Highly recommended Accommodation for those who want to fully enjoy crab. The Room and bath are, unfortunately, fairly standard, but nothing is lacking. The meals were served with attentive hospitality, and we were able to savor every part of the crab. The hospitality is excellent as well. Personally, I also recommend crab shell sake. Please give it a try at least once.

My spouse and I stayed for one night while sightseeing around the Mikata Five Lakes. The Accommodation is on the shore of Lake Mikata, and the view from our Room was wonderful—the sunset was dazzling. Dinner featured a boat platter of sashimi that was more than enough for two, and it was fresh and delicious. The other dishes (corn sesame tofu, Wagyu beef, and a clam hot pot with salted butter, etc.) were also carefully prepared and beautifully seasoned, leaving us completely satisfied. Breakfast was delicious as well and very filling. It was also great to be able to see Lake Mikata from the bath. It’s just over a 10-minute drive to the Mikata Five Lakes Terrace, making this Accommodation highly recommended for trips to the Mikata Five Lakes or Wakasa Bay. We’d love to visit again during crab season someday.

A wonderful private rental Accommodation on Maejima Island, about a 5-minute ferry ride from Ushimado Port. The Room and Facility were spotless, and the bath offered spectacular views of the calm Seto Inland Sea and a beautiful sky. The meal was also excellent—super-fresh sashimi, plenty of small side dishes, and delicious grilled kama—with generous portions that left us completely full. Beautiful sunflowers were in full bloom on the island as well. It was a relaxing trip to Okayama. We’d love to visit again in spring or autumn. Thank you!

Many guests were also staying here to go golfing. The Hotel staff were very kind. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. The food was delicious as well. I was very satisfied. Thank you!

This was my third visit to Itoshima, the first in two years. Last time, after heavy rain the day before, it suddenly turned into a midsummer day, and the breathtaking sunset—changing moment by moment against the vast ocean—was truly moving. I enjoyed delicious food and the relaxed pace that only an all-inclusive stay can offer. This time had a different atmosphere and some changes. Arriving in a downpour with luggage, I climbed the stone steps to check in. What surprised me right away was “10:00 checkout”! I never expected it to be an hour earlier—maybe a pitfall of being a repeat guest? I was told it was changed because lunch service starts at 11:00 with reservations… but 10:00 still feels far too early. Since we spend about four hours round trip for an overnight stay, we want to relax as much as possible. If possible, I hope you will consider setting check-in to 16:00 and returning checkout to 11:00—I would be glad if this request from repeat guests reaches you. This time we dined while watching the post-rain evening scenery, and the food was just as delicious as ever—I was very satisfied. The soup course in particular had wonderful Japanese dashi flavor and was deeply comforting, and the tempura made from fresh squid (prepared after sashimi) was especially appreciated; as someone who loves cooking at home, having a professional fry dishes is a real treat. It was also disappointing not to see any of the staff members from previous visits. The photo shows “Itoshima Bay—an evening view after the rain.”

We made a Reservation for a barbecue lunch. It was disappointing that the price differed by 210 yen from what we were told over the phone, but everything else was fine. The bath was a bit smaller than expected, but the amenities were from MUJI, which was nice. All the staff were kind and even brought bedding for our child who fell asleep during the meal. The Room was spacious, and we were very satisfied.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a family of four with children. Although the accommodation is older, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, allowing us to relax comfortably. The stunning ocean view, sleeping to the sound of waves, and rejuvenating Onsen made our stay truly enjoyable. Our children had so much fun that they even asked to stay another night! It seems there was plenty for them to enjoy within the facility. While we dined out during our stay, Makurazaki offers not only delicious seafood like bonito but also other delightful dishes. We loved the relaxed pace unique to this region and found it very charming. Next time, we plan on staying longer in this town and will definitely choose this same accommodation again!

I stayed here during the Obon holiday. I came thinking, “The view looks nice, and as long as I can sleep well, that’s enough,” but in the best way possible, my expectations were completely exceeded. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room before the renovation, and it felt very clean. The futon was fluffy, and above all, the view from the window was amazing. The Onsen wasn’t overly large and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, so I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality from the wonderful owner couple and all of the staff. Of course the Accommodation itself is very comfortable, but I think what makes you want to come back is this kind of genuine warmth from people. On top of that, at check-out there was an exclusive service for guests: a photo shoot by the owner, who is also a professional photographer! The beautiful photo data were later sent by email as well—it became an unexpected and very happy memory. I also heard they are continuing to renovate parts of the building little by little even now, so it’s exciting to see how it changes with each visit. I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of Accommodation it will become in the future. Even though I went planning “just to stay overnight,” I came home with wonderful memories—including the scenery, the Onsen, and meeting such kind people. I would definitely love to visit again. *This isn’t directly related to Hotel services, but please note that the entrance from the street can be a bit hard to find, and some parts of the road leading up to this Accommodation are narrow. If you’re coming by car, it may help to drive carefully on your way here.*

