I stayed on a breakfast-only Plan. Since it was a solo trip I decided on suddenly two days before, I was disappointed that I couldn’t choose a Plan with dinner. Although I couldn’t have dinner, the breakfast was very delicious and I was completely satisfied. Above all, the owner of the Accommodation was very considerate in many ways, and I had a truly pleasant stay. Next time, I would definitely like to stay for the dinner as well. It was truly a wonderful Accommodation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

I was satisfied with both the meals and the Onsen. I visited by motorcycle, and being able to park in the garage made me feel very secure. I would like to stay again.

After my wife was discharged from the hospital, she successfully passed two follow-up checkups, and we finally planned our first trip in a year. While searching for an exceptional stay as a surprise gift, we found this Accommodation. In a completely private setting, we were able to enjoy a blissful escape from everyday life. The Room filled with bright light through floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the vast grassland stretching out before us, the free-flowing Onsen and pool fed directly from the source, and the soothing sounds of nature—just what we could see and hear was enough to heal us. And yet, the chef’s warm personality reflected in every dish, along with stories full of love for Hokkaido, made it truly unforgettable. Using local ingredients along with freshly picked herbs and vegetables harvested right on the property, the unpretentious course allowed us to fully savor Hokkaido. From appetizers created right in front of us to a beautifully cooked main grilled over firewood rather than charcoal, every once-in-a-lifetime dish for that day alone moved us again and again—right through dessert. The wines thoughtfully recommended at just the right moments were also excellent. Small gestures—like turning our leftover corn rice into onigiri for a late-night snack—were deeply touching. The smooth, slightly thick Moor Onsen water left our skin silky soft, and I found myself soaking again and again after dinner, in the middle of the night, and at dawn (laughs). The steam rising into the night air under a sky full of stars was so calming I wished time would stop. Breakfast in the crisp morning air was also an array of homemade delights—we enjoyed every last bit of what this Accommodation has to offer. Spending time in an entirely private space where you can have endless views and the chef’s cuisine all to yourself—without anyone disturbing you—is truly one of a kind. Thanks to you all, it became the best possible surprise trip to celebrate my wife’s discharge. To the chef, manager/director (shihainin), and everyone on staff who helped make our stay so special—thank you very much.

We stayed here again this year, following our visit last year. Last year it was very cold even during the day, perhaps because of the rain, but this year we were blessed with great weather and it was almost hot when we arrived. As the sun set and it was time for dinner, it became wonderfully cool, and the meal was absolutely excellent! After dinner, we stepped outside and looked up at the sky—there were so many stars it felt like they might fall from above, and we even saw a shooting star. It was the best night sky! This is a quiet pension where time seems to slow down and you can truly relax. Thank you very much.

It seems that lunch service and the online shop are still on hold, but I would be happy if things could gradually return to how they were. The view of the sea remains just as beautiful as ever. We were blessed with great weather and were able to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, and even

We had a wonderful auberge experience exactly as we’d imagined, and we were very satisfied. Thoughts on the triple Room (not mentioned in other Review): - The tabletop mirror prepared on the desk—also useful as an accessory tray—was extremely convenient for the three of us traveling together to get ready. - The toilet floor was tiled with a drain, and it felt exceptionally clean. - The loungewear wasn’t overly softened with fabric softener and felt smooth and comfortable. I think even those who dislike fragrances could wear it. - We stayed in February, and the sheets were pleasantly soft and slightly moist to the touch. Perhaps thanks to the mattress pad, nothing shifted at all, so we didn’t need to readjust the bedding until morning. Among Resort Hotels on Okinawa’s main island, Business Hotels, and long-established sightseeing hotels back home (in another prefecture) that we’ve used in recent years, this was our favorite. Ryukyu Ganebu wine and the cuisine, a charming Room, and warm hospitality—it was a truly lovely experience that felt like being shown one by one the treasures gained through all the challenges and adventures the owner couple have accomplished so far. I’m glad we chose “Tears” as our first wine toast with our daughters who have only recently become adults. It has become a precious wine tied to special memories, and we’re really looking forward to returning someday to toast here again. Photo: We couldn’t finish all of our wine at dinner, so Mrs. Owner kindly brought it up to our Room. We enjoyed it carefully during our trip, and brought the bottle home along with our memories. Stayed for two nights in late November. We were three women and found this accommodation to be absolutely satisfying in every aspect. The view is stunning, with the ocean right in front of you. The building itself is luxurious and meticulously designed without any compromises. Remarkably, it is equipped with the latest high-end appliances. The tableware includes Iittala, and the dining area features Carl Hansen furniture, showcasing attention to detail throughout the space. The room's fireplace was cozy, and we could even enjoy BBQ on the terrace. This time, we fully self-catered using Itoshima vegetables, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Of course, what truly matters is what's inside—the staff were warm and supportive from afar with friendly smiles. It was a wonderful accommodation that I would love to visit again!

More and more Accommodations that welcome dogs have been appearing in recent years, and I stay at various private rental homes around Japan a few times a year. Among them, JADE GROUP’s Accommodation is outstanding in every way (this was my third stay including other JADE properties). The stylish exterior, interior design, and furnishings; the more-than-generous space and openness; and the spacious bathroom were all clean and made for a very comfortable bath time. I loved the overall simple yet luxurious atmosphere. The kitchen appliances were fully equipped, and having a Dyson vacuum cleaner plus a washer-dryer permanently installed was extremely helpful for someone like me who is a bit particular about cleanliness. With such excellent Facilities, I did wish there were at least basic amenities provided as well. From the large living-room windows, you can enjoy views of mountains and rural scenery. In this quiet setting with complete privacy from others, we were able to relax at our own pace—and it still didn’t feel like enough time—so if possible, I recommend a Multiple Night Stay.

