This is my 10th stay, and it's excellent. There is no curfew, and it's very quiet.

I stayed at the end of February, and I was grateful that the Room was warmed up as I had informed them of my check-in time. All Rooms were kept clean, allowing for a pleasant stay. There were also amenities provided, and coffee was available. We enjoyed playing card games with the children. The view of Setouchi from the living room with a large kotatsu was beautiful, and I would like to visit in different seasons as well.

Stayed in a Bali-style maisonette with a second-floor bedroom and both an open-air Onsen and indoor bath. The prior communication was smooth, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably like a private villa. Thank you! The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking tools and tableware, so we brought wine, salad, deli items, bread, etc., and used the microwave and toaster for simple meal preparations. The open-air Onsen is located in the garden next to the living room. While there’s space available outside, there’s no shower near it. So we had to wash up in the indoor bath of the unit bathroom first before wrapping ourselves in towels and crossing diagonally through the dining-living area to reach the outdoor Onsen—an amusing experience! It truly felt like an authentic hot spring experience and was very relaxing. One concern: while using the outdoor Onsen in the morning, I noticed that windows on the second floor of a house across from us were visible over a road. It seemed like they could see directly into our position; raising fences slightly higher would be appreciated. Additionally, regarding upstairs bedding: The double bed felt small for two people as we unconsciously (or dreamily?) fought over blankets during sleep! If possible in future updates, larger beds with bedside boards on both sides would be wonderful. Regardless of these minor points—we’ll definitely return when visiting Ito again soon! Looking forward to staying here again.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was a peaceful and comfortable environment. The Accommodation itself is a bit retro, but personally I could relax as if I were at home.

Although I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the bath. I departed early in the morning without being able to express my gratitude, and I apologize for that. I truly had a very pleasant stay!

The design of the Room is compact and eco-friendly without any waste. Amenities can be selected from the amenity bar near the front desk, and there was a wide variety. One point I would like to see improved is that when sitting on the chair near the entrance of the Room, the entrance lighting reacts to people and turns on and off. Other than that, I was able to spend my time quietly without any inconvenience.

The room had both a bath and a toilet, as well as a microwave and a toaster, so it was nice to be able to buy a bento, heat it up, and eat it. It was great to be able to use the family bath by reservation and relieve my fatigue. I wished there was instant coffee among the beverages provided in the room. Since the vending machine is only outside, it would be nice if there was one inside.

Having room wear would be helpful, but the price is reasonable, so it's understandable... The double bed felt a bit small... The bathroom, toilet, room size, and freezer were spacious and convenient to use! I would like to stay again! Thank you!

We stayed for three nights on our first visit, and the grandchildren were thrilled with how spacious it was! The parking area is a bit tight, which was slightly disappointing, but we might come back again next year.

It was my first time staying here. With only 5 rooms, the Hotel felt cozy. The entrance road to the Hotel is a bit narrow, but everything else was very satisfying. I stayed in a Western-style Room that felt more spacious and cleaner than a typical Business Hotel room. The bathroom was a unit bath but not cramped and also very clean. Laundry with drying cost only 500 yen, which is an exceptional price. There was even a small massage cushion available. Although meals were not provided, there were materials introducing nearby restaurants, and the owner’s polite service showed great attention to detail throughout the Hotel. The shared freezer posed no issues (there was also a small freezer in the Room), making it excellent value for money—I would love to stay again. At night, there happened to be a fireworks festival nearby, and I could enjoy watching some of the larger fireworks from my window. It made for an amazing summer vacation!

The shower room in the facility seemed to have clogged pipes, so I couldn't take a shower. However, there was an Onsen nearby, which was great. Additionally, the other services and amenities were excellent! I would definitely book again next time!

The staff was very accommodating, the Room and bathroom were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I was even seen off at check-out. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed here for a relaxing family trip with our three dogs. It’s in a very quiet location, and the Facility was clean and well stocked with plenty of dog supplies, so we were very satisfied with our stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel as well. This has become one of the Accommodations we’d love to visit again.

Rated 4 stars because, although the Onsen is nice, it requires reheating and you need to be mindful of making minimal noise when pouring water. The parking is free but can be hard to locate for first-timers, and there’s some distance to carry luggage. However, the owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the Room felt cozy like being at home, which made the stay enjoyable.

I was concerned about the view since the property is a distance from the sea, but the view was amazing. Despite the unfortunate cloudy sky and occasional rain during our stay, we were able to see a sky full of stars at night and a stunning sunrise in the morning. There were some differences from the guidebook-like booklet, but the staff kindly explained them when I contacted them on their mobile. Thank you. We stayed on the lower floor, so next time, I would like to stay on the upper floor.

We stayed with our friend's family this time. Nestled beyond a residential area, the accommodation suddenly appeared, surrounded by beautiful nature—what a surprise! This charming accommodation is a renovated warehouse with the pleasant scent of wood. Only the walls were renovated, while everything else retained its original design. The high ceilings, stylish and lovely kitchen, an old movie projector from a vintage cinema, an impressive Nebuta scroll painting, and the serene atmosphere of the bedrooms—all were absolutely perfect. Outside, we enjoyed barbecuing amidst nature and baked bread for breakfast there as well. We also picked summer vegetables like eggplants, tomatoes, and shishito peppers to enjoy for dinner. We were even allowed to do fireworks until 8 PM and took a relaxing bath at nearby Takara Onsen before falling asleep peacefully to the sound of insects at night. Above all else, the hospitality of the owners was exceptional—they kindly explained how to use every part of the facility in detail. Once they finished explaining everything thoroughly, they left us to enjoy our stay freely as if we had this natural home all to ourselves. Thank you so much! Although I initially thought it was slightly expensive for one night’s stay, being able to spend time in such an amazing environment made it worth every penny—a truly unforgettable experience! The little kids had so much fun running around with nets in hand! They loved harvesting vegetables and exploring this traditional house—it was such a fulfilling two-day stay. We will definitely visit again someday. Thank you very much for letting us stay!

We were able to stay at a great price with the Iwate Prefecture Tabiwari discount. Our family of five stayed comfortably in a 12-tatami Room. There was an electric kettle and a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. Nearby, there is a Co-op supermarket just a few minutes away by car, and a FamilyMart convenience store, so even with No Meals Included we had no trouble. Above all, the atmosphere of the Accommodation was wonderful. It has a retro feel, and the nostalgic vibe is very relaxing. The only disappointing point was the shower water pressure. It was unstable and sometimes only trickled out—so little that I couldn’t even rinse my hair. After some time it started flowing strongly again, which was a relief. I’ve heard the meals are delicious too, so next time I’d like to book with meals included. We liked it so much that we’d love to come back! Unlike a Hotel, you take off your shoes at the entrance here, which also feels more hygienic. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