Our first glamping experience as a parent-child duo was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was so well-prepared that even beginners like us had no trouble at all. The building's light blue resort-style design and the stylish room made us feel like we were in another world from the moment we stepped in! The amenities were impressive—complete with body lotion that you can take home! Even insect-repellent items like mosquito coils were provided, showing incredible attention to detail. The sunsets, sunrises, and starry skies were breathtaking! Soaking in the ocean-view bath while watching the campfire felt indescribably luxurious. BBQ grill and campfire usage times (9:00 PM/10:00 PM) were clearly set, allowing us to relax without worry. The staff had wonderful smiles and gave clear explanations that helped us quickly settle in despite being new to this experience. The welcome drink was delicious and instantly lifted our spirits upon arrival! We reserved a BBQ course, and they prepared an adult-sized portion for my child too—so filling! Each dish came with detailed instructions on how to prepare it, making cooking together fun for both of us. For breakfast, we got creative by adding homemade ice cream as toppings—it was such a treat! The coffee was excellent too; sipping it while gazing at the sea made for a perfect moment of relaxation. We also got lucky with access to "Yashi no Yu" nearby—a fantastic bonus! They provided makeup remover, toner, and moisturizer—such thoughtful touches for women guests. With gender-swapped baths between morning and night sessions available twice during our stay—it doubled the enjoyment factor! Although one towel set per person is included by default having extra towels would have been even better since we enjoyed multiple baths throughout our visit. Everything—the room quality food options Onsen services scenic views exceeded expectations leaving lasting impressions everywhere possible! While fridge space might seem slightly limited if planning ahead bringing external supplies note beer wine juice vending machines readily accessible onsite ensuring convenience remains intact overall. Fireworks games sold locally added nighttime entertainment value keeping boredom far away altogether! Returning home discussing plans already saying aloud “Let’s come back again soon!” proves how unforgettable summer memories created amidst swaying palm trees full-blown resort vibes truly became reality here today!!

Communication was quick, and when I asked about things I was curious about—such as whether certain requests were possible—they responded politely and thoroughly. Because it is a two-story property, it didn’t feel cramped like a Business Hotel, and we could relax comfortably. The toilet (with a changing area) and the bathroom are separate, both clean, and we were very satisfied. It’s also within walking distance from Kamakura Station, and you can walk to nearby temples and shrines as well, so we were happy with the location. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kamakura!

We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! Thank you very much.

I forgot my pot, but you helped me look for it, and thanks to that I was able to make a delicious tuna curry as my daughter requested. For a barbecue, almost everything you need is provided, so you only have to bring the ingredients—no need to bring any equipment.

The Hotel is within walking distance of Oshidomari Terminal. Breakfast and dinner were served individually, so we could enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. The food was delicious, including sea urchin, salmon roe, sashimi, and hokke. All the front desk staff were kind, and even though we came from Rebun Island, they also arranged Shuttle Service to the airport on our departure day. The service was courteous and attentive.

The Room is clean and spacious, very satisfying. The service was decent; the man in the morning wasn't very friendly but not unpleasant either. The price is relatively affordable for the island, making it a good choice. However, in my case, while the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, it disconnected when I went to my Room, and even after asking the staff, it couldn't be fixed. Still, it's a good HOTEL.

In addition to the splendid golden eye snapper, the sashimi and other dishes were also delicious and we really enjoyed them. The pudding was great too, but my personal favorite was the quiche. The owner, the hostess, and all the staff were kind and attentive. The Nekomatagi Championship was also fun. We were able to use the bath whenever we wanted for the most part. The guestbook mentioned facial lotion, but it wasn’t available in the bath area, so it would be even better if it were provided. With handmade town guides and other thoughtful touches, we felt a lot of warmth. It was a busy weekend trip, but a truly relaxing stay.

In the morning, we took the ferry from Aka Island. After doing SUP in the morning, we stopped by to leave our luggage. There was still time before check-in, but they kindly let us change clothes in our Room. We enjoyed riding a bike in the afternoon. It was great. We were looking forward to dinner at the Hotel, but we were informed a week in advance that it wouldn’t be available. I wish we had known that when making the Reservation.

I stayed for one night. The Facility was clean, and the place was very spacious—with a 1st-floor living room, a 2nd-floor bedroom, and a rooftop—so I could relax a lot. As for the “bugs” others mentioned, I don’t think they were much of an issue. (That said, there are some, so if you really hate bugs, please be aware.) The Room had an electric insect repellent and insect spray provided, and I felt they did what they could to be considerate. Self check-in was clear and easy. Regarding the shower partition: it’s true there isn’t one, but I was able to use it without soaking the sink area. There was no drain odor either. If I could suggest one improvement, the Room Wi-Fi was a bit unstable and it made working on my laptop slightly difficult. Mobile reception is also somewhat weak in this area, so Wi-Fi is essential—if possible, I’d appreciate improvements. (This is why I rated the Facility 4 stars.) Overall I’m very satisfied and think it’s great value for money. Next time I’d like to stay in a different Room too!
