This was my second stay since last March. One notable change this time was that the TV had been upgraded to an Android TV (Hisense). At home, I hardly watch terrestrial broadcasts anymore, so being able to watch YouTube in the Room on an Android TV felt really refreshing—I was ve

The food was varied—sashimi, sushi, steak, kushikatsu, and more—and everything tasted great. I also appreciate being able to enjoy alcohol freely since I like drinking. The bath was excellent: the indoor bath is very large and the water is clean. The open-air bath is smaller (a

The front desk staff and dining staff provided kind and attentive service, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. For dinner, we ordered an additional dish as an option—the simmered golden eye snapper exceeded expectations with its size and thickness. The

The weather was great and we could see an amazing view of Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath. The hot spring water was clear and odorless, warmed us up well, and felt wonderful. Our Room wasn’t on the Mt. Fuji side, but we could still enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from the lobb

We were even able to enjoy free table tennis and private Onsen access. The beautiful autumn leaves were stunning, and there was an all-you-can-drink option for alcohol... truly a perfect accommodation! I would love to visit myself next time. Thank you again! We also managed to

The open-air bath was wonderful. Regarding viewing the fireworks: although it rained during the festival, we could watch them from our Room, which was very comfortable. My elderly mother and small children seemed very satisfied as well. We would love to stay again next year. Th

I visited Kinjo-kan. A spacious Room that feels comfortable even for 4 adults. It was quiet and relaxing, with no disturbances from the surroundings even while staying in the Room. There were various meals enjoyable for both adults and children, leaving us full and satisfied,

During this trip, I visited Ouchi-juku, Samurai Residences (Bukeyashiki), Mount Iimori (Iimoriyama), among other places for sightseeing—it was truly meaningful time spent. There are still many places I'd like to visit here. When visiting Aizuwakamatsu again in the future, I woul

After sightseeing, we checked in to our room—a spacious corner room with two beds in the Western-style section and an additional Japanese-style area—which left us very impressed. The private bath included an open-air onsen where we could relax comfortably. Dinner was all-you-c

The food was outstanding! Delicious enough to be worth the price, plus all-you-can-drink alcohol—and they even lent us small forks, which was really helpful with kids. Also, when our child insisted on sitting at a six-person table in the dining area, a male staff member wearing

The open-air bath in the Room had a strong chlorine smell so we showered again afterward, but the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! The buffet may not have a huge selection, but everything was delicious at both breakfast and dinner, and our family was very satisfied. We will s

There is an all-you-can-drink option with draft beer, Japanese sake (about six types), and other wines. The variety and quantity of dishes are abundant, including a hot pot with Shinshu beef, and it's impossible to try everything, so I definitely plan to visit again next time.

The quality of the Iizaka Onsen was wonderful—my skin felt incredibly smooth, even to the point of feeling almost tacky. And best of all, the dinner buffet! All-you-can-drink alcohol was included, and the menu selection was more than satisfying. We were extremely happy with

You can enjoy all this along with accommodation and Onsen for about the same price as just having a meal and drinks elsewhere. The Itoen Hotel Group is amazing! Since I live near the sea and can always enjoy fresh seafood, the buffet was perfectly fine for me. The Onsen was al

I was able to enjoy the free karaoke I had reserved at check-in for an hour in a spacious room after dinner. The large public bath and open-air bath, which were neatly organized in the early morning, were also relaxing. It was a weekday, so it wasn't crowded, which was nice.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to watch baseball. This was my third stay. It’s very convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the station. The front desk also has amenities and coffee, which I really appreciate. The Hotel isn’t new, but I think they’re doing their best. This tim
