We visited just before the summer holiday season, and since there were fewer guests, they kindly upgraded our Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a Room with an open-air bath, so we could soak in the Onsen many times and felt truly refreshed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The large garden was in hydrangea and rose season, so we enjoyed strolling through the beautiful grounds. It was an early summer vacation for us—thank you very much!

We stayed with our family during the Obon holidays. The meals featured presentations we had never experienced at any other Hotel, and the portions were just right—everything was absolutely delicious. Being able to watch the sunset from the lounge during dinner also became a wonderful memory. The lounge was very comfortable, not only for the view but also for its lovely interior that felt almost like a private space. However, family members who don’t drink alcohol wished there were a wider variety of cake-style sweets to go with coffee. Also, the duvet was too thick, so it would have been nice to have a summer option. We would definitely love to visit again.

I stayed on the Club Floor for two nights, and it was very good. The location was convenient, and I was able to relax in the lounge. I would like to stay here again when I come to Otaru. However, the breakfast venue was a little hot.

This is our favorite Accommodation, which we visit as a family about twice a year. The sunset views from the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, and above all, the meals are generous in portion and delicious! Some parts of the Facility show their age, but that also creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this Accommodation.

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Fukuyama Castle as seen from the Room was wonderful both during the day and at night. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

This was my first stay, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit many places. The ladies-only floor was bright and clean, which made me feel comfortable. The complimentary drinks were very helpful, and in the evening they even offered beer, wine, and shochu—such a generous Hotel. Thank you very much.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

We stayed at Chalet Ivy Jozankei for our honeymoon. When we arrived, we were a little surprised by the steep downhill slope, but a staff member quickly came over and helped carry our luggage, which was a huge help. The mango tea served at check-in was delicious, and we felt warmly welcomed. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and together with the calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel, it made for a truly relaxing stay both physically and mentally. The lounge had a wonderful view, and since it was relatively quiet, we were able to enjoy window seats many times. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and very satisfying. We used the bath in our Room about four or five times, and the public bath was often quiet as well, so we could take our time enjoying a relaxing soak on our own. Even after check-out, they drove us to the bus stop, and we were impressed by their thoughtful service down to every detail. Thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff and the comfortable Facility environment, it was an exceptionally fulfilling stay. We would love to stay again.

I made this Reservation on behalf of my father and mother. They really liked the Onsen, and they said the breakfast style—taking small side dishes—made it easy even for my father, who has limited use of his hands. Last time they took more food than they could finish, so this time we chose the lowest-priced Plan, but they were still satisfied with the meals. They love the hot spring water. We look forward to staying again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were very helpful, and when I returned the next day, I was happy to find fresh towels hanging on the doorknob. The bathroom was small, but I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we truly had a wonderful time. The Room was spacious and spotless, with thoughtful attention to every detail. It was so comfortable that we honestly wished we could stay there forever. We were also delighted to receive a Room upgrade this time—thank you so much. Above all, the meals were beyond words—absolutely delicious. Every single dish was outstanding, and the dining experience itself became a special memory. Because it was our anniversary, you even prepared a surprise dessert plate for us. We were deeply touched by your unexpected kindness. All of the staff were warm throughout our stay, full of attentive care and hospitality, and we found ourselves thinking again and again how glad we were to have chosen this place. The Room, the meals, the Onsen, and especially the staff’s thoughtfulness—everything was exceptional. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. We have stayed at many Accommodations over the years, but this is without a doubt the best one we have ever experienced. We are truly glad we chose “Hakone Gen” for such an important anniversary. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious first-floor lobby with its calm atmosphere, as well as the views and elegance of the Espacio Lounge on the upper floors. We were also very satisfied with our Room and the various services provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a birthday commemorative stay together—my first trip after recovering from illness—and made full use of both the pool and the large public bath. Choosing a stay with lounge access was truly the right decision. From afternoon tea onward, every food presentation offered items unique to Nagoya, all of which we enjoyed very much. I was also deeply moved by the hospitality of all your staff. Saying “We definitely want to come again,” we each began our journey home. Thank you again for helping make this a memorable moment during our summer holiday.