Dinner was served in the Room, and the sashimi was fresh and delicious, with a sweetness that highlighted the quality of the fish. The boiled octopus, seasoned simply with salt, was tender and flavorful. However, it was disappointing that the bathroom in the Room had a strong unpleasant smell, possibly from not being used for a long time. Next time, I would love to try fugu in winter!

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding—kind, attentive, and refined. We were very satisfied. The camper van interior was also clean, and the bed was more than spacious enough. The wooden deck was roomy as well, and you can enjoy drinks from the restaurant there. The staff takes care of everything for the campfire. If you go to the beachside restaurant late, the menu options become limited, so we recommend going earlier. The Onsen restaurant menu is delicious and beautifully presented. The Onsen facilities are clean and include areas where you can relax; even families with children could easily spend a full day there. Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful.

Opened in March this year, this accommodation has been operating for just half a year. I discovered it through a friend's SNS post and decided to visit. Located on Oshima Island, part of the sacred route from Munakata Taisha's main shrine (Hetsu-miya: Munakata-san) to Okinoshima via Nakatsu-miya, the island is steeped in history as a World Heritage Site. On this day, we visited Hetsu-miya and then drove to Kami-no-Misaki Port in Munakata City to take the ferry "Oshima" to Oshima Port. We stayed as a couple in a glamping tent designed for four people. The dinner was so abundant that we couldn't finish it all—there was even wild boar meat served as an extra treat! We felt almost guilty about not being able to eat everything. Perched on top of a hill with stunning ocean views below... To the left, you can see Fukuoka City's artificial Island City "Kashii-Terihata" with its luxury tower apartments. Although it was cloudy that day, on clear days you might be able to spot PayPay Dome or Fukuoka Tower (we could faintly see Hilton Hotel). Within the facility, guests are transported by cart after parking their cars and can enjoy various options like buggies. This place feels so luxurious and special that I wondered if it's even appropriate to stay here on such sacred ground—it’s truly breathtaking. Near the ferry port is "Kansu Beach," which features a torii gate called "Yume no Sayojima" set in the sea; during low tide, you can walk across to this small island—a highlight of Oshima itself. While there are areas affected by landslides due to heavy rainstorms recently, I hope they recover soon. Honestly speaking, it's not very famous yet at this moment—but once it becomes well-known, reservations might become impossible! It’s such an incredible hidden gem that I almost wish it remains undiscovered by too many people. I will definitely return again someday. Thank you so much!!

I stayed here while attending a live show in Naha and revisiting the northern area I had been to long ago. Nearby there are fields, and beyond them you can see the sea—the sunset was beautiful. Before long, the evening star appeared, and the stars were very clear as well. It’s a wonderful setting when you want to spend time quietly. The Orion beer and goya champuru were delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night with a friend. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, knitting while watching dramas, and spending time at a relaxed pace surrounded by nature! The cabin was well-equipped with various utensils and seasonings, which was very convenient. Additionally, the distance from neighboring cabins allowed us to enjoy our stay without worrying about others. I would love to visit other SANU locations as well!

There is a unique sense of comfort here. After staying multiple times, it truly feels like our own private villa. The view is stunning and quite rare to find elsewhere. Watching the sunset over the ocean while spending time freely without being bound by schedules is an exceptional experience, and the cleanliness of the accommodation stands out as one of its best features. Cooking utensils and tableware are also abundantly provided. Our dog seems to enjoy it immensely as well, running around on the terrace and in the dog run, then sleeping peacefully on the bed (as dogs often feel uneasy outside their home). A multiple night stay is highly recommended. Next time, we plan to stay for 3–4 days.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time with our dog. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we loved being able to enjoy the private Onsen whenever we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Our whole family was able to unwind with our dog, making it a truly enjoyable experience. It also became a great summer vacation memory for our children, and we would love to stay again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

We ended up staying for two nights on short notice at the end of summer. For the past 7–8 years, we’ve stayed every year at similar places around Kamakura and Hayama, but this was our first time here—and our whole family agreed it was the best by far. Every Room was stylish and spotless, and the theater Room in particular was amazing—we all enjoyed watching movies together. Morito Beach is just a short walk away, and everything you need is nearby. We spent three days saying we wanted to move here as a family, and on the last day we had to calm down the kids who didn’t want to leave before heading home in tears. Due to our lack of communication, you had to make unnecessary preparations, and even after we left some luggage arrived—causing you a lot of trouble—but you handled everything very kindly. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The view from the living room was amazing! The BBQ we ordered was delicious, and the private bath was excellent. It seems to be close to the new Jungle Area opening soon, so we will definitely come back again.

The Onsen water quality was excellent. From arrival until departure the next morning, we could use the large public bath at any time, and we enjoyed soaking in it many times. The building was kept very clean, and the staff at the Accommodation were wonderful. Although it is located in the central area of Shiga Kogen, it is a quiet environment. The air felt completely different from the heat down below. I think it is also a great base for trekking to places like Takamagahara and Higashidateyama. The only disappointment was that the weather was bad, so we couldn’t see the spectacular Northern Alps view that should have been visible from the window. Next time, I’d like to come back for a retry—possibly during ski season as well.
