I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

With the prominent sign and easy-to-park lot, we arrived without getting lost. The staff were pleasant and welcoming at check-in. There was a wide variety of welcome drinks after check-in, and my child enjoyed them after the bath. The bath area was very clean, so we could relax and soak at ease. It seems they prepared a ladies’ Room for us, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay with the hair dryer and nano steamer. My child really liked the Hotel and says they want to stay again—if we travel, they want it to be Super Hotel. I also found this to be a Hotel I’d like to use again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Wakkanai. Although I was traveling solo, I had reserved a twin Room, so it felt very spacious and comfortable. As it was a corner Room, I could enjoy a great panoramic view of the Breakwater Dome and the area around the station from my Room. The bathroom and toilet also seemed to have been renovated—they were very new, clean, and pleasant to use. The staff were kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. Thank you. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Wakkanai.

I visited with my daughter, and from start to finish we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable, unhurried stay. The Room was clean and simple yet well equipped with everything we needed, and the private open-air bath in the Room—available as many times as we liked at any hour—was truly soothing. The meals were excellent, especially the rice, and we enjoyed hearty dinners and breakfasts. We were also allowed to bring our own alcohol, so we brought a local wine; glasses were kindly provided, and it seemed other guests also brought their own drinks and enjoyed them in their own way. The proprietress’s hospitality was thoughtful without being overbearing—she checked in at just the right moments with a gentle word—and the pleasant atmosphere throughout made this a wonderful Accommodation that I’d love to visit again next time with my husband.

On my first trip to Yufuin, I visited on a solo journey. Both the head lady at the front desk and the lady at the restaurant were wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The Room was very clean and felt warm and welcoming. I was also able to relax and fully enjoy the bath. It was a lovely Accommodation where time passed gently and with care. I’m glad I decided to come. Thank you very much.

We stayed with you at the end of August. All of the staff were cheerful and courteous. Although we did not choose a high-end meal plan, the food was generous in portion and very delicious. The open-air bath with an ocean view was wonderful; it was a shame the weather was cloudy, but we were able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here for a birthday celebration trip. They were very helpful even before our stay, and my partner was truly delighted. We were extremely satisfied with everything, including the food, the open-air bath in the Room, and the staff’s service. It was an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

We stayed here as a couple on our first trip to Miyakojima. From check-in onward, the staff were kind and attentive, and we had a truly comfortable stay. Since we chose a Plan that included an electric vehicle, we could explore many places around Miyakojima without worrying about fuel, which was incredibly helpful. The location is also perfect—about a 4-minute drive to the beach! The Room was thoughtfully designed with various features in the Facility, making it very comfortable. At night, the starry sky was unbelievably beautiful and truly moving. We are also very sorry for the trouble we caused on the morning of our last day. Even then, you came right away and treated us with such kindness and warmth when we were feeling anxious—it genuinely helped us more than we can express. Thank you so much for supporting us until the very end. On top of that, all of the staff saw us off at departure, and I couldn’t stop crying in the taxi. We found a wonderful place that made us think, “We want to come back to Miyakojima again!” When we visit Miyakojima again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

This is my third stay this year, and it’s my regular Accommodation in Nara. As always, it was a comfortable space and I had a very fulfilling time. This time, I was also able to visit the art exhibition being held in the Hotel’s social lounge, which made me very satisfied. I’ll visit again at some point later this year. Thank you as always.

We stayed to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. We had dinner at arco on the 42nd floor. They prepared a dessert plate, and my father was very happy. The website said we could see fireworks from the 42nd floor, so we made a Reservation, but unfortunately they were not visible from the restaurant. (However, after leaving the restaurant, we were able to see them briefly from the lobby.) We also had breakfast at arco the next morning, and the Tsuno sparkling wine and cheese were delicious. My mother especially enjoyed the galette. The ocean view from our Room was wonderful, and I’m grateful that we could do something meaningful for my parents. We would love to visit again.

This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

I chose this Hotel because it offers Shuttle Service to the airport for an early-morning flight from Terminal 3. It was clean and functional, and I was excited to catch a glimpse of ANA planes from the Room window! The lobby also has a coffee machine and tea bags. For breakfast, you can choose either Western or Japanese options, served set-meal style. The flavors were gentle with less salt, and it was delicious!

Stayed overnight before an early flight from Haneda Direct access from the station was very convenient—I could get there without walking through town with a suitcase. Information about nearby convenience stores was also provided in advance, which helped me prepare. However, should the airport shuttle bus require a Reservation? I went to the bus stop well ahead of my planned departure time, but it arrived at the last minute and made me a bit anxious.

Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Once again, we enjoyed a wonderful trip as a parent and child. The staff were kind and helpful, the meals were delicious, and the Room was clean as always, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

No matter when I stay, the staff are always wonderful—friendly and truly pleasant to deal with. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to relax in comfort. There’s a unique sense of ease that lets me be myself, and it feels like coming home. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

It was a shame we arrived late, but since it was all-inclusive, we enjoyed drinks without hesitation. After 8:00 p.m., there were also plenty of snacks available. We had dinner in a lovely private annex, enjoyed live piano music at night, and even made use of the massage chair. The bath had tatami flooring that felt great underfoot, but the open-air bath was a little cool. Also, there were times when no one was at the front desk, which felt slightly unsettling—having a bell or similar would be helpful.

I stayed at Shimoda Yamatokan again this time. I’ve visited many times, and every time I come, it reminds me, “I’m so glad I chose this place.” The view of Tatadohama Beach right in front of the Accommodation is always stunning, and simply gazing at the ocean from the Room is incredibly relaxing. The food is delicious every time, and I was able to enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace—another very satisfying stay. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff is truly wonderful. Some staff members even remember me, which gives me a comforting feeling like coming home. Thank you again for a wonderful time!
