The Room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I was able to rest well. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. All of the staff were courteous and pleasant, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. I would love to visit again.

The staff are wonderful. Guidance and help with any issues were handled smoothly, and everyone was full of kindness. I could really feel their pride in their work. The property was clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I’ve come to love Nara!! Next time, I’d like to stay a little longer. Thank you very much.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

Beppu for the first time in a year—and GAHAMA Terrace. Nothing to complain about; we had a very comfortable stay. I really do love this place. I also love the view from the maisonette—being at eye level with the sea is wonderful—but it might be better if the plants were trimmed a bit. I know they grow back quickly in summer, so it may be difficult, but from inside, having the ocean fill the entire window is simply perfect. We’ll visit again when it gets cooler. GAHAMA is amazing, and Beppu is amazing too.

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the wide variety of welcome drinks and how easy they are to use was excellent. They also had miso soup and wakame soup, which I enjoyed for breakfast. Each floor has a microwave, a water dispenser, and a shampoo/conditioner lending corner, and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on certain floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly convenient. I stayed here to attend a live show at CLUB CITTA’, and it was just a short walk to the venue, which was very convenient. However, it’s a bit far from the station, which may be a drawback—especially in bad weather. Also, since it’s close to the Keikyu railway tracks, you can hear some train noise. Some people may find that bothersome. Even so, I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay very comfortably overall. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

From the welcome pineapple cider, beer, and simmered yam konnyaku to a feast of Yamagata specialties, we were completely full! Dinner was served in beautiful dishes that made everything even more appetizing. The post-bath lounge had a wonderful atmosphere, the massage chairs were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks. Of course, the baths were spacious and very relaxing! In the morning, the breakfast ramen was delicious. I chose rice porridge instead, and with so many side dishes I was very satisfied. The watermelon was sweet and tasty too.

Conveniently located near the station. The Room amenities were easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. I was especially impressed by the sea bream chazuke.

It was my first time having a microwave in the room, and it was even more convenient than I expected. Everything was kept very clean, the TV was large and could play YouTube, and it was comfortable to live as usual even while traveling. The location is also great—no transfers needed on the Tozai Line, close to the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants on the way from the station to the Hotel. It was so convenient that it made me want to live here. On top of that, maybe because it was a campaign rate, it was an excellent value—I could enjoy top-level comfort without overdoing it. It’s sure to become popular! A place I almost don’t want to share (lol).

The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

We had a very comfortable stay. The Room we stayed in was the Comfort Extra Twin. Within its compact size, it features a bathroom with a washing area, a separate toilet, and a washbasin. Shoes are not allowed on the floor inside the Room. It was perfect for those who don’t need a large, luxurious Room and want to keep costs down, but still want to relax in the bath and use the toilet without feeling self-conscious. One small note: since there is only a curtain separating the beds from the washbasin area (i.e., the changing space), some guests may find it bothersome. For us, as a family traveling with small children, it didn’t bother us at all. Other nice perks included borrowing manga to read, an on-site coin laundry, welcome drinks, and good value benefits.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, but we were able to use the dog run even if we arrived earlier, which made both us and our dog very happy! The all-inclusive plan was truly luxurious, with a wide variety of drinks and even light snacks—absolutely fantastic. They also had treats and cake for dogs! The Room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner was a gorgeous course meal, and the freshly baked bread in particular was delicious—we were so happy we could get refills. The next morning, our dog jumped out of the cart and couldn’t walk, so we consulted a male staff member at reception. He called several nearby animal hospitals for us, which helped us so much. They also changed our breakfast to takeout—thank you very much for your support. It’s a wonderful Hotel and we were completely satisfied!! This is an amazing Hotel that I want to recommend to everyone. Thank you so much. We will definitely come again! We are truly grateful to the staff.

Thank you always for your hospitality at Comfort Inn Ogaki. All of the staff are kind and helpful. What makes me happiest when staying is how substantial and satisfying the breakfast is. There are both Japanese and Western options, and everything is very satisfying. The original curry in particular is outstanding. As someone who prefers Japanese food, I really appreciate it. I am grateful for all the staff’s efforts that allow guests to stay comfortably at all times. I have also stayed at other hotels in the Comfort Inn group, and just like Comfort Inn, their Facilities and service are excellent in every way. At the group hotels, I was especially impressed by menus that make use of local ingredients. When I stay for work, meals are my greatest enjoyment.

Near Yahaba Station—an excellent location. My workplace is also nearby, so I stay here from time to time. Yahabaru (a small complex with several restaurants) near the station is also within walking distance. The Hotel’s welcome drink is, as always, outstanding. The meals are a great value for this price range. The sewage smell that used to be an issue has been resolved, and this time I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath.

I stayed in February, and as soon as I got home I made a Reservation for June. Last time was Nadeshiko, and this time it was Tsutsuji. The Tsutsuji Room is a maisonette, with a spacious cypress bath on the first floor. The bath was wonderfully relaxing. I had been looking forward to the meals because they were even better than expected last time. Once again, everything was delicious and very satisfying. This is an Accommodation that makes you want to try every Room, and enjoy the cuisine again in different seasons.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better. Thank you very much!

It was a comfortable stay at this new Hotel. It is located right in front of the station, making it convenient for dinner and for a morning walk around Senba Lake. Breakfast was well prepared, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The only issue was that it did not appear on my car navigation system. Perhaps because the Hotel is new, or because my navigation system is outdated, it did not come up by name or phone number. The roads around Mito Station include some multi-level intersections and are a bit complicated, so it took some time to find it.

I stayed for a two-night, three-day trip this time. When I stayed at a nearby auberge in May, I was struck by the views of the Yatsugatake Mountains, Mt. Fuji, and the Southern Alps under an огром sky—and I felt it would be a waste to spend only one night in a place like this. Another reason was that I wanted to enjoy the fireplace, so I chose a Room with one. It turned out to be exactly the right choice. When I opened the window, I could hear birds singing, frogs croaking, and cows lowing in the distance. Combined with the crackling of firewood in the fireplace, it was incredibly relaxing—truly a great way to relieve stress. For meals, we ate at Seisenryo’s restaurant for everything except lunch on the first day. You can dine while looking out at the mountains, then head straight back to your Room and enjoy the fireplace. I’m thinking of staying again in October or November next time—hopefully with a clear view of the starry sky. This place offers an exceptional level of comfort and relaxation in your Room that’s hard to find elsewhere, so I highly recommend it.

I was in Fukuoka with my daughters, and each of us had our own plans. We searched for a place where the three of us could stay together, with free parking and reasonable rates, and decided on Vessel Fukuoka Kaizuka. We really appreciated their hospitality. My daughters were happy and said it was the best Business Hotel they’ve stayed at so far. The Room was clean. Plenty of power outlets. A separate washbasin area apart from the bath/toilet. You can see outside through the window. A good selection of amenities. Two trash bins. Shoes-off indoors. They were really excited about all of that.

It was a wonderful Hotel stay spent with my grandchild. Since Risonare is family-oriented, there were many young children, and breakfast was lively; however, no one disrupted the atmosphere, so we could relax and enjoy our time comfortably without feeling self-conscious. There were also activities for children, and we had plenty to enjoy within the Hotel. The challenge programs gave children confidence. We didn’t use the bath in the Room and instead relaxed in the large public bath. It was a Hotel where we could stay with peace of mind. Thank you.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji!
