HOTEL R9 The Yard Fujioka

This was my first time staying at a container Hotel, including a Multiple Night Stay here and another one in Kofu. The air conditioning worked properly, and the Room was clean and tidy. There’s no large public bath, of course, but I’m fine with the unit bath—I like relaxing in the tub while watching videos on my phone.Coming and going from the Room is easy without worrying about others, and since the parking lot is right in front, loading and unloading luggage is simple. It was actually quieter and more comfortable than a typical Hotel.Meals are limited to frozen bento only, so it feels very basic.If your main goal is simply to rest your body, it’s more than sufficient.

This was my second stay. I chose a nearby accommodation for a relaxing one-night stay to celebrate an anniversary. Unfortunately, the alarm sound from the door (under repair?) and noise from the neighboring room made it difficult to sleep. I wondered if my usual accommodation might have been a better choice.
