Because we could bring our dog to almost everywhere on the property, we didn’t need to leave them alone in the Room and were able to relax comfortably. Pet amenities, treats, welcome drinks, complimentary sake, marshmallows by the campfire, alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator, ice cream, cooking utensils, seasonings—the list goes on; it truly felt all-inclusive and there was nothing to complain about. After we got home and told our family about it, they said they’d love to go too—so we would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here for a trip to celebrate 5 months with my daughter. Even with a small child, we felt safe and comfortable staying here. We invited my parents to join us, and the accommodation was new and incredibly clean. The living area was separate from the sleeping area, so our daughter could rest peacefully at night without any disturbances. Although it was too cold to use the pool, we enjoyed a fantastic BBQ while admiring the stunning view of Kouri Island and the ocean. The starry sky from the rooftop at night, breakfast on the terrace—everything was simply perfect! Above all, I had some concerns about traveling with my daughter, but the owner kindly explained everything about the facility and provided helpful information about nearby areas. I am truly grateful for their support. We've visited many villas like this before, but this one is definitely among our top favorites! It was my parents' first time staying in a villa like this, and they thoroughly enjoyed it—it made bringing them along so worthwhile. We would love to visit again in the future! The building is new and everything is clean, with well-equipped kitchen utensils making it convenient for cooking. The location was also great, less than a 30-minute drive from Junglila. Our family loves karaoke, and this was the first accommodation we stayed at with karaoke facilities like those in a professional shop. We enjoyed singing every night. Although we've visited Okinawa many times before, our usual routine after returning to the hotel at night was to relax quietly. This time, however, we had an extra fun experience with karaoke, making this trip unique and memorable. We also tried the low-temperature pool but found it quite cold since it was the end of the year—even in Okinawa!

We made a Reservation for five nights and, after staying four nights, spent the day relaxing until our evening return flight. We swam at our leisure in the private pool and took naps on the terrace bed. We also enjoyed spending time freely in the cozy living room and bedroom. From the Ingyā Marine Garden Observatory right in front of us, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and took a walk around the entire marine garden. We went snorkeling at Ingyā Beach within walking distance, enjoyed a delicious lunch at the highly rated Bistro Tajima, and ended up getting plenty of takeout as well. Breakfast was different each day, very tasty, and wonderfully satisfying. Even when my companion left early in the morning for fun diving, I could relax at the villa. There are many places nearby within walking distance, so we were able to discover and experience all sorts of things. On our last day, we ended up enjoying tropical fish spotting at the beach with my companion until almost the very last minute, so I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t gather all used items such as bath towels into one place. This Miyakojima trip was something I had been looking forward to as a way to ease my everyday work fatigue. The owner’s and staff’s smiles and gracious service made it even more soothing. I am also deeply moved and sincerely grateful regarding that matter about our Room. While still feeling “Miyakojima loss,” we have already made another Reservation for our next trip to Miyakojima, which my companion is also very excited about. I almost want to keep it a secret—thank you from the bottom of my heart to Private Pool Villa Imugya Resort for offering so many ideal features. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

The moment we opened the front door, the view that greeted us felt like a scene from abroad. The location was even better than the website, and we were truly impressed. On the way back, the Aqua-Line was closed due to an accident, so we took the Tokyo Bay Ferry from Kanaya to Kurihama instead. The ferry was comfortable too, and it made us feel as if we’d gone on an overseas trip with our dog. The toothbrush came with toothpaste already on it, so next time we’ll bring our own toothpaste. Since the bath doesn’t have a reheating function, you need to get in soon after filling it.

We stayed for three days to celebrate our anniversary. The Room was spacious and very clean, and it felt much larger than in the photos. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very kind. We were happy to find beer and juice prepared in the refrigerator. The partner restaurant was delicious as well. It was a villa we would love to stay at again when we visit Okinawa. I ordered the seafood BBQ for dinner and was amazed by the large spiny lobster. Since it’s Oarai, I also wished to try clams. Breakfast was delicious as well. It would have been even better if the fridge had not only water but also a few soft drinks or beers. The pool and private spa (with sauna) were very relaxing. With the beach right in front, I enjoyed going to the sea too. It would be nice if sandals were available for rent. Thank you very much!

My spouse and I stayed here during a trip to Aoshima, Miyazaki, combining it with triathlon training. Our top priority was whether we could store our expensive road bikes safely, and MIYAZAKI BASE was perfect: we could bring the bikes straight into the spacious indoor area, so we had zero concerns about security or weather. The living space is exceptionally large, and being able to do gear maintenance and stretching comfortably felt like a true luxury that only a private villa can offer. [Check-in & Support] It was our first time using a smart lock (self check-in), but the instructions sent in advance were very clear, and we were able to enter smoothly without getting lost. When we messaged ahead with questions about nearby Onsen and recommended spots, the replies were surprisingly fast and thoughtful—we felt genuine hospitality that didn’t feel “unmanned” at all. [Location & Surroundings] Access to Aoshima Beach and the bypass is excellent, and early-morning runs along the coast and bike rides were incredibly refreshing. After training, we recovered properly at Aoshima Onsen within walking distance, then relaxed quietly at night in the refined atmosphere of the Room. Everything was spotless down to every detail—cleanliness is truly outstanding. This villa comes highly recommended not only for athletes, but also for families and couples who value privacy. When we visit Aoshima again, we will definitely stay here again!

