I’ve stayed at many well-known Accommodations, and this one stood out for its small, carefully selected team. The staff were efficient and treated us with genuine courtesy, which I truly appreciated. Summer flowers were blooming in front of the Room, and it was beautiful—really lovely.The bath was very comfortable, with the water temperature just right. I can’t get into overly hot baths, so that was perfect for me.Also, although I didn’t use it myself, there was a caregiving bath chair provided in the bath area. It felt like an Onsen Accommodation well suited for elderly guests as well.It’s also relatively close to central Tokyo, making it a place you’ll want to return to. On the way back from the Hotel, there was a local deli where we could buy very fresh vegetables and more—another nice bonus.

The food was excellent. The local vegetables and homemade focaccia were especially memorable, and I’d love to come back just to eat them again. I booked the Anniversary Plan for my birthday, and the mini cake was a pleasant surprise—it wasn’t the typical small whole cake with whipped cream. Since we were so full, it was great that we could take it back to the Room and enjoy it later.The Room was clean with newly renovated bathroom facilities, but the lighting felt a bit dim. I also find a bed and sofa more relaxing than futons with a low table and floor cushions, so I’d like to try a different Room next time. It’s close enough to Tokyo for an easy getaway, with great Onsen water and wonderful meals. My partner also really loved the lounge’s complimentary alcoholic drinks, so we’ll definitely be back.
