I stayed for one night from July 30, 2026. When I visited in May, I stayed at Kurayoshi City Hotel, but considering the price and Room size, I personally think this Hotel is better. Both Hotels have saunas and feel similar, but what makes this Hotel great is that there is a cold plunge bath after the sauna. It makes a huge difference in how refreshed you feel. Also, the changing area was very cool, which helped my post-bath sweat disappear quickly—excellent. The Room was clean and well maintained, and you can tell they put real effort into it. I also appreciated that the refrigerator switch was located outside and easy to understand. The bedside clock was easy to read as well—great touch. With its location right by the station and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, it feels like an amazing value overall. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again.

The view of Lake Kasumigaura from the room was amazing—an unbeatable location! You can also take a walk around Lake Kasumigaura just a short stroll away. The sauna was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety—we were very satisfied! The front desk staff were also wonderful. The only downsides were that the room flashlight was broken, and there was no pen or notepad provided, which felt a bit inconvenient. If you stay in an east-facing room, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise! This is a Hotel I’d love to return to!

It was our first time staying here, and it was a wonderful home. The Facility was well equipped. The amenities were plentiful. We truly appreciated the owner’s thoughtful hospitality. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Thank you for waiting for us even though we arrived late at night due to train delays. We made a Reservation with a breakfast-included Plan, and the portion size was just right for adults with a small appetite. While the building has a charming atmosphere, it was also a calm and clean Accommodation. In particular, the ceramics displayed throughout were all impressive, and we enjoyed taking our time to admire them. (They looked quite expensive, so families with energetic children may feel a bit nervous.) We would definitely like to stay again on our next trip to Beppu. Thank you very much.

It was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. All the staff were very courteous, and the Facility was clean—everything was excellent. This time, we chose the indoor BBQ dinner course. The portions were generous and we were very satisfied, but since breakfast was so stylish and delicious, next time I’d like to try the set-course dinner. We were truly satisfied.

It was an Accommodation that was ten times better than I expected. First, the front desk staff were very courteous. The Room was fine overall; I have no complaints except that I would have liked a few more power outlets. In any case, the large public bath was extremely clean and wonderful. I’d like to stay again.

It’s a self check-in system, but the staff kindly guided us through the process, so it was easy to understand. Amenities are available next to the front desk, and you can take only what you need, which is great. There is also a large public bath, and the water temperature was just right, so I could relax and soak comfortably. In the changing Room area, barley tea is provided at night, which was nice. The welcome drink machine is available until 11:00 PM, and you can also take drinks back to your Room to enjoy the next morning, which was excellent. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection overall, but there were many kinds of small breads and they were delicious. It’s far from the station, so it’s inconvenient without a car, but it was a very good Hotel.

The meals were high quality and very enjoyable. However, the private spa had no security measures, which was very frightening. I was worried because the door could not be locked, and when I left it was half open, so it seems someone entered the changing area while I was bathing. Even if access is time-slot based, I would like the door to be lockable.

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed here on my first solo trip. It was a comfortable space where I could relax and take my time. Thank you very much.

The original Onsen temperature was a bit high, so adjusting it each time was slightly inconvenient, but having both indoor and outdoor baths at this price is amazing. Truly luxurious! I also appreciated the massage chair. I had requested amenities and towels in advance, and they prepared plenty for me, including body lotion, which was very helpful.

I love hotel stays and have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but this Hotel was exceptional. In particular, the views of Mt. Yotei from the Room and the large public bath, as well as the sea of clouds I saw from the rooftop early in the morning, were breathtaking. It seemed there were only a few guests during my stay, so I was able to use both the fitness gym and the large public bath almost privately. The gym had Pilates machines and state-of-the-art equipment, which made working out even better. The shampoo and conditioner in the large public bath had a lovely scent and were very relaxing. I was also happy that the hair dryer was a Dyson product. Breakfast was served as a set course with a choice of Japanese or Western options. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. During my stay I caused some trouble by accident, but every staff member responded with great kindness—thank you very much. Personally, I loved the Room’s color scheme and interior design; it really lifted my mood. If I visit Niseko again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

As this Accommodation has only just opened and there weren’t many Reviews yet, we arrived feeling a bit nervous, but we had a wonderful time with our dog. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and the BBQ dinner came with an amazing variety of ingredients: surf clams, whelks, whole grilled squid, atka mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, seasonal vegetables, plus soup curry to finish and even dessert—so we were completely full. There was plenty of food, but because it was simply seasoned with salt and pepper it felt light and let us fully enjoy the natural flavors. Since the BBQ is on the terrace, I recommend checking sunset time and setting your schedule accordingly. We started after dark this time and ended up having a BBQ in low light. Until we noticed there was a terrace lantern provided on the living room table, we did our best eating while lighting things up with our phone flashlight. In the morning they delivered a breakfast set to our Room, and we enjoyed a relaxing meal on the terrace while looking out at Mt. Komagatake. The salad, eggs, and milk were all delicious—an excellent menu that really let us savor Hokkaido’s bounty. The most moving part of this stay was the star-filled night sky. With no surrounding lights at all, countless stars spread across the entire sky—it was so beautiful we could have watched forever—and it became an unforgettable family memory. There is also a fireplace in the living room, so I’m sure it would be warm in winter with an equally wonderful view. We’d love to stay again. Fresh sashimi and a variety of colorful, vibrant dishes were served, so much that I couldn't finish them all. The dessert at dinner was also incredibly delicious. Since I couldn't finish everything during dinner, I was allowed to take it back to my Room and enjoyed it after my bath. The bath and the Room were clean, spacious, and very convenient to use. When I sent photos of the food to my parents, they said it looked amazing. Next time, I'd love to bring my parents along. Shakujin Shrine was nearby as well, so I was able to fulfill my wish of visiting there!

We had a wonderful stay. There was a convenience store nearby, and we were satisfied because we didn’t notice any traffic noise or other disturbances. If I had to mention one thing, the facial cleanser didn’t lather well and was difficult to use.

I stayed here with two cats. The litter and a litter box were provided, which was great. The Facility was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use it again.

There is a unique sense of comfort here. After staying multiple times, it truly feels like our own private villa. The view is stunning and quite rare to find elsewhere. Watching the sunset over the ocean while spending time freely without being bound by schedules is an exceptional experience, and the cleanliness of the accommodation stands out as one of its best features. Cooking utensils and tableware are also abundantly provided. Our dog seems to enjoy it immensely as well, running around on the terrace and in the dog run, then sleeping peacefully on the bed (as dogs often feel uneasy outside their home). A multiple night stay is highly recommended. Next time, we plan to stay for 3–4 days.

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who runs a business. Among the Hotels I have used in the past, I was truly impressed by the highest level of hospitality and the speed of response. When I shared my requests via LINE, I sometimes received an immediate reply, and their concierge-like service was outstanding. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Accommodation for business trips, with a relaxing large public bath, delicious breakfast, and free parking.

I stayed here to visit the Expo. Surprisingly close to the station, with Dotonbori and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The room was a separate type for 5 people. It was very simple but clean, with separate bath and toilet facilities, which was great. Several staff members were present even late at night, all of whom were polite and very kind. Although my stay was short at about 10 hours, I was very satisfied.
