Among Universal Studios Japan's official Hotels, this is undoubtedly top-class. As visitors from Shikoku who frequently stay overnight here due to our annual pass (now in its 11th year with over 100 stays), we still believe this Hotel is the best choice. Everything you could w

This is my third time enjoying the buffet style! Everything is delicious! So tasty! Truly the best. The crab, especially the snow crab, is incredibly delicious! A junior colleague at work highly recommended it, and they were absolutely right. The Onsen, of course, is perfect!

There was even a fresh orange juicer, which was very popular. I was impressed by the changing daily Eggs Benedict, freshly made burgers, tacos, taco rice, and Blue Seal ice cream. Perhaps because there were multiple pools and jacuzzis, it didn't feel crowded, and we could enjoy

It was also convenient to check the crowd status of the Onsen and restaurants using the in-room tablet. Despite the busy season, all staff members greeted us with smiles and paid attention to every detail, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful year-end and New Year experience.

Using the dedicated Shuttle Service from DisneySea, we were greeted with a smile by the courteous driver. The front desk and lobby staff truly lived up to the reputation of a first-class Hotel, making us feel delighted. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree

The Onsen facilities were clean, including both indoor and outdoor baths, which made everyone very happy. A large Christmas tree and Santa decorations near the front desk provided a great photo opportunity that became a wonderful memory for us all. We would love to visit agai

Above all, we were extremely satisfied with the variety of play areas, the selection of snacks and drinks (including alcohol) in the lounge, and the quality of meals! Our children kept asking during our stay and even on our way home: "When can we go again?" As an accommodati

The view from the terrace was amazing both at night and in the morning, which was very impressive. Since we walked a lot, the foot massager was very useful. Along with the spacious view bath in the room, it really helped relieve our fatigue and was very relaxing. The presence of
