The toothbrush and comb were better than those in ordinary hotels, it was clean, and there was also a washing machine... I was satisfied!

The Room was very clean, and the staff at the reception provided excellent service. However, my wife was disappointed as the body soap had solidified into a gel. Since women tend to be particularly meticulous about amenities like body soap, showers, and bathrooms, I believe stricter cleaning checks would be beneficial. The partnered yakitori restaurant was also very delicious and highly satisfying. We look forward to staying again!

We stayed as a family, and what we loved most was the completely private space that comes with renting an entire house—so we could relax without worrying about anyone around us. The location at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Lake Yamanaka was also very appealing, and we truly enjoyed a luxurious time surrounded by nature. The spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to unwind as if we were at home, and the seasonal scenery outside the windows was incredibly soothing. We took our time enjoying the fresh air in the large garden and greenery, and had fun cooking for ourselves in the kitchen—it really felt like staying at a vacation home. The freedom to wake up, eat, and spend our days on our own schedule was perfect for a family trip. It was also impressive how innovative the system was that allowed us to check in and check out smoothly without meeting staff in person. The bedding was comfortable and we slept very well, and it was reassuring that insect-repellent items were thoroughly provided. There were fewer insects than expected, which made our stay even more comfortable. It’s also conveniently located as a base for sightseeing around Lake Yamanaka, and it was a wonderful Accommodation where you can enjoy the special feel of an upscale private villa rental. We’d love to stay again and highly recommend it.

The sauna was absolutely amazing. We could set it to over 100°C, and it was wonderfully hot! Cooling down properly in the cold plunge and then relaxing outside while looking up at the starry sky felt truly luxurious. At this riverside villa, we were able to enjoy a special time for just the two of us without sensing anyone else around. When we listened closely, we could hear animals and insects, and even the distant sound of a passing train—it was such a calm and luxurious experience. The Room was clean, and the design was inspiring! The owner was a wonderful person. We had a brief chat as we were leaving, and their warm personality made us feel once again that we were truly glad we stayed here. We would love to visit again. Thank you so much!!

This dog-friendly accommodation made our trip very comfortable. The garden was spacious, and the dogs seemed to enjoy it! The flooring was non-slip, which gave us peace of mind. Everything we needed, including tableware, was provided, making two nights feel too short. However, there were no treats prepared for the dogs. Next time, we’d love to stay for about a week. We look forward to visiting again!

The Facility was very good, but I never received the door code. Even after arriving, I could not reach anyone at all by either email or phone. After being caught in heavy rain as a result, I ended up catching a cold. At the very least, I would have liked a phone number that could actually be reached to be provided.

The Room was spacious and had a large vanity, which made it very convenient to spread out our belongings. The bed and pillows were excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being on the first floor, so there was no waiting for the elevator. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and spacious, allowing us to spread out our luggage as much as we wanted. We stayed with three adults, and it was great that we could each sleep in two Western-style rooms and a Japanese-style room. The toilet was a bit narrow, but it wasn't inconvenient. The location is in the city center, and if you go by car, you can hop between several supermarkets. There's also a convenience store right in front. However, the parking lot was difficult to park in (a companion drove), so it might be tough if you're not used to driving. If you're considering staying in a cramped Business Hotel with several people in the same room, I recommend this place!

We stayed in the penthouse. We enjoyed table tennis, billiards, and the projector in a spacious Room!! We’d love to stay again. Everything was so great that we didn’t want to leave.

The space is so large that it feels almost too much for just two people. However, the spaciousness allowed our dog to run around freely. It was great even on rainy days as it didn’t matter. I felt it’s perfect for large families or group accommodations.

I stayed in the female dormitory. The staff was polite, and the accommodation was clean and pleasant. However, due to over-tourism, there were quite a few foreign tourists with questionable manners. Considering the excellent cost-performance ratio, this might be unavoidable. Other than that, the cleaning was thorough, and I am satisfied. Next time, I would like to stay in a single room or similar accommodation.

The property is a bit old, but I was able to spend my time comfortably. The staff's response was courteous and kind, making it a pleasant experience.

The Accommodation was located on the shores of Lake Yamanaka and offered a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. The showers and toilets were shared, but they were well cleaned, and combined with the affordable rate, it was not an issue at all. I was also able to sleep soundly.

I stayed with a friend as two guests. The Hotel lobby was fully open and felt like a wonderful space where many people gathered. We also enjoyed it with coffee in hand, sitting on the benches outside. The Room was simple, and the mattress had just the right firmness for me, so I slept well. The service that lets you listen to records in each Room was unique, and we were able to enjoy some records we’d been curious about.

A comfortable and pleasant Hotel. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for one night during a touring trip. It doesn’t have Hotel-style facilities, but it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I could park my large motorcycle right near the door, making it easy to carry my luggage. The Room is separated into a living area (with a large TV) and a bedroom—far more space than I needed for a solo stay. There’s only a shower (no bathtub), but there’s an Onsen day-use bath just a 1-minute walk away. (I just used the shower; bring your own towel!) The sunset over the sea right in front was incredibly beautiful, and I could even see Mt. Fuji. At the izakaya on the same property, I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the counter while chatting with the owner about sake—an excellent time all around. I was surprised to have such a comfortable stay for about half the price of a basic Business Hotel. There’s also a convenience store about a 5–6 minute walk away. This is an Accommodation I’d definitely like to visit again.

Set amid vast natural surroundings, this Accommodation offers the chance to enjoy a spectacular night sky if you’re lucky. Please remain vigilant for bears at all times.

Everything was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed! We stayed here because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could bring our dog, and the dog amenities were very well stocked, so we’re really glad we chose to stay. The illuminated cottage was beautiful, and the dog run was spacious and clean—an outstanding Accommodation in every way. We’re already talking about staying at your other locations in different prefectures as well!

Although it’s an older building, it was very clean and well maintained. Best of all, the view of Mt. Fuji is spectacular! The service was excellent, and thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back!

The accommodation was convenient as it allowed entry without a key. On clear days, you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji and fireworks from Fuji-Q Highland. Each unit includes parking for two cars, making it suitable for large groups. Asama Shrine is right in front, allowing for peaceful early morning visits. With beautiful mountains nearby, this accommodation is also recommended for hiking enthusiasts.
