The free-flowing Onsen water pours vigorously from the wall into the indoor bath, and in the open-air bath it cascades like a waterfall from the rocks—something Onsen lovers will truly appreciate. This was my father’s favorite place, and he was very happy. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. On the way to the large public bath, it was fun to see carp gathering where the spring water flows and bathing under it like a waterfall shower. The Room felt refreshingly cool with lush green trees outside. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my second stay. My first visit left a great impression, so when planning this trip with friends visiting from Taiwan, I recommended it and included it in our itinerary. Everyone praised the courteous service, the Facility, and the delicious meals. Although everything was complimentary, we truly appreciated being served high-quality food and drinks.

We had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation we visit, we are always delighted by the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. At Fufu Hakone this time as well, we were soothed by the warm welcome from all the staff and were able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. An Accommodation that makes you want to come back—Fufu is still number one for me. This time, we also made use of a wonderful IKYU benefit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this special opportunity. We will do our best in everyday life and look forward to coming back to Fufu again. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count, but this time I visited with my parents for my birthday trip. No matter when I come, the food is always satisfying, the Room is wonderful, and the Onsen leaves your skin silky smooth—nothing to complain about. Also, the light snacks in the annex lounge are exquisite, which makes me want to stay here again. They even celebrated my birthday, and it was a fantastic trip right to the end. This is an Accommodation that never disappoints no matter how many times I visit, so I’d like to keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I stayed here on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. Even though my Shinkansen arrived late, you came to pick me up, which was a great help. Also, being able to use the large public bath 24 hours a day was perfect for soothing my tired body. Staying at NASPA New Otani made this a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

I stayed here after a long drive. I visited on a weekday in early September, and the Onsen wasn’t too crowded, so I was able to relax and take my time. The sauna and cold bath were both great, and I felt perfectly refreshed. The bed was spacious enough, and the Room was clean and well maintained. After being on the go all day, staying at this Accommodation really helped me recharge. Breakfast was very luxurious for the morning, and it was the perfect start to the day. I wanted to enjoy a morning bath again, so I asked for an extra bath towel at reception. I expected there would be a charge, but they lent it to me for free. This is an Accommodation full of hospitality, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

This was my second stay, and once again I was reminded what a truly wonderful property this is. All the staff are always smiling, quick to help, and courteous, making my stay comfortable again this time. The Onsen was exceptional—not only the quality of the water, but also the spotless interior and beautiful views made it a perfect time to unwind. And as a Dormy Inn fan, I thoroughly enjoyed the post-bath ice pops and probiotic drink at the relaxation area, as well as the famous “Yonaki Soba,” all just as delicious as ever. Whenever I stay in Matsumoto, I will definitely choose this place again!

It was close to the station and very comfortable. I also found that you can get to and from the station via the underground passage from near the Hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I would like to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Sapporo! Breakfast was delicious too. Thank you very much.

As my parents have gotten older and we don’t know how many more trips we’ll be able to take together, I invited my brother and brought my daughter for a family trip. Because my mother has rheumatoid arthritis, we chose this Accommodation on the conditions that the Room had an open-air bath and that all five of us could stay in the same Room. It turned out to be far better than we imagined. We arrived late for check-in, but we were warmly welcomed and given a courteous explanation. Women can choose their preferred yukata pattern to wear inside the Accommodation. The lobby offered complimentary drinks including alcohol; I had a drink for the first time in 10 years, and it was delicious. There were also three kinds of cookies, all of which we enjoyed. Many of the staff were young, and everyone provided very polite service. Because the Accommodation is small and intimate, we rarely ran into other guests, which allowed us to relax completely. Every meal was excellent. Thank you as well for accommodating my child’s allergies. For breakfast, they served a Western-style option for children, so there were many items my child could eat, which made us very happy. Both the Room and the open-air bath seemed new and were spotless—there is nothing to complain about—but above all else, the view is outstanding. The river flows right in front of you, and you can enjoy it almost privately not only from the lobby but also from your Room. We were truly moved by it. We heard that peak autumn foliage is around early November, so next time I would like to make a Reservation around then if possible. If I may make one request: I would appreciate it if cleansing oil could be provided in the Room. When I asked at reception they kindly brought it right away so it wasn’t an issue in practice; however, some guests may use only the in-room open-air bath without going elsewhere, so I hope you will consider it. Lastly, thank you very much for helping us create such wonderful memories on this trip.

