The service was attentive and excellent from check-in to dining. Detailed explanations were provided throughout the accommodation, offering a sense of history everywhere. The quality of the hot spring water was exceptional and rare to find elsewhere. I would love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed as a group of four friends and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The spacious accommodation, excellent service, sauna, meals, and activities like the bonfire were all exceptional. It was a luxurious summer vacation where we could forget about daily life and enjoy a relaxing time. The building had a charming and impressive appearance, and every room was truly beautiful. It gave us a unique feeling of both being uplifted yet relaxed at the same time. The expansive garden and courtyard were lovely, with clean sauna spaces offering peaceful areas to unwind both indoors and outdoors. In this private setting, it was so quiet that we could only hear the distant sounds of insects while enjoying complete relaxation. The meals featuring plenty of Yamanashi ingredients were delightful, as was the complimentary Yamanashi tea provided—it was incredibly delicious! We are also very grateful for the staff's attentive hospitality throughout our stay. Despite some hectic moments during check-in or dinner times, they handled everything with care and flexibility, allowing us to feel at ease. Having previously stayed at another property in this series of accommodations built from traditional Japanese houses (kominka), we found each one has its own unique charm despite sharing similar origins. We would love to return for another special occasion in the future!

I stayed here for sightseeing. The Facility is old, but the staff were so kind that it didn’t bother me at all, and the meals were delicious. It wasn’t flashy, but many ingredients from Aomori were used, and the flavors were exceptional. Also, the sake was from Towada and was simply very good. If you’re taking the bus instead of driving, I recommend boarding at Hachinohe Station or Misawa Station and getting off at Towada City Chuo, as it’s very close to the Hotel. There is also a large local supermarket within walking distance from the Hotel, so you can get most things you need. If I have a chance to visit Towada again, I’d love to stay here again. Wherever you travel domestically, start by looking for APA Hotel. It offers a sense of efficiency in every aspect. This time, I made a same-day Reservation due to work circumstances, and I was lucky to stay at a very reasonable price. I look forward to staying again in the future.

This was my second stay. There’s a convenience store nearby, and I had no complaints. The TV remote wouldn’t change channels, so I went to the front desk. Even though it was an awkward early-morning hour, the night staff responded immediately, which really helped. The replacement remote could change channels, but then the power wouldn’t turn off—so that was the twist. I originally chose this Hotel because of the Plan that includes an onigiri bento for breakfast, and it was very tasty. Pricing will likely depend on comparisons with nearby hotels, but I’ll keep this as an option in the future.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

This year, we opted for a Multiple Night Stay again. Our dog had so much fun in the spacious dog run that it didn’t want to leave. Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed playing badminton and table tennis in the multipurpose hall, which made the kids very happy. During breaks in the rain, we of course used the pool. The buffet offered a different menu each day, so even with a Multiple Night Stay, it never got boring. Everything was delicious, but the bread and desserts were truly exceptional. The pet hotel was spacious and nice; however, there was some competition for beds in the upper room while downstairs... not as much excitement there. The bathroom and toilet were spacious too, but having all water facilities only on the second floor was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if they could upgrade their hairdryers as well. On a positive note, I appreciated that they used tissue-style toilet paper instead of roll-type ones—if only hotels and ryokans across The Whole Country adopted this! In summer when you sweat a lot, having access to coin laundry is very convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next year!

The building is new and everything is clean, with well-equipped kitchen utensils making it convenient for cooking. The location was also great, less than a 30-minute drive from Junglila. Our family loves karaoke, and this was the first accommodation we stayed at with karaoke facilities like those in a professional shop. We enjoyed singing every night. Although we've visited Okinawa many times before, our usual routine after returning to the hotel at night was to relax quietly. This time, however, we had an extra fun experience with karaoke, making this trip unique and memorable. We also tried the low-temperature pool but found it quite cold since it was the end of the year—even in Okinawa!

