We stayed as a family of four. The Room and bath were great, but above all, the meals were outstanding. The complimentary beer after the bath and ice cream were also nice, but what impressed us even more was the staff’s hospitality. From casual conversations they suggested a stro

They also stored my luggage before check-in. There was one washing machine in the women’s large public bath, so I felt comfortable doing laundry. The bread at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

With IKYU Diamond benefits, we also enjoyed the pool, spa, and Onsen. The outdoor jacuzzi nestled among trees had a wonderful atmosphere as well. We have stayed at many Hotels with Club Lounges before, but Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was truly exceptional. It is definitely a Hotel w

I enjoyed them after the bath as well! The staff responded with smiles, which was reassuring. Thank you very much. I think it's a hotel where families, couples, and solo travelers can enjoy comfortably. My son said, "Let's come again!!" (Of course, I agree.) Next time,

Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality and ensuring our comfort during our stay at your hotel; it allowed us to relax both physically and mentally. Thanks to your thoughtful arrangements, my mother had the best birthday ever. This is definitely a place we'd love to

The breakfast was excellent! Having tried various hotel breakfasts in Tokyo before now too—this hotel's breakfast is undoubtedly the best! Especially delicious were their signature dishes: “Triple Truffle Omelet,” “Aomori Strait Salmon Smørrebrød,” and “Eggs Benedict ReLabo Sty

I stayed here last March as well, and it was so amazing that I booked again. With beautiful ocean views from every room, you can relax and unwind with your dog. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the value for money is outstanding. The rice in particular is cooked perfectly—truly delicious. The seasonal chestnut rice was also incredible! It would be even better with hot springs, but the bath with an ocean view was wonderful too. With an affordable price, lovely rooms, and great meals, this is a place I want to keep coming back to. Thank you as always.

We decided to come on short notice, and once again we received warm, attentive hospitality, just like last time. We were able to relax in the lounge with drinks, refresh in the stone sauna in the morning, and enjoy the open-air bath in our Room many times, which helped us unwind. It was so good for a third visit that we felt this is the only Ryokan nearby where we can truly relax. We will definitely visit again.