This Silver Week, we hadn’t planned to travel, but our family days off lined up again, so we hurriedly searched—without high expectations—for a pet-friendly Hotel… A room opened up at Alpenblick, so we made a Reservation. Since we’d never stayed in a trailer house before, we were pretty anxious… But it was incredibly clean, with no noise from neighboring rooms and plenty of space inside! We could park our own car right next to it, which was very convenient. It really felt like having a secret hideout, and the whole family loved it. Highly recommended!!

Although the building is historic and compact, the cuisine—and even the tableware it is served on—are outstanding. The hot spring water comes from both the Yubatake source and the Ryokan’s own private source, each offering a distinct bathing experience. The staff are wonderful and exceptionally attentive. This is an Accommodation you will want to stay at again and again.

I stayed for two nights. The ocean view from the panoramic bath on the third floor was amazing. The Onsen was also great.

This was my first trip to Hakodate. There is only one direct flight a day from Nagoya, and I was incredibly lucky to get a ticket. Visiting a new place for the first time is so exciting. The Room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate. The space was generous, and the bathtub and sink were spacious as well. The lighting switches were thoughtfully placed throughout, making everything very convenient—it was almost too comfortable! Dinner at Kita Jin (booked separately) was also excellent: premium Genghis Khan in a private room, relaxed and delicious. Breakfast was around 8:00, and we were seated right away. We came without much prior knowledge and were amazed by the variety—and even more by the quality of every dish. My spouse and I travel all over the whole country, and this may have been our best breakfast ever. Personally, I loved the eel snack with tea, dim sum, sashimi, chiffon cake, and egg tarts. What stayed with us most from this trip was meeting so many wonderful people in Hakodate: The kind driver with a great smile on the airport limousine bus. At lunchtime at Lucky Pierrot near the station—busy as it was—a female staff member still let us draw an Ichiban Kuji lottery ticket and gave us a pin badge with a big smile. At NIPPONIA Hotel Hakodate Port Town on our first day—a female staff member kindly explained everything and gave us a hand-drawn illustrated map of nearby spots within walking distance. On an evening sightseeing taxi tour to see Mt. Hakodate’s night view—a female driver born in Hakodate from Donan Taxi carefully explained local history, the Western-style houses in Motomachi, and the origins of Soma-tei. The staff who made our motorboat cruise even more enjoyable under clear skies the next day. At lunch near the station at Uni Specialty Shop Yoichiya—a female employee whose attentiveness and refined service truly impressed us. And above all, at Century Marina’s front desk—the female staff member who kindly explained everything for our first stay left a wonderful impression with her polite service; of course, the male staff member at checkout was also outstanding. The quick yet courteous service at Kita Jin was excellent as well—we are truly grateful to have stayed at this Hotel. It was an intense 2-night/3-day trip to Hakodate, but seeing everyone working so hard to make their city shine really moved us—it looked genuinely inspiring. We will definitely come again. I truly fell in love with historic Hakodate from the bottom of my heart!

I have been staying here about twice a year for the past few years, and every time it has been completely satisfying. Dinner is French cuisine, and everything—from the meat and fish to the dessert—was delicious. The freshly baked bread was truly excellent, and I had seconds. There is also reasonably priced wine, so I had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. The Room was luxurious and lovely; however, it was a bit disappointing that the refrigerator did not cool very well. The Onsen was wonderful too, with both an open-air bath and an indoor bath at just the right temperature for me, plus a sauna and a cold plunge—an excellent experience overall. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I stay here about once a year. The Mt. Fuji view is breathtaking, and the hospitality, Onsen, and cuisine are all outstanding in quality. The only minor drawback is that it can be hard to secure a Reservation—but that’s proof of how great it is.

From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us, and check-in was smooth. Everyone was highly professional, and the property was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The meals were delicately flavored, and the portions were just right—not too much or too little. Both dinner and breakfast felt perfectly balanced. The baths are cleaned once between check-in and the next morning, with a switch between men’s and women’s times, but we were happy that we could use them multiple times even late at night or early in the morning.

My spouse and I have stayed here several times, and this time we stayed together with our adult children. They were delighted and really enjoyed their stay. Thank you to the Hotel’s head chef and the staff members who remembered us for your warm hospitality. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The service was excellent, and the meals were delicious. One of Okawaso’s highlights—the shamisen performance—was very soothing, and there was also a comfortable place to sit and enjoy it at a relaxed pace, making it a wonderful memory. The staff were all welcoming with lovely smiles, and their guidance was clear and easy to follow.

The Room was spacious, easy to use, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I was traveling home, so it helped me recover from the fatigue. The Room amenities were minimal. I thought it would be nice to have cotton pads or cotton swabs, but they weren’t really necessary. The meals weren’t flashy, but they were pleasantly tasty. It was a great-value stay. Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much. But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying. As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it. The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.
