THE STAY 札幌 别馆（GRAND HOSTEL LDK 大通公园，从2025年4月17日开始）

Hotels in Sapporo are expensive everywhere, so I stayed here for two nights.If you understand that it’s a hostel, the quality is high and you can relax with peace of mind—it was a very comfortable stay.Above all, the bacon, egg, and toast breakfast (which I wasn’t expecting) was excellent, so I asked to add breakfast for the next day as well.The front desk staff seemed very busy handling everything alone, but this is a recommended hostel where you can stay with confidence.

With Hotel prices rising everywhere lately, I stayed for two nights. It was my first time staying at a hostel, but once you understand how it works, there’s no problem. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay where I felt at ease.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.One thing I noticed: I stayed in a private Room on the 3rd floor, and the sound of other guests opening and closing their doors on the same floor was a bit loud—I could hear it even inside the Room.Also, as a middle-aged man who isn’t digitally savvy, since I was staying to rest and recover from fatigue, I would have preferred having a small TV in the Room rather than socializing with others in the 1st-floor lounge. Maybe that’s not something you should expect from a hostel...If I have another chance, I’d like to stay again.