I stayed for 4 nights. Since it was a hot season, I really appreciated the unlimited soft drinks. They also provide loungewear, towels, earplugs, cleansing oil, toner, and hair oil, which was truly convenient. The place was well cleaned and very comfortable.

Both the Room and the building were beautiful and felt very clean. The bed was especially wonderful—not only spacious, but also with just the right thickness and firmness. The pillows weren’t too soft either, so I was able to fall asleep quickly. When we arrived and went out to explore the town, three of us had sore legs and backs, so we were embarrassed to be walking with canes. At dinner, we were told that our table for the next morning’s breakfast buffet had been set at the closest, easiest-to-access spot. We were all truly touched. The food was delicious as well, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyed at spacious tables with partitions from surrounding guests, allowing us to relax and chat at a leisurely pace.

I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.

It had been a while since my last stay at Ochiairo, and I was truly moved by how wonderful the dinner was. From fresh sweetfish tempura and eel sushi to game fowl soup, thick shiitake mushrooms, crispy cutlassfish, and seasoned somen served in an ice bowl with nori—each dish was exceptional. The Onsen was also very enjoyable, with gentle mildly alkaline water. I especially appreciated the wide selection of drinks available not only in the lounge but also in the Room refrigerator and even by the bath area—such thoughtful care to prevent dehydration. Finally, at checkout we received a coupon booklet for the Shuzenji Toll Road. This has been a long-standing service, but I was impressed again by such attentive hospitality. It is an inconvenient road where ETC cannot be used for some reason, so this was very helpful. I would love to stay at Ochiairo again to relax—everything from the Onsen and meals to the service is outstanding.

We stayed here for a family trip. All of the staff were very welcoming, and we were truly impressed by the complimentary free-flow drinks service. The meals were just the right amount—not too much—and we enjoyed everything to the last bite. The sashimi in particular was outstanding! The Onsen water quality was excellent, and with the clear autumn weather that day, we felt completely refreshed in the open-air bath. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but the only disappointment was the Wi‑Fi. The signal was extremely weak in the guest rooms, lobby, and all common areas, and it wasn’t usable in practice. Mobile reception was also poor in this location, so the weak Wi‑Fi felt like a serious issue; I regret that I couldn’t get my work done during our stay. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and baths, and we hope the Wi‑Fi will be improved. Thank you very much.

It was my first time having a microwave in the room, and it was even more convenient than I expected. Everything was kept very clean, the TV was large and could play YouTube, and it was comfortable to live as usual even while traveling. The location is also great—no transfers needed on the Tozai Line, close to the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants on the way from the station to the Hotel. It was so convenient that it made me want to live here. On top of that, maybe because it was a campaign rate, it was an excellent value—I could enjoy top-level comfort without overdoing it. It’s sure to become popular! A place I almost don’t want to share (lol).

I understand you are now in your 18th generation—when it comes to Onsen Accommodations, nothing compares to a long-established inn. Of course, both the large public bath and the in-Room bath are fed directly from the source with free-flowing spring water. The staff were exceptionally attentive—so much so that we almost felt apologetic for receiving such kindness. Above all, the dining was outstanding, far beyond anything we had imagined. The tableware was also beautiful throughout, including pieces inspired by Rosanjin’s works, making each meal a delight not only for the palate but also for the eyes. The Kaga cuisine was delicately seasoned yet deeply flavorful. Everything was immaculately cleaned, and the view from the window was truly soothing. While preserving the charm of this historic inn, the property has been beautifully renewed with touches of contemporary art woven in seamlessly. Naturally, many Rosanjin works are displayed throughout the building as well, and they were well worth seeing. I also suspect many guests may not notice this—but in the lobby, Rooms, and bathing areas: there are countless chairs everywhere, and most appear to be high-end pieces. I can only imagine how much has been invested overall; especially the chair inside the elevator must be quite expensive. Even details like lighting and clocks have clearly been chosen with great care. We visited with very high expectations for an Onsen Accommodation, yet everything surpassed them by a wide margin—truly impressive. We would love to return again soon.