The Room’s greatest highlight is the ocean view from the bath inside the guest room. In many places, the bathroom and Room are separate, but being able to step straight into the bath within the Room felt truly special and gave a wonderful sense of escape. There is also an outdoor sauna, making this stay feel far more unique than most other Facility options. Honestly, I didn’t expect that much at first, but having “my own private sauna” was even better than I imagined and left me feeling deeply refreshed in both body and mind. One small thing to note: because the sauna is outdoors, you need to pass across the balcony briefly. At that moment, you may occasionally make eye contact with people walking along the seaside, so it’s worth being a little mindful. Another personal favorite was the selection of books in the Room. It seems to vary by Room, which adds a small pleasure—wondering what kind of books will be there this time. There are no meals provided, but the extra-paid curry in the refrigerator was much better than expected and very satisfying. You can also purchase coffee beans and enjoy taking time to grind them and brew coffee—something I don’t usually do. Staying here wasn’t just about spending a night; it was time to engage thoughtfully with everyday acts like sleeping and eating. Because of its simple space, it naturally made me reflect on life itself—and what happiness means. It truly felt like a special place.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

Staying in a room with a private open-air onsen for a multiple night stay and catching up on accumulated work has become my year-end tradition. I plan to clear my mind during breakfast and dinner, but sometimes I overindulge and can't work after dinner. Still, this is my favorite accommodation that always leaves me fully satisfied. I also love that dinner is served in a private room.

I made a last-minute Reservation an hour before check-in and stayed for one night. I booked knowing in advance that the building seemed old, but with breakfast included at this price, I was more than satisfied—who could complain? The building is old, and the in-room bathroom and toilet are small; it really feels like an older property. The front desk staff were very polite, there was a welcome drink (one time), parking was 300 yen, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the station—you can take a shortcut by crossing the nearby bridge. I didn’t expect much, but breakfast was properly done as well. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Despite staying right in the middle of the Obon holiday period, we were able to stay at this price. Dinner had an amazing variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied with both the quantity and the taste. We did notice a few areas where the building and air conditioning could use better upkeep, but overall we were very satisfied. We were also able to watch the Perseid meteor shower from the balcony late at night. We would like to visit again if we have another opportunity.

It was a Saturday stay, but since the Accommodation has only a few Rooms, it felt relaxing even when fully booked. The bath is a hot Onsen. There is also a sauna, which was great. We enjoyed the welcome drinks—alcohol, amazake, and popcorn—while relaxing in the lobby. We had bought corn at the local farmers’ market, and to our surprise there was a microwave in the Room. We heated it up late at night as a snack with drinks and enjoyed freshly cooked corn. We really appreciated that. The Room was clean, and although we didn’t use it, there was also a rain shower, which would be nice even during hours when you can’t use the bath. There is also a washing machine and dryer. It was an Accommodation where everything you might need is thoughtfully provided. Dinner featured very tasty meat; it wasn’t extravagant, but there were local dishes as well. The staff member serving us kindly explained many things to us, so we had a very satisfying dinner. We would love to stay again.

There is a nearby shopping street and a Lawson convenience store, which was very convenient. I left something behind, but they carefully packed it and shipped it to me, which was a great help.

I didn’t receive the email for smart check-in, but thanks to the front desk staff’s efficient support, I was able to check in smoothly. They even helped me register my email address, so I’d like to stay here again. The parking lot is right in front, making it easy to carry in luggage, and the room was very clean. It seemed like there were guests in the neighboring container as well, but I couldn’t hear any sounds like running water, so it was quiet and relaxing. The room had a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Since I received frozen rice and tea at the front desk, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I stayed for three nights to visit the Expo. It was mid-September, and I paid just under 7,000 yen per night. The Hotel is close to the station, has a large public bath, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Although it is far from the city center, it is a highly valuable Hotel depending on your purpose, and I would like to stay again. Honestly, the women's public bath is small with only four washing stations, but I had it all to myself during my stay.

Business Trip Compared to during the COVID-19 period, amenities have been simplified quite a bit, but everything you need is still provided. In particular, the free evening cafe bar time is enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol. The staff were attentive at all hours, which made for a very pleasant stay. This time I stayed in a single Room for business, and I appreciated that the Room setup was thoughtfully arranged for that purpose. Each day I walked to the work site, and when I returned to the Hotel, I relaxed in the large public bath to soothe the day’s fatigue. In the morning, I woke up and opened the curtains to take in views of Ginza. It was an excellent business trip.
