It was a clean Hotel and conveniently close to the station! The Room was spacious, and it was great that the bath, washbasin area, and toilet were separate. We stayed in a twin Room, but since the two beds were pushed right together, it felt a bit cramped... Still, it was a very comfortable Room. Breakfast was delicious as well. The front desk staff’s service felt a bit mechanical, which was somewhat disappointing... especially on a trip.

Perched on a hill in Katsuura, and with our Room on a high floor, we were thrilled by the Katsuura views from the balcony. The terracotta-toned living area also had a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so we could relax in the Room at night with takeout side dishes we brought in. The sink area and toilet were both spacious and very convenient to use, and the bed was at a comfortable height so we slept soundly. The Onsen was free-flowing, with just the right temperature. The water felt silky and left our skin smooth; after soaking morning and night, my hip joints even felt more flexible. With breakfast included and a pool on site, it was an excellent value even during the busy summer season—overall a very satisfying trip. Just one thing: the toilet near the pool had a strong odor, which was bothersome.

This was my first visit. Above all, the open-air bath with its wonderful sense of openness surrounded by beautiful nature, and the atmosphere throughout the property, were truly lovely. I would definitely like to return in a different season. I was very satisfied.

I like the spacious Room in the main building. The bath and toilet are separate as well. However, despite the quiet surroundings, the air conditioner noise is strangely loud, and sensitive guests may not be able to sleep. Shoes are not allowed indoors, so especially in summer it feels uncomfortable unless you bring your own slippers. Socks also get dirty. It was disappointing that the Pac-Man arcade machine on the 3rd floor was not working. I had breakfast for the first time in a while and it was good. There is quite a luxurious variety of dishes. I would like to know the dining hours on the 2nd floor.

We were able to stay at a great price with a last-minute deal during heavy rain. The Room was disappointing in that there was no valuables box, and the toilet exhaust fan didn’t work. For valuables, we had to go all the way to the bath area on the 5th floor to use the valuables box there, then head to the far open-air bath on the 6th floor. The open-air bath was amazing. We went in during heavy rain wearing a woven hat, but there were only two, so other guests seemed inconvenienced. We enjoyed it enough and handed our umbrella over before leaving. It would be better if a few more were provided. Amenities in the Room were minimal, and anything else you need is placed on the 1st floor, so you go pick it up yourself. The pillow was very thin, so we borrowed one from three types of pillows available on the 1st floor. When I visited it was pouring rain and there weren’t many other guests, so pillows were still available—but I wonder if they restock them when it’s busy? As for meals, for this price they were acceptable. The steak was processed meat. It’s all-you-can-eat crab, but it’s better not to expect too much. There was also eel; warming it up on the hot plate after cooking steak made it tasty. For breakfast, the DIY rice bowl (toppings over rice) was delicious. Above all, drinks were all-you-can-drink from check-in until 11:00 p.m.—dinner started just 30 minutes after welcome drinks ended—and after that we went to the bar. Since you can take drinks back to your Room as well, we relaxed and drank plenty. The welcome oden and steamed meat buns were also delicious. We also enjoyed midnight udon as a late-night snack—overall we fully made use of everything. The staff members were foreigners as well, but everyone worked very hard and they were wonderful. We would definitely like to return again. Thank you very much.

Complimentary ochazuke is provided. There is also a free service of one or two drinks, and a large public bath. I enjoyed my stay.

I had a quiet and comfortable stay. The building and Facilities feel a bit dated, but everything was kept clean, and nothing bothered me except the bathtub creaking. Breakfast also offered a well-balanced selection, and I was satisfied. I’d like to stay again.

Due to typhoon-related issues, I stayed here on short notice. There were a few minor problems, but they handled them smoothly and resolved everything quickly. The front desk staff were polite and attentive. I chose a Room with a massage chair, which helped me refresh after work. The light breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The restaurant staff were also friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. It was very comfortable. Thank you.

The Room felt open and comfortable, and I was able to relax. The coffee service was also great. There is an underground parking garage, but a Reservation is required via the website. I forgot to Reserve, which made getting around a bit difficult.

This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

Conveniently located in front of Takeo-Onsen Station, a Shinkansen transfer station, and easily accessible with hardly getting wet even in the rain. It was an affordable Hotel with excellent service—nothing to complain about. The breakfast had more variety than expected, was delicious, and very satisfying.

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. The front desk staff, restaurant team, and housekeeping staff we passed on our way out were all pleasant and handled everything smoothly. Our Room had an open-air bath; although it was listed as having no view at the time of Reservation, we were able to enjoy the mountains across the river, the lights of nearby Onsen Accommodations, and a sky full of stars. We had recently stayed at a related property in Yamashiro Onsen and expected similar meals, but the buffet selection was different here, and in particular the local Gero specialty “Kei-chan” chicken was delicious. The baths were used by quite a few guests, but they never felt crowded, and everything was well cleaned and easy to use. We were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful, unhurried stay. We would love to stay again.

All the staff were very kind. The Room was a studio, but since I only needed it for sleeping, it was not a problem at all. Breakfast had all my favorite foods, so I ate too much. Thank you.

Whenever we travel to the Kansai area, we always stay at this Hotel. We stayed again last month and felt things had changed, but we found it more spacious and relaxing before the renovation. In our twin Room, one bed is fixed in place, so the space feels very tight, and again we felt it was more comfortable before the renovation. That was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel, so it was a little disappointing. When we checked out and stepped out of the Room, a staff member who was cleaning said “Thank you,” which made us feel really good. Even though it was hot and seemed like hard work, they still took the time to say that, which made us feel grateful—and we were able to leave in a pleasant mood. Thank you very much.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay at this chain of accommodations. Despite being very affordable, the rooms are comfortable and clean with excellent access. Complimentary drinks are available in the lobby. Additionally, this accommodation offers a women-only large public bath. While room wear and bath towels are available for an additional fee, the value for money is outstanding, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

I stayed here because I had errands nearby, and it was a very simple yet properly renovated, clean Hotel. The Room looks a bit dark in the photos, but it doesn’t feel that dark when all the lights are on. I’m very satisfied to be able to stay at this price.

Mount Myogi rose like a folding screen, and the scenery was spectacular! The Hotel was clean, and the Onsen had great water. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t food I’d want to eat again... There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so we were able to stop by various places and had a very fulfilling trip.

As part of the eco-conscious Facility operations, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. There was no sheet change, but fresh towels were delivered to the entrance door every day, so it was not inconvenient at all. The selectable breakfast each morning (boxed meal, self-serve coffee, barley tea, and miso soup) included options like a pork-and-egg rice ball bento, hamburger steak bento, and sandwiches—there was no repetition and I enjoyed a variety. Everything was delicious. The location was convenient as it is close to the bus terminal and the port for remote islands. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.