The Accommodation has spacious Rooms, and the view is very pleasant, with a lawn right in front and the sea beyond. Unarisaki Park is nearby and perfect for a walk; we couldn’t see the sunset this time, but I think it would be beautiful if you can.

This was my first stay. The staff provided warm and attentive support, which made the trip truly enjoyable. Being able to borrow snorkeling gear was also very helpful. On the way to the private beach to watch the sunset, they even lent me a flashlight—something I hadn’t thought of—so it really saved me from struggling to find my way back. Thank you very much! It would be even more helpful if cooking chopsticks and regular chopsticks were provided in the kitchen. Soup cups would also be appreciated.

I stayed for one night. I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience, and the private pool allowed me to swim without worrying about others. It would be even better if the weeds on the property were managed more thoroughly.

There was no contact via email, so I didn't know the number for the electronic key to the room and had to confirm it by phone after arrival. It was disappointing that the tablet couldn't be used and check-in and check-out had to be handled via email, but other than that, I was very satisfied.

I stayed for one night. The kettle was broken and I couldn’t use it, so although instant coffee was provided, I wasn’t able to drink it. The Room was very clean and had two separate areas—one by the bed and one by the sofa. There is no TV, but I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet stay. I also enjoyed the Onsen and was satisfied.

This was my first stay here. The Room was far more beautiful and spacious in person than it looked in the photos and videos online. It felt luxurious, completely different from home, and allowed us to enjoy a truly special, out-of-the-ordinary time. Being able to do laundry was a huge help. There were also plenty of items provided for hanging lots of clothes properly. The Accommodation itself was wonderful, but the road partway there was narrow and bumpy, and cars can’t pass each other, which felt a bit inconvenient. I was happy that coffee beans and loose-leaf tea were provided, and that there were even two types of bath salts. As for drinks, I believe there was beer included, but since none of us could drink it, we took it home as a souvenir. If guests don’t drink beer, it feels wasteful—so it might be nice if guests could choose drinks for each person from a menu at check-in at the front desk so everyone can enjoy them. Still, I’m truly glad we chose this place. Thank you very much!

We stayed with seven people across three generations: my wife’s parents and our children. It’s a truly wonderful seaside villa where you could imagine living, and the appliances and Facility were all stylish, high-end choices. The large TV in the living room was especially impressive. Our 7- and 4-year-old kids had a blast playing in the terrace pool. Our parents were also able to relax under the same roof with their grandchildren, and they seemed very satisfied. This was our first time staying at this kind of villa, but we would definitely like to use a similar property again for trips with parents and children.

I was a bit worried because there weren’t many Reviews, but it was better than expected. (1) Dinner was a carefully prepared set course using a variety of ingredients; hot dishes were served hot and cold dishes cold. Since I stayed three nights on this trip—and the other two nights were at a large Hotel where you had to get around by cart and meals were buffet-style—this felt even more delicious. Breakfast was also very good. (2) The property is compact, and if the weather is clear, I think the views are great with both the pool and the sea right in front of you. (3) They picked me up at Ohara Port. The island speed limit is 40 km/h, so due to my miscalculation I ended up running late getting back to the port by rental car, but they stayed in touch and waited for me. The service was pleasantly straightforward—they didn’t talk to me too much, which I found comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Iriomote Island, I’d like to stay here again.

It was cleaner than it looks in the photos. The bath had been filled and prepared before check-in, so we could get in right away. It’s best to arrive on time for check-in; if you’ll be late, I think you should definitely contact them (they keep the hot water running accordingly). Someone was also waiting to guide us (maybe a part-timer? They were a foreign staff member). The Room and bath were well cleaned, and we felt comfortable using them. (A few bugs got in, but it was very windy that day, so I think it couldn’t be helped—the building is old as well.) One disappointing point was that the pool felt slippery inside, so after the sauna we couldn’t relax in it for long. Also, there was a clock in the Room (living area) that didn’t work; having a working clock would be helpful. We’d like to stay again.

With the pool on-site, we were able to have a lot of fun even when the weather was uncertain. However, as we expected, it was a bit inconvenient that there were no tableware items other than wine glasses. Next time, we feel it’s essential to bring plastic cups, paper plates, chopsticks, and similar items. Other than that, everything was very comfortable. The location is also very close to Sesoko Island, and we could even enjoy Sesoko Island’s fireworks from our Room. Thank you very much.

We comfortably stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. All the tableware was neatly stored in wrapping bags, and we had to open each plastic bag to use them. While it was excellent in terms of hygiene, it was a bit of a hassle, and I thought that disposing of the plastic each time might not be good for the environment. However, from the perspective of maintaining the cleanliness of the property, I thought it was very good. In addition to the tableware, the interior, appliances, and mattresses were all the latest, and the modern Scandinavian style lifted our spirits. As an interior enthusiast, I was thrilled and soothed to be surrounded by a beautiful space with items like a Dyson hairdryer, Remipan, Staub pot, Royal Copenhagen tableware, and Louis Poulsen lighting. One thing to mention is that the AI cooking appliance was so advanced that it took quite some time to master its use (I'm still not sure if I used it correctly...). There were also plenty of tools for the children to play with, so they didn't get bored. They especially seemed to enjoy the outdoor bouldering. (However, since the ground is stone, I was a bit concerned about safety unless an adult was always present... I thought it would be better if cushions were laid out.) The most wonderful thing was the spectacular view of the lake from the large windows. The sunrise, in particular, was breathtaking. If I have the opportunity to visit Hamamatsu again, I would definitely like to use this property. Although I didn't meet the staff in person, they responded promptly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you very much.
