We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. All the staff were always smiling, and their service was polite and attentive, so we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Upon arrival, we were shown to a private room next to the lobby, where we enjoyed some tea and sweets while choosing yukata. The lobby also had books and a souvenir shop. On the rooftop terrace there was a footbath, and we could truly relax while looking out over Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. We didn’t use them this time, but there was also a table tennis room (paid) and a kids’ room. The view from the open-air bath in our Room was amazing—I ended up soaking three times: on the first evening, at night, and again after breakfast on day two (haha). It seems they can also adjust the set temperature of the open-air bath upon request. In addition to the shower next to the open-air bath, there was also an indoor bathroom in the Room. I was happy that the hair dryer in the Room was ReFa. We had both dinner and breakfast during our stay. Both meals were served in the same private room we were shown to upon arrival. Dinner started at 18:00, and breakfast could be chosen between 8:30 or 9:00—great for someone like me who isn’t good at waking up early. Dinner included dishes such as salt-crusted grilled spiny lobster as well as lava-stone grilling of Kanagawa beef and Ashigara beef, which made it really fun. Both dinner and breakfast were truly excellent, and my girlfriend was very satisfied. The large public bath wasn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded at all—we were able to bathe almost privately most of the time. The water was milky/opaque (nigoriyu), and my skin felt pleasantly soft afterward. I’ve been to Hakone several times, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation this good. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much!

The mist felt like a shower of beauty serum, and my skin became truly soft and deeply moisturized. After enjoying the hot stone sauna, the open-air bath, and the radon Onsen, even my knee pain had eased by the time I left. I was amazed—my knee could bend again! The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. I prefer this style over a buffet. I would love to visit again.

It was excellent. In particular, making my own breakfast was very relaxing. I was tired of overly attentive city Hotels, so this place met my need to stay in a minimalist environment like this.

I stayed at “Fuji-bakama.” The Room feels a bit old, but it is well maintained and comfortable. The Room is spacious, and the Accommodation made me feel as if I were staying at a countryside villa. There were plenty of towels and amenities, and coffee beans were provided, so I enjoyed delicious coffee in the morning. At breakfast time, the staff set everything up in the Japanese-style room, allowing me to dine in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were also very pleasant, making it a great stay.

I was a bit concerned that there was no bathtub and only a shower room, but otherwise the room was clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

The road to the Accommodation was narrow, and I got lost at first. The room was clean, and the Facility was satisfactory—sleep comfort was excellent, of course. The free breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was more than enough and I appreciated being able to use it. What felt most convenient was the guest-only parking lot. Just by having my parking ticket validated for free at the counter, I could come and go by car as I liked, which was great. The Accommodation Fee is reasonable as well, and I think it’s a good Hotel.

Being close to the station is everything. No matter what, being close to the station matters most. Getting to the Accommodation can be tough with luggage, but you arrive in no time, which is wonderful. They even offer a welcome drink service—thank you.

Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

The following items were listed in the Facility information, so I brought them from home, but they were actually provided at the amenity bar. I was very pleased, but it might be helpful to update the Facility information for future guests. × Comb/Brush × Bath Additives × Yukata × Lotion × Emulsion × Makeup Remover This time, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, and I also appreciated the extension cord and extra towels provided in the Room. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

Unlimited access to the neighboring spa Facility is a great perk. With so many types of baths, my favorite is the carbonated spring in the open-air bath.

Only the representative needed to register in advance, but signatures from all guests were required at check-in, and the tablet interface was a bit hard to understand. The Hotel was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.

I appreciated having wine as a welcome drink. The breakfast was delicious, too. The Room was comfortable as well. No wonder it gets fully booked. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Despite my sudden late-night stay, you kindly checked me in. Thank you so much...! It was a single room, and the bed was quite fluffy. Breakfast mainly featured Chinese congee, and there were also rice dishes. I had the seafood congee, and it was very delicious! However, since the lobby is on the second floor, you might be a little confused when entering. I was too... Also, because it was late at night, I entered from the elevator-only entrance rather than the main entrance. USB adapters can be borrowed from the front desk counter.

It’s within a comfortable walking distance from Hakata Station, and the room was spacious, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast felt homemade, and I especially enjoyed the motsunabe—it was delicious!

I’ve visited Okuhida several times, and among them this Accommodation stands out for its especially delicious cuisine. There are four private Onsen baths, which is wonderful because you can relax without worrying about others. Being able to choose a bath depending on your mood is a real treat for Onsen lovers. The meals always have thoughtful touches, and once again everything was delicious. The only thing to note is the charcoal-grilled Hida beef: depending on how you grill it, it can produce quite a bit of smoke, so a little care is needed. If you’re not careful, the Room can quickly fill with smoke—but that also makes it a memorable dish in its own way. Aside from that, every dish shows creativity in both presentation and flavor, and I enjoy my stay every time I visit. Before I know it, I end up coming back almost every summer. When I want to unwind while enjoying an Onsen and great food, this is the Accommodation I always choose.

I could tell there were thoughtful touches throughout, with comfort and convenience well considered. What impressed me most was the breakfast—especially the spice curry and croissants. They were delicious. The second best part was the smiles of the front desk team and staff. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. The Room was clean, and I also enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast bread and soup were very delicious. I travel to many places following the Tigers, but for Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again next time.

I always enjoy Route Inn’s services, especially the breakfast and large public bath. I also look forward to the local specialty dishes served at breakfast in each prefecture. I will stay again.

This time, we stayed in the Jinshiro Room. As always, the in-room bath was incredibly relaxing. The meals were delicious too!
