I stayed for one night as an Accommodation stop during a drive because it caught my interest. Although this Ryokan has many international staff members, everyone was very kind and attentive, and I felt they were well trained. The food was delicious, and I was able to relax without worrying much about other guests. Thank you very much, Kazenomori.

My daughter, who lives far away, was able to come home during the holiday, so we stayed on 9/20 during Silver Week. At first, we had made a Reservation at another Hotel because we planned to go grape picking in Fukushima and then travel to Morioka. However, with the typhoon making the weather uncertain, we kept considering a closer plan until the last minute. When an opening came up for a Room with an open-air bath, we quickly made a Reservation here. Since our family travels entirely by car, changing our schedule gave us extra time. We arrived early and planned to take a walk nearby, and the parking staff kindly recommended some spots for us. The footbath was very relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room does not have a washing area, but it wasn’t an issue—washing first at the large public bath or using the indoor bath in the Room was enough. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. When traveling as a family of four, we usually choose Accommodations with buffets, so we truly appreciate Itoen Hotel for its reasonable pricing. Some people have various opinions about the food, but if you search under the same conditions (a Room with an open-air bath), most places cost about twice as much or more than Itoen Hotel. If you’re dissatisfied, it simply means you should increase your budget. The Tsukimi Fair set dishes and—during Silver Week—the bluefin tuna and roast beef sushi were especially popular. The ramen was also delicious; since this is Fukushima, perhaps it had a Kitakata-style soup? Our family was very satisfied. Because of the typhoon’s impact, we decided to relax at the Hotel. We enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times, eating until we were full, winning prizes in the game corner arcade area, and having fun playing table tennis—it was a wonderful stay. Since I made this Reservation in such haste, I caused trouble due to my own mistake. Also after checking out and leaving, my daughter realized something important to her was missing. When we turned back and returned to the Hotel staff immediately told us it had been found at the shop counter—this truly helped us so much. Thank you very much for your kind assistance. Lastly I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone—the person who handled my call regarding my mistake during Reservation booking as well as all staff at reception front desk parking restaurant shop housekeeping and throughout this Hotel. Our family of three stayed in the ocean-view Room “Mizuwori.” What left the strongest impression was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From their demeanor during the Shuttle Service to their attentive care with in-room dining, everything was never stiff yet always thoughtful and thorough, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room itself was also wonderful. Recently renovated, it features a modern, refined interior while preserving a Japanese atmosphere. The sofa and massage chair were very comfortable, and above all, being able to view the Great Torii from the Room was exceptional. It’s a Room that truly makes you feel it’s worth staying overnight on Miyajima. The complimentary services are also very well provided. In particular, the rooftop space on the top floor was a lovely place to relax while enjoying views of Miyajima. It was also nice that drinks and ice cream were available free of charge—you can really feel their desire to delight guests. The large public bath was clean and pleasant to use, and at breakfast there was an appropriate amount of space between guests so we could enjoy our meal in a calm setting. Both dinner and breakfast were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. Dinner especially—being able to enjoy it slowly as a family in our Room—became a wonderful memory from this trip. Above all, what makes Kinsuikan so appealing is its superb location. It is close to Itsukushima Shrine, the Great Torii, and Omotesando Street, allowing you not only to sightsee during the day but also easily enjoy the Great Torii at night when day-trippers have thinned out, as well as quiet Miyajima early the next morning. Cuisine, service, hospitality, and location—everything is balanced at an exceptionally high level here. This Accommodation truly made us feel glad we chose to stay overnight on Miyajima. If we have another chance to visit Miyajima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The excellent Reviews and the spacious Room were what convinced us to book. For my husband’s celebration, you provided such warm hospitality that he was delighted, and our whole family was truly moved. The property was very clean, all the staff were pleasant (especially at dinner), and we were able to enjoy local dishes—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied! The view from the in-room open-air bath was truly breathtaking. It seemed to be the night of a full moon, and the moonlight reflecting on the water was wonderfully dreamlike. Soaking in the tub and gazing at it for a while, I almost lost track of time. The meals were creative and delicious, and the staff were cheerful, always smiling, and thoughtfully attentive throughout our stay—we had a truly wonderful time. A lovely Accommodation I would love to visit again.

A long-established Ryokan in central Kochi City where you can enjoy a natural Onsen. The property also displays materials that let you learn about Kochi Castle and the history of the Yamauchi clan, offering not only relaxation but also discovery. The hospitality from all staff is exceptional.

There were thoughtful touches throughout, such as a basket for carrying towels and a change of clothes to the bath, and tabi socks provided for use inside the property. The food was also delicious.

Everything was amazing. Since we traveled by train, it was close to the station, and the location was great—we didn’t get wet in the rain even without an umbrella. But enjoying the Onsen in the rain was also wonderful. Above all, the meals were delicious. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive hospitality.

Everything was outstanding!! Nothing to complain about!! We will definitely stay again!! On the way home, we were already discussing when to make our next Reservation. The food in particular was truly delicious and wonderful.

Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay. The staff were exceptionally well trained, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We had dinner at Ryozen inside the Hotel; both the portion size and the taste were excellent. We also enjoyed many delicious wines. The amenities were great, and I would love to visit again soon.

Thank you for your hospitality at the end of the year. The view from the open-air bath was absolutely stunning. As for the meals, I enjoyed delicious fish grilled over an irori hearth, which made dining a fun and unique experience. To the staff from overseas, I understand that Japanese can be challenging, but please keep up the great work! Your smiles are wonderful in a foreign land!

Perhaps because there were few guests that day, the staff provided exceptionally attentive service, and it was truly comfortable to stay there. If I visit Oga again in the future, I would definitely like to stay here again.

The bath was a natural Onsen, and it felt wonderful! However, the shower pressure was very weak, which was disappointing. The building is fully covered with tatami mats, which was great and dog-friendly. Overall, it feels a bit old, with steep stairs and a small toilet... But it was well cleaned and acceptable. The meals were served in the Room, so we could relax even with our dog. Everything was very luxurious and delicious!

We stayed with six people, including infants. The Hotel features a spacious, open lobby, and the Room was also clean. Best of all, being able to enjoy the Onsen in the Room was amazing. The water felt silky and slightly slippery, leaving our skin soft and supple. All of the meals were delicious, especially the vegetables and curry. The staff were very kind to our young children, making it an easy and comfortable stay. We would love to visit again.

My spouse and I go on an Onsen trip every month. This time, since it was summer vacation, we traveled with three generations of our family. The Onsen water was the best we’ve ever experienced. Minami-Izu is a bit far, but we’d love to soak in that water again.

We stayed here for a family trip. We love Hida furniture, and we were delighted with the table and sofa in our Room. For amenities, I wish there had been a towel for washing the body. We only had breakfast, but there were also dishes served in small bowls, which made them easy to pick up. Everything was delicious. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

This is a small hotel located in the suburbs of Matsuyama, but the Rooms are spacious, and having a private in-room Onsen bath in every Room is a great feature. Dinner seemed to be catered, but it was very delicious. It would be even better if the all-you-can-drink alcohol selection included a few more options, such as draft beer.

The meals were beautifully presented and delicious, and the bath was wonderfully soothing—its gentle water warmed me to the core. The places we visited based on the owner’s advice (a walk and a roadside station) were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service of being able to use three yukata per person for a one-night stay, which is something you rarely find elsewhere, allowing us to relax in comfort. The attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality throughout were outstanding, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.
