The room and garden were spacious and very comfortable. I would like to use it for a Multiple Night Stay during my next long vacation.

A wonderful space where I could experience an extraordinary time. Upon entering the Room, I was greeted by a pleasant fruity scent. It was a lovely Room, clean and decorated with stylish accessories. I was feeling a bit peckish, so having cute donuts prepared was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I enjoyed a barbecue using the barbecue kit set up on the outdoor balcony, with seafood I bought as the main dish! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunset. I definitely want to use it again!

We stayed for one night as three groups: my sister and her husband, my daughter and her husband, and us. The location was wonderful, and the room was lovely. I gave it 4 stars because the amenities only included a toothbrush, and I wished there were cups provided. I brought mugs from the first floor to use in our room. It would be nice if there were cups with different colors or numbers to avoid confusion about which one is yours. The location is excellent! We enjoyed meals while feeling the ocean breeze, which was great. It would have been even better if we could directly access the beach from there. It turned out to be a great trip. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Kochi Prefecture!

We stayed with a group of 8, including my parents and my sister's family. It was our first time staying at a Vacation Rental for just one night, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, so we were initially concerned about the short stay. However, since there were no guests before or after us this time, we were able to enjoy a free early check-in at 3 PM and a paid late check-out at 12 PM. This allowed us to relax more than expected, resulting in high satisfaction. Additionally, we appreciated being allowed to store food items (fresh ingredients and beverages) brought from home in the Facility's refrigerator after noon. This made dinner preparation smoother and more convenient. For dinner for my parents, I wanted to prepare sashimi and ordered it from Yamatsune Fresh Fish Shop near Ito Station based on online research. In hindsight, local sashimi or spiny lobster available at Maxvalue near Izukogen Station would have sufficed as well. During a walk near the Facility, I discovered Kanemitsu Suisan nearby; according to online reviews, it seems excellent for sashimi reservations when staying here. Regarding the Facility itself: unfortunately due to heavy rain during our stay, having the bath and sauna located downstairs was slightly challenging for my elderly parents. However, for most people this detached setup could be seen as an advantage—it was very nice overall! One suggestion would be adding waterproof speakers in the bath area for music playback. The dishes, glasses, living room furniture (table/chairs), lighting fixtures, plants—all items within the Facility—were stylishly curated without anything disappointing us; we had an enjoyable time throughout our stay. For those considering similar concerns: please note that this Accommodation operates as private lodging (minpaku). You may not expect much direct communication with staff post-Reservation completion—phone calls typically connect you only via automated voicemail where messages can be left but may not receive callbacks promptly; email correspondence became possible only days prior instead of earlier engagement like other IKYU.com Vacation Rentals we've experienced before which caused some initial unease despite FAQs covering most queries adequately on their website already. Ultimately though—the quality offered by this Accommodation is exceptional! Approaching your stay understanding these aspects should ensure an enjoyable experience overall!

We rented the entire accommodation for 8 adults this time. Although we were a bit unsure about staying in a private villa, as it was a new experience for us, the staff welcomed us on-site and explained how to use the sauna and bathroom facilities, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay with peace of mind. While there are residential houses nearby, they are well-concealed by fences, ensuring privacy. Combined with the stylish interior design, it created an extraordinary atmosphere to enjoy. For 8 people, staying at a hotel would require booking two rooms; however, being able to stay together in one room at this private villa felt like a great option personally.

We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!

With just the right level of attentiveness and quick responses to our needs, we had a very comfortable stay. While many pet-friendly Facility use resin floor tiles, this one features solid oak flooring, creating a wonderfully relaxing space—and together with the feeling of staying in a natural forest, it was simply perfect. The dinner prepared by the owner was delicious, and they even let us take any leftovers to go, which made us very happy. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed with 11 people across three families. IKYU only allows Reservations for up to nine guests, but when we contacted the property, they were able to accommodate us.\n\nBecause of the location, there are quite a few insects, but we even found stag beetles and enjoyed bug catching. If you like saunas, there is also a cold plunge pool, so you can really enjoy it.\n\nI recommend using the amusement floor even if it costs extra. The karaoke and darts machines were fairly new, and someone was playing throughout our stay. It wasn’t listed under the Facility details, but having an ice maker was a nice plus.\n\nThe dryer is a drum type, so large loads took some time.\n\nWe would definitely like to stay again.

The use of natural plant-based oils combined with expert techniques provided ultimate relaxation & refreshment. The Room decor is incredibly charming—white tones paired with lace create an atmosphere women will adore; it’s so cozy! I visited during summer but am sure each season brings new ways to enjoy this place. FURAHA is somewhere you'll want to visit again and again. Located in a nature-rich area of Hakuba, this accommodation offers a relaxing experience surrounded by natural beauty. The garden is equipped with facilities for barbecues and campfires, allowing guests to enjoy meals while listening to the sounds of birds. The rooms are exceptional, each featuring its own toilet and bath/shower room. Additionally, the top floor boasts a stone-built bath resembling an Onsen, which we enjoyed multiple times. There are two living rooms so spacious that it was hard to decide where to settle in. Conveniently located near all attractions in Hakuba, with ski slopes just nearby, it’s perfect for morning walks.

The heating was already on at check-in, making the stay very comfortable. The house features a unique design and is always bright with natural light. Questions and requests during the stay were handled promptly. Thank you very much!

Feel the closeness of nature and listen carefully: the rustling sound of bamboo leaves swaying in the wind, the chirping of insects and birds, and the moon floating in the vast sky. It was a time when my heart resonated quietly, deeply healing my soul. The open-air bath had water at just the right temperature, while the indoor bath was enveloped in a soothing aroma of cypress. The large sauna and cypress cold bath were also relaxing, and stepping out onto the terrace revealed an extraordinary view reminiscent of Bali or an overseas resort. This liberating accommodation where you can walk around freely feels truly unique. In the spacious living room, we enjoyed conversations at the counter, while in the large bath I shared luxurious moments talking with my daughter. Convenient for sightseeing as well—morning walks through silver grass fields, cycling visits to Hakone Shrine and Kuzuryu Shrine. We rode on Motomiya Ropeway, had a Japanese lunch at Yamano Hotel after checkout, followed by a leisurely time at a café. We fully enjoyed our trip to Hakone to its fullest extent. The accommodation was impeccably clean everywhere we went, making it comfortable throughout our stay. It’s an unforgettable experience that made us say “perfect” countless times from our hearts. We would love to visit again!

I came to Unnan City on a solo trip planning to stay in a “separate traditional house,” but I was amazed when I arrived. In reality, it’s an exceptionally refined architectural masterpiece—an architect’s residence beautifully renovated. From the way the space is framed to the textures of the pillars and ceiling, every angle is full of character. Exploring the great outdoors was wonderful, but enjoying the luxury of doing nothing in this spacious setting was just as unforgettable. With a kitchen and washing machine, you can stay as if you live here—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay (there may be discounts for longer stays). A truly special Accommodation that will elevate your trip to Unnan City.

This was my second stay, and it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps because I stayed from Sunday night through the weekdays, it was even quieter and more comfortable than last time. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and perfect sense of distance were outstanding. With a wonderful view and cooler temperatures than in central Tokyo, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the airy MUJI house. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
