminiscent of a classic hotel, everything—from the lobby and bedrooms to the corridors and baths—was luxuriously designed and truly magnificent. The staff were also excellent, and I believe this will be a once-in-a-lifetime memory. Since our room was near the bath area, we were slightly bothered by boiler noise early in the morning, but overall it is a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much.

Overall, we were very satisfied! The dinner was excellent as well as breakfast; there was plenty of food served in the morning too—the simmered blackthroat seaperch stood out as especially delicious. When sleeping at night with all lights off, only the blue light from the air co

This was my first stay. The Hotel is adjacent to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since my friend who traveled with me smokes, they were grateful to find a smoking Room, which is rare these days. The service was excellent, and from our Room on the 24th floor the night view was beautiful. We were also able to watch the sunrise and enjoy a quiet, dreamlike scene. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and well stocked with amenities. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided, and while the drinks in the refrigerator are paid items, there was a wide selection. There is also a convenience store nearby, but we were able to relax comfortably in the Room without any hesitation. The breakfast was carefully prepared with thoughtful touches; including local dishes, it ranks among the best Hotels I have stayed at so far. Elevator security also felt reassuring, as the key card only worked for our Accommodation floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. What we liked We were able to complete the check-in process as soon as we arrived. We could use the pool both before check-in and after check-out. The pool changing room was fully air-conditioned. The meals were delicious and very carefully prepared. What was disappointing We would have appreciated having hand towels provided. There were only bath towels available, so it was difficult to dry our hands after washing.

Our once-a-year girls’ trip. We were able to enjoy a truly special, out-of-the-ordinary time. Swimming in the pool without having to do any chores, enjoying delicious meals, chatting… I can only say I’m grateful. (Not good or bad—just an observation) As it’s a foreign-owned Hotel, I felt there were many more non-Japanese guests and staff than Japanese. If I had to mention one thing, I just wished the cocktail hour were a little longer.

We had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful Room with an ocean-view Western-style layout and an attached Japanese-style space. I was impressed by the thoughtful bath amenities. I was happy they even provided plastic bags for socks and spare clothes. If I had to say one thing, I

The lounge also had a great collection of records—I couldn't resist playing some nostalgic tunes. There were plenty of tabletop games too; I almost didn’t want to return to my room! Watching the sunset from the Onsen while relaxing at this hotel was truly rejuvenating. I

The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

I enjoyed spending some time without a TV for the first time in a while, listening to music via Bluetooth. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to relax. The outdoor exhibits were colorful and fun, and I even walked along the beach for the first time in years. Thank you as well for arranging the Shuttle Service to the museum at night. Thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy a different side of the museum experience. I forgot to check the opening hours and missed seeing the Valley Gallery, so I’d like to try again and make a Reservation for another visit. Thank you for such an elegant stay.

This Accommodation comes highly recommended by a renowned Hotel critic. Although it is away from central Nagasaki, I think it is a Hotel well worth going out of your way to visit. The Room was of a level you normally couldn’t stay in at this price. We arrived early for check-in, and the staff recommended a walking route around the Hotel—about 40–50 minutes on foot. Since it feels quite isolated without a car, we also had dinner here. It’s an expensive set-course dinner, so my rating was slightly strict because of the price. They also offer an à la carte menu. For breakfast, I chose the Western option. It felt a little lacking that there was only one type of bread—the same round French loaf as at dinner. The Japanese breakfast might be more recommendable. I requested Shuttle Service from the port and communicated by email; their responses were fast and excellent. That alone shows this is a first-class Hotel. Because of the ferry schedule, it looked like we might arrive just before lunch service ended, but they did their best to accommodate our request (in the end we switched to an earlier ferry so it wasn’t necessary). Also, the ferry from Sasebo was not as rough as I had feared—an easy and comfortable 30 minutes. There’s too much to say here, but I’m truly grateful for all the thoughtful care shown by every member of staff. “A Hotel worth making your travel destination.” That’s what this place is.

Thank you for another wonderful stay this year. I enjoyed both golf and the accommodation, and I always have a relaxing time here. The bath may not be large, but I love the pearl bath. Using Mikimoto amenities and shampoo is also a delightful point. Morning yoga was ama

Right in front of the canal cruise boarding point. Right in front of the LeTAO shop. Located in the very heart of Otaru sightseeing, we also enjoyed seeing the Asuka III docked at the port—an excellent stay.

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

We stayed in the “Annex Detached Villa” Japanese-style room (7.5 tatami mats) with a loft and an open-air bath. We enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean from the terrace and fully relaxed in the open-air bath. We also made good use of the large public bath and open-air bath in the main building. The kaiseki dinner was just the right amount and absolutely delicious. We also tried a tasting of three types of Tosa sake, all of which were excellent. We are grateful for the courteous service from all staff members. Special thanks as well to the staff member in charge of the Shuttle Service between the detached villa and main building, who thoughtfully warned us in advance about bumpy sections along the way each time. We took a walk around what felt like a private cape and rocky shore near the Hotel, enjoying it almost exclusively with hardly any other tourists around. It was a very satisfying 1-night, 2-day stay where we fully enjoyed Cape Ashizuri’s nature, ocean views, and great food. We would definitely like to stay again if we have another opportunity.
