Grand Palette Hakodate

There were no issues with the Facility. I booked without realizing it, but it seems to be a Hotel where you can stay with pets.They also have play equipment for small children. Although the location is away from town, I think it is very nice. And while the front desk is basically unmanned like a Business Hotel, the staff who came out from the office to assist us—and even saw us off at check-out—were truly kind and made us very happy.

It was early June, but the weather was bad and we couldn’t go up Mt. Hakodate. Still, the view from the Hotel rooftop was quite nice. Since we were traveling with our 18-month-old child, we were able to spend a fun time in the family room without getting bored. Above all, the staff at this Hotel were wonderful, and that alone made us glad we stayed here. Thank you for your smiles and prompt service.\nWe’ll definitely stay again!
